“Amazing customer service and prices”

I was so happy when I found this place because it had the same stools I wanted at a much lower price than anywhere else. Unfortunately one did come with cracked legs from shipping but they immediately sent a replacement. I couldn't be happier with the product and service. I will be using them again in thfuture for more furniture since their prices are very good and I am confident I don't need to keep looking elsewhere.

“Mirror Arrived Broken Twice”

I had a very large mirror arrive broken twice! Then they did refund me, but now I'm stuck with two very large mirrors with broken glass in them and no way to dispose of them. I requested that they pick them up or provide a way for my to drop them off somewhere. All they said is that they didn't need them anymore. I don't know how I'm going to dispose of them safely without cutting myself with the broken glass, let along the almost 4' long mirror frames. Will never buy anything from this website again.

Their exchange process is total BS! I will be telling everyone I know how shady this company is. I purchased something from them that many of my friends also wanted to buy but I will be referring them to another company instead.

I placed an order for two desks. They arrived and after opening one of the packages we noticed the top of one of the desks had a crack in the laminate. I contacted customer service and I was extremely pleased with the ease of reporting the damage and receiving the replacement piece. I love both desks and because of their exceptional customer service I am purchasing another one through them. It pays to take good care of your customers because it will keep them coming back if they know they are treated with care and concern. Thank you!!

What a great company to order from. Our rugs we ordered come in a different color than we thought. I was ready to send them back and find what we needed. But this great company is giving us our money back and letting keep them to donate! Awesome

The couch was significantly larger that what was advertised. I have 112 inch space for this couch, and it was advertised as 96.46 inches wide. When I got it (after unpacking it and setting it up) I realized that it does not fit. When I measured, it is more like 120 inches wide. I contacted the seller about a refund, and they are refusing to cooperate. They tried everything in their power to get me to keep the couch, and when I refused (because I have no use for a couch that doesn't fit) they expected me to incur the financial, and time burden of returning it. This return is only necessary because of their mistake. I do not mind when someone makes a mistake, it's how they correct that mistake that determines if the company is worth doing business with. This company is not correcting their mistake, and is not a company I would ever recommend doing business with.

Terrible customer service. Stay away from them. If you need to return an item they charge you a restocking fee plus they charge you to return the items. They have a terrible attitude no customer service whatsoever. If you buy an item your basically stuck with the item because the restocking fee is an arm and a leg plus the shipping cost. They don't even deserve a #1 they deserve a negative #0

I purchased this cover last season and it shredded along a stitching line. I called customer service and spoke to Vitas. He said no problem, it was waranteed so he would order a replacement for me. Thanks to his great service, I now have a new cover for this season. As I live in NY State, I won't be using this until the end of May. I don't expect any problems with it but I'm sure Bison and Vitas will take care of it if I do. Thanks for your great service.

Do not order from this company. If there is a problem with the purchase they 1) may not agree to any refund; 2) if they do agree, they make the customer pay shipping costs-even if the problem is on their end; and 3) charge customer a 20% restocking fee!

I was able to get the coffee table I wanted for a fraction of the price of other sites. Although the table sent initially was incorrect, the customer service department quickly resolved the problem. They were super quick to respond!

I would give a 0 if I could. The worst misleading and customer service company ever. The description on the items that I brought from the company was misleading and because of that, I wanted to return them. They told me that I had to pay for my shipping along with a 20% of a restocking fee. The items only costed $150.00. Shipping the items back would cost me $120.00. That's a total of $270.00. I would be only get backing $120.00 therefore I would be losing a $150.00... You be the judge does that make any sense at all?!?! Don't buy from them at all!

I purchased 2 cabinets about a month ago. I cabinet cam with no hardware. I have requested a full set of hardware 3 times. I have never received enough hardware to complete cabinet. Each time the send hardware the only include 2 hinges. The cabinet requires 8 hinges. After several tries, I'm giving up. I will try and find a hinge that will work locally. This has been a nightmare. Had Thanksgiving for 12 people with a 1/2 finished cabinet in my dining room. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awesome!. Upon receiving one of the. BORAAM harris barstools, I found that a part was damaged. I sent bison customer service pictures with a brief explanation of the problem. Maria immediately took care of it and in a few days a replacement part was received. Very professional!

I ordered two Boulangerie round and leather chairs. If I could review the staff and communication for Bison Office alone it would have been a 5 star review. The 1 star is for the quality of the chairs. I was pleased with the timeliness of arrival of the chairs, however, the quality of the chairs is totally unsatisfactory. The staining was poor on both chairs. Within two days one of the chair seat cracked. Bison made it right for that one chair but the other chair is so brittle, I am concerned for the longevity.

Tip for consumers:
What the quality of the leather was, i.e. faux leather vs. top grain, etc.

I needed to return an item and they were very helpful and quickly sent a return slip and a refund. They were extremely courteous, helpful and expeditious. It was a pleasure to work with them. Wish I could have kept the item.

They twice cancelled my purchase and said I needed to pay with PayPal. I also had to email them twice to get them to refund the purchase they cancelled. I do not recommend purchasing with this company

We ordered 2 scandinavian/europeon styled recliners and ottomans in cream. They were manufactured by Benchmaster. Upon assembly discovered that the design of the position lock is flawed for keeping the recline upright. We explained the design flaw and shipped the chairs back at our expense-$349.70. After 4 weeks I sent an email asking about our refund.Bison replied the chairs never arrived.I contacted UPS and they had documentation that a Bison employee had indeed signed for the chairs about 4 weeks previously. Presenting this information to Bison they offered a refund minus a restocking fee. I challenged the restocking fee for defective merchandise and they refunded this fee.
I see these chairs continue to be offered by Bison. They were a $349.70 mistake for us.

Tip for consumers:
You will ship returns at your own expense and be charged in addition a restocking fee.

I believe all the five star reviews they have are Fake. I ordered a bunk bed for my little girl a few weeks ago, and just last night, they send me an email saying that my card was not approved for this transaction, and they will not ship the product. What the hell does that mean? My card was charged $523.21, but not approved? A big thumbs up to Chase Bank for crediting my account, so I didn't lose any money, and a GIANT middle finger to BisonOffice for trying to scam me. AVOID THESE CROOKS!

Ordered four barstools. Good value. Shipping and communication was spot on. One of the barstools had a split in one of the legs. Customer service at Bison Office was very responsive and corrected the issue timely.
Highly recommend this company.

I ordered a full screenhouse from this company. I received an incorrect item as can happen. I contacted the company to report the problem. They promptly responded to my concern and within a few days I had my screenhouse. Good job. I would definitely order from them again! Thank you

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing my vanity. The vanity was listed cheaper here which is why I purchased it here. The porcelain sink was completely cracked and the side of the box was also damaged where the crack was located indicating that the courier damaged the box. They will not accept the return and told me that I have to purchase the replacement sink myself! Bison Office thrives on making your life miserable. They need to be reported to BBB immediately!

I purchased a Crosley wall phone from Bison Office on Amazon. The phone was defective and when i requested a replacement was advised that they only provide a seven day warranty! I contacted Crosley customer service and was told they actually provide a one year warranty and would exchange it for me. Do not purchase from Bison. I will notify Amazon that they should not sell their products.

They ship damaged items then try to get you to keep them. When I told them I wanted to return a damaged item, they asked for pictures. When I sent the pictures, they said they weren't good enough pictures! Deny my claim because I'm not a photographer?! This proves to me that you knew the items were damaged in the first place. You people are criminals and you deserve to go out of business.

I had an issue with my order and greatly appreciated that the customer service team was so prompt and responsive and took the time to work through it with me and resolve it to my satisfaction, giving me options. My product arrived damaged with a big whole in the box. Contacted them for replacement parts and were backordered till May was offered a $100 to keep as is, however I DID NOT KNOW the product was misaligned very badly and could not be put together and had to be thrown away. The first pantry and side board were also misaligned but were able to put 2gether. As you can see from the pictures almost the whole pantry was chipped, scratched and chuncks of wood missing. Will never order from this company!

I bought a bed and nightstands from this Company. Both shipments came quickly which was great! The bed had a piece that was damaged that they replaced in a timely way. The one nightstand also had two nicks that they refunded me for. The Customer Service kept me informed every step of the way and promptly responded to my inquiries. I was very satisfied with the end result and happy with what I received for the price.
