I was so happy when I found this place because it had the same stools I wanted at a much lower price than anywhere else. Unfortunately one did come with cracked legs from shipping but they immediately sent a replacement. I couldn't be happier with the product and service. I will be using them again in thfuture for more furniture since their prices are very good and I am confident I don't need to keep looking elsewhere.
I had a very large mirror arrive broken twice! Then they did refund me, but now I'm stuck with two very large mirrors with broken glass in them and no way to dispose of them. I requested that they pick them up or provide a way for my to drop them off somewhere. All they said is that they didn't need them anymore. I don't know how I'm going to dispose of them safely without cutting myself with the broken glass, let along the almost 4' long mirror frames. Will never buy anything from this website again.
Do not order from them. Ordered 3 items they did not deliver any of the items because of pricing error. They have yet to refund me. Terrible business. They have changed their name on Amazon 3 times.
I purchased a dining set from BisonOffice.com after canceling my order on another company's site because shipping would not occur until about a month later. Bison office shipped my dining set within a week, and it arrived way faster than the other company's timeline. When I found that the tabletop was damaged and informed them, Laura from Bisonoffice quickly reached out to me and sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the shipping company they used also damaged the replacement. I requested not to have another replacement since the second damage was not as bad. Laura and the team at Bison office offered me a small refund for the inconvenience. I really appreciated their effort in making my experience better by following up, sending replacement and offering the refund. Overall, my purchase experience with Bison Office was excellent as I felt like a valued customer. I will be buying from them again since the damage was not their fault and they did their best to make it right. Great customer service, please keep it up!

However, Laura and other staff at BisonOffice provided me excellent customer service by reaching out to me promptly, offering a replacement, and providing a small refund for the inconvenience. First, I'd like to say that I ordered 2 0f the Product ID: ******* Royale Nightstand by Steve Silver.
This product is of top quality, heavy duty and, very sturdy. The only problem was with the chosen shipping company (Fedex), which is the absolute worse, in my opinion. One of the items were damaged in the initial shipment by the carrier. Photos were taken of the packaging and the item, sent to customer service with a description of the damage. Bison CS was very diligent in making this right and immediately shipped a replacement. The only problem turned out to be is that the replacement shipment not only made it to Fedex but was on the truck for delivery to my home and mysteriously got lost. This happened twice with two replacement shipments. Although, very frustrating, Camila in Bison CS was absolutely wonderful and hung in there through a total of three shipments of the same item and, never wavered to satisfy me, the customer. I am confident that she badgered the carrier on the last attempt to get me my product and, the third time was a charm.
Tip for consumers:
If there is a problem of any kind, be thorough by photographing the item in the packaging before opening, including proof of purchase and shipping labels. Then of the item itself.

They supplied furniture for our office and it looks amazing. Comfortable chairs and cozy cubicles. We ordered additional inside delivery service and they brought it directly to our office.
My package and bed parts came damaged (cough fedex cough) and so I contacted them to help me with a return amd they were quick to respond and help me with a solution.
Love how it turned out! Despite having some minor issues the experience turned out great! Thank you so much for being so atentive! Would recommend 10/10

I'm updating a previous good review. After getting a replacement stool for the one that came damaged, we had the stools less than a month and the cushions started breaking down (see photos). Bison by email said they were "faulty" and asked if we would accept replacement cushions. I said yes so long as I could return the stools if the same thing happened. Bison told me I would not be able to return after getting the replacement cushions because it would be beyond their 30-day return window. So, I told Bison I wanted to return all 4 stools since I had no confidence that the replacement cushions wouldn't do the same thing. Bison said they would check with their warehouse. I emailed every day. Then, on the 30th day from delivery told me they wouldn't accept a return because it was beyond the 30-day window. I told Bison this was unacceptable as it was their delay that cause the issue to go beyond the 30 days. Bison said they would "make an exception" but that it would be a standard return that I would need to pay for. Standard returns need to be in the original packaging which we don't have so, you guessed it, Bison won't accept the return. I've filed a dispute with AmEx and will be filing a small claims case.

These people are unethical and are only out to get your money. I purchased a gazebo that was falsely advertised as 11x11 feet. When I went to the manufacture's site to look at specific dimensions. I couldn't find any 11x11 gazebos that matched the image of the one I had purchased. Right away, I reached out to Bison for model and and number to check on dimensions. They only provided this info after item had shipped and I refused delivery. Turns out, they copied the description and details from a totally different gazebo, rather than the one originally provided by the manufacturer. If you look up the model number online(Sunjoy A *******), you will see that the description AND dimensions does NOT match the one they have posted.*The actual Sunjoy description can be seen in Tractor Supply's listing below. They claimed that I was responsible for returned shipping and a 15% restock fee. The gazebo was $1588. 90, so I was out to lose a lot of money. They claimed that they didn't issue full refunds for customers who had a "change of heart." Liars and scammers. Fortunately, I paid with Paypal so I was able to file a dispute. I was able to provide enough evidence to support my claim and they ruled in my favor and I was issued a full refund. Had I paid with my debit card, I would have been out hundreds of dollars.
I have never written a negative review about anything. But my experience with this company is the worst I have ever had by far.
I ordered a rug from them. They had the same design rug in two different colors. Each rug was on its own link. I ordered the green one and they sent the blue instead. I contacted them about the issue, showed the different screen shots of what I did order vs what they sent, SKU etc... they said "the wharehouse says it's the right product"... The were two different rugs, different colors in the pictures and different product numbers... but somehow when I received the rug that 100% matched the wrong Rug, not the color and # I ordered, it in fact is that "correct" item? So either the wharehouse is wrong or their website is showing incorrect pictures of the rug that I ordered. Both of which are their mistakes. However, I am the one who had to pay the shipping to send it back- they wouldn't cover that fee.
So they were incompetent and sold or sent me that wrong item, won't admit they were wrong, and made me pay a lot of money to send back the wrong rug they sent. I'm out a lot of money and it was a huge hassle as well.
Overall it's a terrible company. I would never use them again and never let anyone I know use them either.
