I'm not sure why they're being flag for suspicious reviews, because they've been a great gaming platform for me to play on. They have always been professional and respectful. Their staff is amazing and have very quick responses and turnarounds for the deposits and withdrawals. I give them five stars
Trying to verify to cash out a measly 50$, and have had to submit selfie after selfie. Just to have it denied for nonsense reasons. To top it off customer chat agent was very rude and not the least bit helpful

Ive been trying to get my issue resolve for almost 10hrs (on the time of writing) and none seems nor no one seems can tell me a concrete answer.
Background:
Around 2am, OCT 15,2023, when i tried to deposit some funds to my bitbetwin account. I've done this almost a hundred times already so im already familiar about the process. But this time its different. Payment went thru but it was never credited to my account.(stolo) when i tried to ask assistance from their customer service rep, it took them 7hrs just to create a ticket to escalate my issue and 9hrs to provide me a contact number! T top all of that, these representatives are born with magical powers!(sarcasm) they will vanish while you're in the middle of chatting with them and then a new person will pop up and will the same questions the last person asked! Idk if this are AI's but if so, looks like they need an upgrade coz sime task are yet to make them crash and reboot!
And to make the whole thing pathetic, it is $10 worth! It small for other people but for some thats all they had! Great job bitbetwin!(more sarcasm) you guys are 1 of the reasons why people lead to no good!
