I strongly caution against engaging with BitExchange, as my experience suggest they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes.

I've gotten my money back and that was only way I could go about it. I got help from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS REVIEW INCASE YOU NEED HELP AND WANT TO REACH OUT TO THEM).

Note: I did this because of the strict policy over here and honestly i just want to help as many people as possible to get their money back.

They are absolutely scammers. When you try to withdraw your invested money, they keep adding additional fees as excuses so you can give them more. Be careful out there, report on bit.ly/3BVLdzy if you have been a victim.

Customer service non existent. They have a guy on chat and whenever you talk about an issue his robotic response: I will escalate this to such and such department.
Many customers left them because they are not trustworthy. Stay away report on skyline-rec0very. Com. They have wonderful consultation and you are sure to get your asset back.

This is a scam website. I deposit $15,000 into bitexchange.net and I cannot transfer my money out to us the money for bills or trading. I keep contacting the site but one answers my chats anymore. Please don't deposit any money into this website. They will not send me my OTP code. I been trying to transfer my money since April 2023.

Total SCAM! They process the KYU then they let you deposit crypto, you cannot withdraw it or exchange it, no support, they block you. SCAM! Stellar-trace. Com, Stepped in to get my withdrawals back. You can google them to check them out.

They froze my account. Than charged me a very high...what hey called a Tax...and I could not take the money from my account to pay the "Tax"...so my account was frozen and then they took without my knowledge. They took money. It Is a scam. Took take peoples money..

A lot of people experience different things some true and some not true, we all have the right mind to know what is good and what is bad, You see all this sites trying to copy the real ones doesnt mean you cant find the actual real sites for consultations when you get scammed by this crooks, I was a victim and support@ gravcapital. Co.u k got all my funds back I have proofs

I lost all my money.
I only deposited once and never sent anything. All my money was stolen as one day my account went to $0. I have spent years talking to freewallet and sending them the txhash, pictures with their Attention sign, signatures and ID's etc...
Every time I think I have got it straightened out it starts over with them wanting more of the same information.
They say my money is safe, it is safe in there account and that is where it will stay until i wrote to zenithesse. Com and they got my money back from them now everything is sitting pretty in my wallet.

Their customer support team is really good. They are very patient enough to understand the technical problems and coordinate internally and revert with appropriate answers in a shorter period of time. I mean, any technical product will have initial glitches.
Would totally recommend this service.

Just stay clear of these people. They are the biggest scammer I've never met. Thank that I did not buy the whole products but only stick to buy just one of their products. It never work as I struggled to get the site working, I tried several times to no avail. Every attempt contacting this people via email provided, there was no single response, You have been warn unless you have money to waste.

Don't work with them. I have bought $5,000 script to install fully. Before paid they like they will be do that. But after payment, no response, no update, no skill. Just only sell the customers with pure php front-end only.

These guys at least respond to my messages and pick my calls every time. And they fix everyday online review meetings for work that is been done for me. I dunno about what others say, but here is what I have to say: I have outsourced this work to 4 different companies before. Each one of them are terrible when it comes to responding once the payment is made(Sadly not many even know what Crypto business is all about). And finally Am left hanging. These folks at BitExchange are the 5th and Am happy. I have got 2 scripts installed by them and they work good. Am now getting a customisation done and Am happy I get a call from them everyday at 9. Invested some $10,000 and made lost of profit, this is the first trading platform where you can easily deposit your money, Trade easily when its come to withdraw your money thats when the problem started, they asked for additional funds before i can get my funds WTF... the blocked me on their whatsapp including the Email and my account as well. I was tired of all this sh*t before a family friend introduced ''E*V(IDE*NT)LTD'' they fought so hard for me and all thanks to them i could get my money with the Interest in full funds

The biggest scam of all time, the most shameful and dishonest website I know. To go from a price of $ 199 to $ 7,500 for 4 simple additions you find that correct? Then another website offers it for $ 199! Shame on you!

This team does not stand behind their product. Paid for both a template and their so-called installation service support. We found issues with code namely minor issues because mid-tier. Their login and registration was not supported by anything. All we needed was the library. So, we reached out to the installation support team, and they would not respond back to our questions. They could not even help us with that. I am the project owner, and I wasted a lot of time with my devs to the point we realized their product and support was not worth it.

Again, don't buy from "these" people.

Total scam. Go onto the website trade and met with extortion. Can't withdraw unless unreasonable charges. Totally stay away from these scammers. Customer support is a joke.

There are back doors in the script. The PHP source code is very poorly written. If you launch this you will lose everything. Exchanges aren't built in PHP. They are coded in various forms mainly mern stack, node.js, express... just be careful with these guys. I spent 5,000 dollars with them to research this and warn others.

Deceitful company! Lies upon lies, I couldn't withdraw my profit and they kept asking for more money which is absolutely ridiculous! I had to take legal action by reporting my case to SKYRUNRECOVERYTECH.They helped me to get my money back in less than 72hours. This guy Kevin is the owner of the bitxchange he knows more information than the site is giving people first he tells you I can help you he insisted me to take all my fund and put it in the exchange without telling me how it works I was thinking Oke why all my money let's test this guy this guy is really active on TikTok I asked more but not really clear answer only pushing me to take all my fund and put it on the exchange after telling me you can withdraw your money when you like.when I wanted to test his story he changed his story be careful this guy is really popular on TikTok people be careful for this scammer he made a million scamming people

I don't know how else the customer service told me to pay taxes to withdraw money, and after paying taxes I couldn't withdraw it, then he said I had to pay 5948 because my account was arbitrage, I had no money, I had to pay money again to withdraw funds that, I've borrowed to pay taxes, now my account is frozen

My brothers and sisters please dont play in this app because i lost 7.5 lakhs in 6 months and the problem is company will not support you in the one time please dont play guys starting for new costumer they will provied everything after 20days there is no response first of all dont play casino games in this there ate many apps like this gamblears be carefull in this app always deposit problems from one week still my 1000rs is not added they are saying we are not recived be dont join

Traded and achieved profit, invested 3k and grew it to 9k. When I tried to withdraw I was Frozen, funds were seized and locked out. Reported to police 01/02/2023 Australia

The script was stuck and we couldn't move further. The customer support did help us but took about a week to figure out the problem and help us with it. Although the script is worth the price and looks great
