I bought two swivel chairs that began to break down after 18 months: the ball bearings in the base started falling out. I contacted customer service and they not only told me we were out of luck due to their chintzy 30-day warranty but that they could not sell me the bracket so I could fix them myself. They lamely closed with "Thank you for understanding." Pathetic.
Huge mistake ordering from BisonOffice, which also goes by Bison Commerce. I will not make that mistake again. I paid significantly extra for "white glove" delivery by BisonOffice. They gave me a 3 hour window YET ARRIVED 8 HOURS LATER. I lost an entire day of work costing much more than the item I ordered and the shipping fee. When I contacted BisonOffice they promised to make it right -- and then later refused to do so.
In summary, BisonOffice provided a terrible service and their customer support has doubled-down on their error. I would never order anything from them.

I had a very large mirror arrive broken twice! Then they did refund me, but now I'm stuck with two very large mirrors with broken glass in them and no way to dispose of them. I requested that they pick them up or provide a way for my to drop them off somewhere. All they said is that they didn't need them anymore. I don't know how I'm going to dispose of them safely without cutting myself with the broken glass, let along the almost 4' long mirror frames. Will never buy anything from this website again.

I was so happy when I found this place because it had the same stools I wanted at a much lower price than anywhere else. Unfortunately one did come with cracked legs from shipping but they immediately sent a replacement. I couldn't be happier with the product and service. I will be using them again in thfuture for more furniture since their prices are very good and I am confident I don't need to keep looking elsewhere.
I discovered a beautiful table on their website. It appeared to be ideal and was also a fantastic deal, so I decided to purchase it. Bison Office states the following on their website: Please check the content as soon as you receive your package. You only have 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from the delivery.
I called them 20 minutes after the delivery men left my house to complain about the quality of the product that was delivered, and I even sent pictures showing the damage of the item I paid $1195.49 for. There were various spots on the cabinet with marks/dents, and a knick in the front which are visible. They told me that they would give me $100 off the price, but said I can return the very large and heavy cabinet to them at my expense. Needless to say, I'm not happy with their customer or the fact that they said I have 7 DAYS to report any damages but they are unwilling to act in good faith to resolve cjustomer issues. My daughter said she found numerous bad reviews, and I only wish I had looked before I ordered from them. Don't deal with this TERRIBLE company!

Several weeks ago, I noticed that Bison had incorrect color photos and product descriptions for an entire product line before placing an order. I informed them, and they acknowledged the mistake, assuring me it would be corrected. Weeks later, I placed an order for one of these products, trusting the description and photo had been updated. However, they sent the wrong color. When I contacted customer service to request a return label, Lucy essentially told me 'too bad'—claiming I received what I ordered. I then called and spoke with another representative who immediately admitted there was an error on their end with both the site and my order but said it would take several days to investigate. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was put on hold, only to be told the manager wasn't available.
Even after sending Lucy photographic proof showing "hand rubbed bronze" taken directly from the link on my order, she once again retorted, essentially saying 'too bad,' because buried in the description was the word 'black.' She forgot to mention that the link clearly denotes "oil rubbed bronze" and the "black" buried in the description actually said "secondary color."
Despite now numerous phone calls, with the first customer service agent admitting their mistake, and each time placing me on hold for long period, only to return to advise their "managers are in a meeting", I'm still awaiting a response from management and the return label. They will only transfer this matter back to my "case manager", Lucy, who's created this entire mess to begin with. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, leaving me deeply disappointed by Bison's lack of accountability and poor customer service.
