This was our first time ordering from their web site. We ordered a double sided whiteboard for the kid's online school environment as a space divider. Order was delivered and customer service afterwards was to our satisfaction.
I don't normally write reviews but after receiving the solid hardwood table, I was amazed at the craftsman's quality and attention to detail. Although, there were some damages to the product due to transit, I was able to get a quick response from Bison's excellent customer service team to quickly resolve the issues. For anyone who is considering to purchase from this company, I definitely recommend them as their quality and service are unbeatable.
Never do business with this company. If you look at previous pictures I posted, you will agree. THREE DAMAGED CONSOLE TABLES! It cost me $150 to get their trash out of my house! They refused to reimburse me! It cost ME money because I ordered from here! That has never happened in my life! I am 58 years old! Go anywhere to buy but here. Their prices are lower because they're sending garbage. Literally. I am going to write a review every time I remember so people will steer clear. My pictures and amount of garbage shown, speaks for itself. If I save even one person the anguish and true cost of doing business with them, from ordering from here, I'm happy.
This company sent me 3 deliveries of very badly damaged furniture! Same piece. They keep ignoring the fact that it cost me $150 to have THEIR trash removed! Their response is how they refunded the cost of the desk! NO KIDDING! I LOST $150 DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. Move on DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Worst company ever. I believe they are not selling first quality goods. I have 3 damaged consoles. I just paid $150 for the trash to be picked up! BISON STUCK ME WITH THAT COST! HORRIBLE. I bought the same console from a different company and the first one was perfect. I am contacting the manufacturer to let them know that BISON is ruining their reputation.
I ordered a large console desk/table. It was very badly damaged. They send me another one, also damaged. Then another, also damaged. So they gave me my refund, but I am stuck having to pay for a trash pick up. It's an enormous amount of furniture. I purchased the matching stools from them. They expect me to pay to ship them back for my refund, at MY EXPENSE! I wouldn't need to ship them back if they could have provided a piece of furniture that was not damaged.
This company engaged in false advertisement of it's totes. Has unrealistic expectations for returns. Rip off in overpricing the products. Picture showed 6 totes when only one is what the price reflects.
We ordered a retractable side awning for our deck. We received it before the promised date in perfect condition. However when we reviewed it, it was obvious it was not going to work for our situation, Customer Support was very responsive and helpful. We were able to ship it back at no cost to us, and are receiving a refund. Customer SUpport was very polite all the way through the process. We will be return customers for sure. Thank you
They ship fast and from my experience their service and products are excellent! It is reassuring to do business with a reliable vendor, whose customer service people are so helpful in precarious times. I would give six stars if I could. And by the way, the chair I just received is beautiful.
We purchased 2 chairs and not only were they a great price they also arrived on time! There was a few scuffs on one of the chairs, but the customer service rep (Danie) was fantastic to work with. He resolved our issue right away and was very friendly. We would happily buy from BisonOffice.com again.
We purchased a coffee table from Bison in February (it's now September) and we noticed one of the legs had nearly completely snapped off making it a hazard. We didn't expect a refund for this, but once we explained our situation with pictures they were happy to send our money back to us and got back to us in a timely manner. Thanks to Laura for passing this info on to the quality department - hopefully nobody else has the same issue as us. But even if they did they're in good hands with this customer service department.
Purchased a desk from Bison Office- this desk was offered on multiple different sites but was marked up. My original desk came damaged and I reached out to Bison Office customer service who was so kind, quick and responsive. They sent me a completely new replacement day off. Would highly recommend and will purchase from them again.
I ordered a large heavy cabinet from BisonOffice, unfortunately it arrived with some shipping damage. BisonOffice customer service was quick to help and sent a replacement order which arrived in perfect condition. As more companies tent to ignore customer service, it was nice to work with a company that takes care of you.
I do not normally go out to review companies unless I feel strongly about it (in a good or bad way). Unfortunately, this is a bad one.
I ordered something on Amazon (a cork board for my daughter), and they sent me a picture frame! I went to contact them through amazon only to look at their reviews, and found out that this is something they have done in the past as well, then would not offer refunds according to those reviews.
I would be very careful when working with this company. This is not one I will go back to, and will now make sure I check reseller reviews before purchasing anything on Amazon.
Although I had some issue with parts The customer service was excellent via email. Always answered questions and were very very nice and helpful. I love my desk and the price was great! Thank you for all your help
Bought 2 beautiful end tables from them, one of them had a small defect and they were more than willing to replace that one table. So, I had a very good experience with Bisonoffice.com and would definetly purchase from them in the future. Thanks so much for your great service all the way around.
The furniture I ordered had one chair that had manufacturing problems but Bison resolved it quickly and competently. That got a replacement part shipped out very fast and it resolved my issue. Very responsive customer service for product help.
I ordered a $530 mail box from the company, hoping that it would be as sturdy and long lasting as the reviews made it out to be. Although I could have chosen to order the same item, at the same cost, from the manufacturer, I opted for Bison because it offered a color not available from the origination point. After several delays, the mailbox finally arrived and... wrong color! Immediately I contacted a Bison rep (Nora) and she worked at getting my problem resolved in a quick and efficient manner. Rather than repack the item and send it back -- an arduous task, considering the weight and packing materials involved -- I opted to keep what I got at a discounted price. It's a great, sturdy, beautiful mailbox, but the sketchy directions for putting it together left a lot to be desired. That speaks to the manufacturer's lack of customer empathy and is no reflection on Bison Office.
Customer service is the name of this company's game. These days that is a rare commodity. When you call their phone an actual person answers the phone. Wow. My problem was solved in a matter of maybe 4 hours. Keep up the good work!
I bought dining chairs and I love the quality everything was perfect even better then the picture. I received my order in 3 days. We fast and good safe delivery. I had some issue with two of my chairs but the customer service solved it the next business day. I will order more stuff from business I would recommend everyone to buy from them. Thank you Bision
This company is responsive and reliable. They kept me informed of delivery from the moment my order was entered. The product I ordered was of excellent quality and exactly as described. There was a minor problem that was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. In fact, I have placed a second order for some counter stools and am looking forward to their delivery. Really great company.
