Biocorrect

Both my husband and I went to Biocorrect in Grand Rapids, Mi. For custom orthotics. $900. Total $450.each. Not really custom. Poorly and cheaply made. Stacy yelling at me told me that because I complained that the orthotics didn't fit my foot Dawn adjusted them when she shouldn't have. I went back 4 times. They never fit my foot. I was told that I have arthritis in first my knee, then it was in my ankle. I don't have arthritis anywhere. Erin tried to sell my husband a 2nd pair after he said the 1st pair didn't fit. Would have been made from same scan of his foot. After the 2nd visit Erin told my husband not to come back because they could no longer help him with anything. Out $900. We went to a different company for custom orthotics. We have had no problems with our actual custom orthotics.
