I was so happy when I found this place because it had the same stools I wanted at a much lower price than anywhere else. Unfortunately one did come with cracked legs from shipping but they immediately sent a replacement. I couldn't be happier with the product and service. I will be using them again in thfuture for more furniture since their prices are very good and I am confident I don't need to keep looking elsewhere.
I had a very large mirror arrive broken twice! Then they did refund me, but now I'm stuck with two very large mirrors with broken glass in them and no way to dispose of them. I requested that they pick them up or provide a way for my to drop them off somewhere. All they said is that they didn't need them anymore. I don't know how I'm going to dispose of them safely without cutting myself with the broken glass, let along the almost 4' long mirror frames. Will never buy anything from this website again.
Ordered an Item vanity stool from Amazon and returned the item unopened. Bison promised to provide a refund and return shipping charges. Three weeks later was still arguing with them to return my money for an unopened package. I did not receive back my shipping charges and they deducted 20% for restocking charges. This is horrible customer service. Amazon was able to help me and I received my money back in full. I sent Amazon these reviews and websites to black list this company. They should not be in business! Will Never order anything from Bison again!
Our office has been purchasing supplies from BisonOffice for over 2 years. We use lots of paper. Monthly needs. Easy to reorder, price is great, quick deliveries - no complains.
Once we had a slightly damaged box. UPS's fault, but Bison reshipped it right away at no charge.

I just purchased a kids bed from. This company not only did it show ahead of schedule I had a issue with a broken piece from shipping which happens they respond right away and was very on top of things I promise u u won't go wrong with purchasing from. Dealing with BisonOffice was one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. I strongly encourage not purchasing anything from BisonOffice. I purchased a couch from BisonOffice on September 27, with an expected delivery date of no later than October 12. It is November 2 and I still do not have my couch. The new delivery date is November 8. After weeks of complaining to BisonOffice, BisonOffice only refunded me $50 for this inconvenience. I told them that was not enough and they did not care. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Their third-party partners they use to deliver items are very bad (one of them lost my couch, and the other one sent my couch to an incorrect location). I would really save yourself the headache and do not purchase anything from here.

I emailed customer service because my file cabinet was damaged, I sent some pictures and asked how we can resolve this. They responded within Minutes! They asked for specifics of what part was damaged and asked for more pictures.(they gave examples of the pictures they needed, so I knew exactly what to send) Again within minutes I got a response that they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. The next day they stated that the color I ordered was out of stock and sent pictures of the other colors I could choose from. I picked the color, they put the order in and emailed me later that the cabinet was on it's way and gave me the tracking number. Thank You again Bison Office Customer Service, it was a pleasure doing business with you. I received the replacement cabinet quicker then the original order and it was Perfect!

On more than one occasion I have reached out to the customer service at bison and they have responded promptly as well as gone above and beyond any expectations I had to help me out with questions and concerns that I had. They've demonstrated a very professional and helpful attitude in every case.
I bought a valet stand from a company that I had not heard of before because of the great price. I was not disappointed. They shipped the item out very quickly. When I had some small issues, they were very accommodating and sent the replacement quickly, and I received it in just a couple of days. I would definitely recommend them.

We ordered eight chairs for our law office conference room. One of the chairs was, unfortunately, damaged. I emailed Bison Office immediately and within five minutes I already had a response with instructions on what to do to file a claim. Seller misleads customers as to return policy. I went to return and item they said I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. This was never listed in the order process or under the "returns and refunds" section of the seller's description. When I inquired with customer support I got a rude message saying the refund policy was listed under the "help" section rather than the "return and refund" section. How does that make any sense? They were unwilling to acknowledge the issue or correct it. I would NOT RECOMMEND Bison Office.

I purchased a dresser from Bison Office which unfortunately contained a defective part. The process to get a replacement was very easy and I was kept informed the whole time. They even offered to ship a complete replacement product if a replacement part had not been available.

I ordered a desk from Bison Office - it was shipped promptly but unfortunately a few parts were damaged in transit. When I contacted Bison Office to discuss getting replacement parts, I received a very prompt reply about how they would remedy the situation and then received regular emails over the next week to provide updates on the ordering, shipping and delivery of the replacements, along with a follow-up email after deliver to ensure I was completely satisfied! I had never heard or nor ordered from this company before, and it can be "dicey" these days to purchase online from a company you're not familiar with, but I would absolutely recommend Bison Office and will definitely consider them for any future office supply/equipment needs!

I bought 2 dressers and they shipped in 4 parts, I received 2 parts, but have still yet to receive the remaining 2 pieces! It has been over a month and one was damaged upon even receiving the package had to be shipped back to the shipper, who knows where? Have not even received a call or email regarding the package returned from FedEx and sent out numerous emails and tried calling with no answer. I am fuming with no answer from the company itself regarding the replacement. I am at this point ready to return the entire thing to their facility here in North Riverside and demand a full refund if they do not reach me by end of week. WHAT A Dissappointment! I understand we are in pandemic mode, but at least some courteous effort to reach out to the customer!
Their prices are pretty good but you better hope you don't need to return in anything. I was finally able to get them to send me a shipping label to return a chair that I purchased. I send back the chair and they simply kept the chair and my money, no refund was ever issued! When I email their customer service I only get automated responses back. This company is based in China and you cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Now I have no chair nor the money I paid.

Ordered 2 chairs, both arrived damaged or broken. I called and they said to email them pictures which I did. After hours of trying to set them up and repackage them, they wanted more photos of both chairs together. They act nice over the phone; however, want to make your life harder and making theirs easier. I would recommend buying from a reputable company and not this scheming ran one. I WANT AN EXCHANGE, not a refund!
I purchased a clock from Bison Office Products through the Houzz website.
I did not open the box for 3 weeks since I was in the middle of a remodel and did not need the clock. When I opened the box (which by the way, was in perfect shape - no tears and no damage to the box) there were 3 metal prongs that were bent. I notified Houzz which is when I found out that I actually got it from Bison Office Products. So I notified Bison of my problem and they were very short, unfriendly and unkind in their response. They claimed it was damaged by shipping. No way - perfect box. I was shocked to say the least. Even if you can't help me you could at least be nice. So anyway... I will not order anything from Bison Office supplies. I paid $80 for the clock and even without the the defect it was cheaply made. What a big disappointment. Do your homework people - you may be ordering from Houzz (or any other website) but they are only a storefront.

I ordered a sink to remodel my bathroom. The sink arrived super quick, but it was damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right away. The replacement ended up arriving super quick but damaged as well. I contacted them again and they made sure to let the warehouse know and they reinforced the packaging and sent out another one within a week. Third time was a charm! The sink came in in perfect condition! A day later I received an email from customer service checking in and making sure everything was good! I work in customer service so I appreciated the follow up so much. I will be definitely be ordering from Bisonoffice again.
