I was so happy when I found this place because it had the same stools I wanted at a much lower price than anywhere else. Unfortunately one did come with cracked legs from shipping but they immediately sent a replacement. I couldn't be happier with the product and service. I will be using them again in thfuture for more furniture since their prices are very good and I am confident I don't need to keep looking elsewhere.
I had a very large mirror arrive broken twice! Then they did refund me, but now I'm stuck with two very large mirrors with broken glass in them and no way to dispose of them. I requested that they pick them up or provide a way for my to drop them off somewhere. All they said is that they didn't need them anymore. I don't know how I'm going to dispose of them safely without cutting myself with the broken glass, let along the almost 4' long mirror frames. Will never buy anything from this website again.

I ordered a $530 mail box from the company, hoping that it would be as sturdy and long lasting as the reviews made it out to be. Although I could have chosen to order the same item, at the same cost, from the manufacturer, I opted for Bison because it offered a color not available from the origination point. After several delays, the mailbox finally arrived and... wrong color! Immediately I contacted a Bison rep (Nora) and she worked at getting my problem resolved in a quick and efficient manner. Rather than repack the item and send it back -- an arduous task, considering the weight and packing materials involved -- I opted to keep what I got at a discounted price. It's a great, sturdy, beautiful mailbox, but the sketchy directions for putting it together left a lot to be desired. That speaks to the manufacturer's lack of customer empathy and is no reflection on Bison Office.

Customer service is the name of this company's game. These days that is a rare commodity. When you call their phone an actual person answers the phone. Wow. My problem was solved in a matter of maybe 4 hours. Keep up the good work!
Shipping came fast and on time as promised. I got one uneven leg stool, after several emails exchange, I got a replacement without charge. It's my first time order from this seller and I will do business with them again.

Careful as this company is not nice and very difficult to get a hold of. They shipped the wrong product and wanted me to pay to return it and a restocking fee. It took 10+ hours to fix it and BisonOffice repeatedly saying "no" before I convinced them of their error.
Hope they get your order right, but on principle I would choose a company that isn't ethically bankrupt.
I ordered 4 chairs and they arrived a day ahead of schedule. Which is unheard of in today's world. After opening and starting to assemble the chairs I found one piece that was damaged. I emailed the company and found out what they needed from my end. After fulfilling that the replacement part was shipped out the next day. Daria whom assisted me online was tremendous to deal with the problem. If I need other products they supply I will definitely not hesitate to order.

I purchased a rug from Bison Office, and they sent an entirely different rug than what was ordered. I contacted them and they agreed to send a replacement rug that was correct. The replacement was awful in appearance and not at all like the one pictured on their website. I emailed them three times to get a second replacement or a refund but did not hear back from them. I contacted PayPal to file a complaint and Bison Office replied, stating that they responded to my emails, even stating that they sent a return shipping label. I received a voicemail from them a couple of days later but when I called the number provided, I was prompted to enter the star symbol and an extension or person's name. However, each time I tried to do so the phone disconnected, and this matter is still not resolved. I am posting this message to make others aware so they can avoid the same problem I'm having with Bison Office.
If you make a mistake in ordering the wrong product you'll never get your money back! They are not truthful in their advertising. Stay away! Use reliable companies that will replace your products even if the item is a bit more in price.

Laura and Daria were a pleasure to work with when my coffee table had issues. I owned the table for only 3 weeks when noticeable cracks started forming and I knew the table was defective. I expected a long frustrating road to come to a resolution and to my surprise it was none of that. Laura and Daria responded immediately to all my emails and provided regular updates. I bought this dresser and when we open the package both corners were broken off One of them didn't even have a corner protector on it. I contacted the company as Amazon told me to and they just kept sending me the same request send pictures and I sent pictures of the packaging all four sides of the broken pieces. Only response I got was to send me pictures. After I sent the pictures three times I never heard from him again and it was then too late for the 30-day return policy. Not to mention the fact that I would have to pay the shipping to send it back. This is a nine drawer dresser with a mirror. It would have cost almost as much to send it back as it was to buy it in the first place. I don't get a special rate. I will never do business with them again.

I paid to have it shipped to me. Both corners are broken off. Took pictures all around the box and the broken pieces. They gave me the runaround until it was too late to return it and even then I would have had to pay for the shipping back.. no way not happening ever again

Bought on Amazon and Bison was the seller. Nowhere on the sellers page could I find a mention of a 20% restocking fee. Then I sent back the unopened item via fedex. 3 weeks go by and no refund. I contacted them and now they say I have to email the tracking number for proof of delivery even though they already have the item with the proper return authorization number. Very unethical.

I had purchased a desk from Bison Office and I mistakenly misread the measurements and discovered I could not use the desk. I called the customer service line and an actual person answered. They were very professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make the return process simple and easy. I had a lot of question and spoke with two different people and they were very patient and helpful. The quality of the desk was top-notch and was disappointed I was not able to use it. I have bought products from Bison in the past and the quality of the product has always been very good. The friendly staff and effort was worth mentioning because great customer service seems hard to come by these days but the people at Binson Office do truly care about helping and providing great products with a great service.
I ordered a kitchen island for my pantry from this company. Their communication was excellent throughout, and the product arrived in the timeframe they originally indicated. The box had been damaged in shipping, and there was a small scar in the wood where the box had been torn off. I gave them this information and they replied immediately to resolve the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting excellent customer service!

Their prices were good. Not the lowest, but had a good selection and I just wanted to buy from one place. Something was delivered damaged. They said they would only give what amounted to a 6% refund. They would not entertain replacing it. Go somewhere else.

I received the Mallory King Bed. Shipping was quick; however upon receipt, the headboard had some issues. After reaching out to customer service, they had a new headboard shipped right away. The bed was a little challenging to put together due to the headboard being in 2 pieces and not fitting quite as snug as I'd like, but overall we really like the bed! Item was received damaged although I believe it was the fault of the manufacturer and not BisonOffice or the carrier. Contacted BisonOffice regarding the damage and they made it right in timely fashion. Would have no reservations to transact business with BisonOffice in the future.
I had a few hiccups ordering from Bison like a cancelled item and shipping damages. However, in the end I got my dream sofa for the BEST price and they refunded me for the shipping damage. Overall, grateful and happy with this service.
