“Amazing customer service and prices”

I was so happy when I found this place because it had the same stools I wanted at a much lower price than anywhere else. Unfortunately one did come with cracked legs from shipping but they immediately sent a replacement. I couldn't be happier with the product and service. I will be using them again in thfuture for more furniture since their prices are very good and I am confident I don't need to keep looking elsewhere.

“Mirror Arrived Broken Twice”

I had a very large mirror arrive broken twice! Then they did refund me, but now I'm stuck with two very large mirrors with broken glass in them and no way to dispose of them. I requested that they pick them up or provide a way for my to drop them off somewhere. All they said is that they didn't need them anymore. I don't know how I'm going to dispose of them safely without cutting myself with the broken glass, let along the almost 4' long mirror frames. Will never buy anything from this website again.

Several weeks ago, I noticed that Bison had incorrect color photos and product descriptions for an entire product line before placing an order. I informed them, and they acknowledged the mistake, assuring me it would be corrected. Weeks later, I placed an order for one of these products, trusting the description and photo had been updated. However, they sent the wrong color. When I contacted customer service to request a return label, Lucy essentially told me 'too bad'—claiming I received what I ordered. I then called and spoke with another representative who immediately admitted there was an error on their end with both the site and my order but said it would take several days to investigate. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was put on hold, only to be told the manager wasn't available.
Even after sending Lucy photographic proof showing "hand rubbed bronze" taken directly from the link on my order, she once again retorted, essentially saying 'too bad,' because buried in the description was the word 'black.' She forgot to mention that the link clearly denotes "oil rubbed bronze" and the "black" buried in the description actually said "secondary color."
Despite now numerous phone calls, with the first customer service agent admitting their mistake, and each time placing me on hold for long period, only to return to advise their "managers are in a meeting", I'm still awaiting a response from management and the return label. They will only transfer this matter back to my "case manager", Lucy, who's created this entire mess to begin with. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, leaving me deeply disappointed by Bison's lack of accountability and poor customer service.

I discovered a beautiful table on their website. It appeared to be ideal and was also a fantastic deal, so I decided to purchase it. Regrettably, I subsequently took some measurements and discovered that it would not be suitable for the space I have. Bison Office states the following on their website: Please check the content as soon as you receive your package. You only have 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from the delivery.
I called them 20 minutes after the delivery men left my house to complain about the quality of the product that was delivered, and I even sent pictures showing the damage of the item I paid $1195.49 for. There were various spots on the cabinet with marks/dents, and a knick in the front which are visible. They told me that they would give me $100 off the price, but said I can return the very large and heavy cabinet to them at my expense. Needless to say, I'm not happy with their customer or the fact that they said I have 7 DAYS to report any damages but they are unwilling to act in good faith to resolve cjustomer issues. My daughter said she found numerous bad reviews, and I only wish I had looked before I ordered from them. Don't deal with this TERRIBLE company!

I rarely give reviews, but Valerie, BisonOffice Customer Support Specialist, was so helpful, efficient, and took such pleasure in helping a customer that I'm compelled to write. I ordered a small, stacking shelf that unfortunately arrived damaged. Customer service responded to my report within hours. After providing a bunch of pictures, they authorized a complete replacement of the item. The replacement arrived in less than two days in perfect condition. Many thanks. I bought 4 chairs for my patio, I open the box day 29 so I call them day 32 to let them know that I do not want the anymore before they look like they send me 2 open box, and they refused the return because I was day 32. So customer service is horrible, when they sell you something USED they are just wishing for day 30 to tell you that you need to keep them. I will never never used them again.

I love my new couch - it's beautiful. The delivery was superb - the couch was placed inside my home. The couch looks better than the pictures. It's sturdy and looks like a good quality sofa. Never do business with this company. If you look at previous pictures I posted, you will agree. THREE DAMAGED CONSOLE TABLES! It cost me $150 to get their trash out of my house! They refused to reimburse me! It cost ME money because I ordered from here! That has never happened in my life! I am 58 years old! Go anywhere to buy but here. Their prices are lower because they're sending garbage. Literally. I am going to write a review every time I remember so people will steer clear. My pictures and amount of garbage shown, speaks for itself. If I save even one person the anguish and true cost of doing business with them, from ordering from here, I'm happy.

Worst company ever. I believe they are not selling first quality goods. I have 3 damaged consoles. I just paid $150 for the trash to be picked up! BISON STUCK ME WITH THAT COST! HORRIBLE. I bought the same console from a different company and the first one was perfect. I am contacting the manufacturer to let them know that BISON is ruining their reputation.

I ordered a large console desk/table. It was very badly damaged. They send me another one, also damaged. Then another, also damaged. So they gave me my refund, but I am stuck having to pay for a trash pick up. It's an enormous amount of furniture. I purchased the matching stools from them. They expect me to pay to ship them back for my refund, at MY EXPENSE! I wouldn't need to ship them back if they could have provided a piece of furniture that was not damaged.

I ordered a beautiful ceiling light fixture that was delivered with a damaged part. It could've happened in manufacturing or transit. Although slightly disappointed, that stuff happens and I'm sure was not the fault of Bison. Hassles happen, but NOT this time~~

Of late, both Amazon and Wayfair have disappointed,
After many prior years, decades, of superb service.

Recently ordered a ceiling-height closet via Wayfair,
Only to experience an Inferno of difficulties;
We all know how that goes, eh?
Arduous is the word, trying to cancel~~
PayPal ultimately resolved; their 'dispute' system
Is well beyond admirable!

Meanwhile, after intense online searches,
Discovered the same item at Bison Office;
At nearly 30% less!
Seriously? YES

Ordering and delivery moved smoothly.
During unpacking, however, discovered rather
Nasty damage to the upper corner of the
Huge lower back panel.
Not via FedEx...
All four boxes arrived in perfect condition!

Contacted Bison to alert them to potential
Failure of the manufacturer's Quality Control.
They responded promptly, offering to replace
The item, which was moot, as the closet was
Already assembled, and replacing would
Involve further installation appointments and
Cost.

Again, Bison responded promptly,
And unexpectedly credited a small discount.
This is a first, in many decades of ordering online!

It's no surprise that Bison has such appreciative
Feedback...

The dresser I purchased is 31 inches from the floor to the top (which IS said on their website). What they failed to disclose was the horizontal length. We measured it and it's only 18 inches wide. This is a dresser that can only be utilized to hold junk or for looks. I paid almost $200 and can't use the dresser for what I intended, and that's clothes! It's also made cheaply. It's definitely not wood. I gave it 2 stars because it came quick (3 days sooner than expected), LOOKS nice, and came assembled.

Great company to deal with. I ordered coffee table and it came damaged couple time. Was very easy to find a himan to talk and solve the proplem. They went about and beyond to make me happy. Thank you soo much! The only suggestion is please pack your product better. It will save you money and time.

I ordered a dining room table from Bison Office, despite having read the recent (2020) bad reviews on this site. There is more than one review complaining of receiving the wrong item. I stupidly thought that the company would not do this for every order, and placed my order. The dining room table top was a completely different color than the advertisement. Not even close; not even in the same color family. It's just the wrong item. I am awaiting a response from the company, but I am concerned that I will receive the same run around as other customers. Consider purchasing from another company!

Huge mistake ordering from BisonOffice, which also goes by Bison Commerce. I will not make that mistake again. I paid significantly extra for "white glove" delivery by BisonOffice. They gave me a 3 hour window YET ARRIVED 8 HOURS LATER. I lost an entire day of work costing much more than the item I ordered and the shipping fee. When I contacted BisonOffice they promised to make it right -- and then later refused to do so.

In summary, BisonOffice provided a terrible service and their customer support has doubled-down on their error. I would never order anything from them.
