Had ordered 3 whopper with cheese extra lettuce and 3 large fry. They didn't put cheese or extra lettuce and when I tried say something about it the guy whom made the food started using profanity at me the shift Mgr standing right there when I say something to him he ask my why am I making a big deal of it. So I left, didn't receive what I paid for. I contact customer service about it all they do is apologize offer me a $5 coupon for my next visit and tell me there isn't anything else they can do about it. I will never return. They just stealing from people and getting away with it. Yes not receiving what you pay for is theft.
Very poor service Most staff don't speak good English and do not understand what's being said by the customer! The manager, was very rude and talked in a child like manner, when I asked to speak to the manager! He as very rude I asked for 2 # 2's He asked me if I wanted a # 1 I stated no He asked me again We used to be good customers of that location, but won't be going back! There customer service, sucks
The chicken sandwich was too salty and not even the dog would eat it. No napkins included with order, which manifests a total lack of concern on the part of the restaurant for proper hygiene. Once I got home, I found that some the items that I paid for were not included. Will never visit BK again, too bad.
Don't eat at Burger King in Canon City CO since employees can be behind counter eating food not washing hands going on national news and keeping their jobs. 2 weeks later you get paper in your ice cream cone. They can't do special orders. This place needs shut down
This company is a joke, my debit information was stolen through there drive thru, the employee got $300. They wont return any phone calls or emails. I will never dine with this horrible company. Be careful they don't steal your info.

I broke down while approaching a Burger king restaurant quickly turned into the parking lot. I did not know but my car had caught fire. I ran into the restaurant said car on fire they quickly gave me an extinguisher and saved my car. Yon won my gratitude and I brought donuts to thank them and visit about 3 time a week on the way to work. Damage to car was under 1,000 dollars and 40,000 to replace Thank you! And the food is good as well.
I have ordered from various Burger Kings in the past. It's a quick, usually satisfying meal. However, the one located at Bell School Rd. And E. State St. In Rockford, IL frequently does something wrong with my order. This is the one located closest to where I live. This time I ordered the 8 pc. Chicken nugget and fries using a coupon which was to cost $3.00 and include 2 sauce cups. I went to the drive thru and ordered. When I got home, there were NO sauce cups. Very disappointing!. I also was NOT given a receipt so can't post it!
Will ask for your order and leave the store half way through. So I get it it's Thanksgiving, everyone wanted to go home and be with their families. So why not put up a sign with the time you close? Why not tell me as I'm half way through my order, I'm sorry we are closed now? Nope. She helped the 2 people ahead of me, than asked for my order. So she isn't responding and I say, "Hello Hello." I waited thinking maybe she was the only person there and was helping the 2 in front of me. Finally, I realize there's no way, and drive up to the window to see what is going on. She literally left the store in the middle of me ordering.

What is hard to read about NO KETCHUP? It's on the receipt. It's on the wrapper of the burger. My daughter gets home, guess what, ketchup all over it. This generation of kids, I feel sorry for. They just don't give a darn.
I visit this place regularly and am more than satisfied, always friendly staff, tasty burgers. Often I order over the phone, and what's remarkable, the administrator calls me by my name, it's very nice.
Associates on the microphone taking order was rude and impolite letting me wait after 8 cars before letting me know that i have to get cash to order. When such a thing happen, you should put a sign warning customers that you only accept casement, even if its hand writing. I asked for a small coke and he said is $2 ish, I replied that I am not taking it, and your impolite associate answer me that they don't give anything for free at burger King. I think it's disrespectful, I am a weekly customer, I'm gonna stop ordering from you and will share my experience on the web because such a behavior can't be tolerate. You should not hired such people, they will. Help your business going down. And he didn't give me a receipt because I didn't wanna buy the coke.

Burger King makes my family come together, starting with their amazing Vegan option for my older brother down to their ultra full of bacon cheeseburger for my personal enjoyment, and satisfying nuggets for the children in the family, when taking grandma to her doctors check up appointment, we love the coupons we get sent home and use them on family urgent fast trips. Burger King was a part of my family's culture as we grew older. Since the beginning of migration from different nations, Burger King has offered our loved ones precious family moments.
I know it's good to hire teens because they have responsibility but, All they do is talk they get my orders wrong, and even on the simplest things. They gave me vegetables in my burger and I didn't even ask for it And one time they forgot about my sister's order. Do you even train them to do it right the first time because I'm not going to spend my money somewhere that does everything wrong
3 people were sleeping in the booths there during lunch hour, none of the workers seemed to care at all. I contacted corporate who were quite useless overall but said a manager from the store would reply. This is the reply I was sent:
"i am so sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you have to deal with during your last visit to our store. Thanks for bringing this to my attention will discuss with our team so that this kind of situation will be avoided in future.

My dog easily could have written a better reply. What a joke. That is one of the poorest written emails I have ever seen in my life.
I don't know who is in charge of this fast food place but it is horrible. Took 15 minutes to even get to order and then another 15 to wait on the food. This is a fast food place not a 5 star restaurant. There is no reason for this long wait except laziness. Everyone "working" inside is just standing around. If you don't want to work just go home. Quit wasting everyone's time because you are too lazy to move a little faster and do your job to the best of your ability. I'm not sure how they are still open.
I was wanting to acknowledge that employee Pat was awesome with his customer service and kindness. He made sure that all our needs were what we suggested and everything was correct. Pat would be a great manager and can definitely become a general manager in the near future.

I went to Burger King I order a mix match of two burgers for seven dollars.very expensive for being so small.I ordered large combo king size and the burgers was so small like happy meal burgers for little boys.the branch in montebello on Beverly blvd really sucks and they always make errors with your food.after years of eating here I decided to stop eating here and start eating at Carl's Jr instead.
Don't stop here because you will wait for such a longtime to either get your order wrong or lose it and it's not their fault. I had to skip lunch due to no experience employees at this establishment. Which this is not my first rodeo with this location but I thought I continue with this location but today was the last visit here.

My wife bought me a bk fish sandwich and again it was not fit for a pig to eat this is the second time in several weeks I have gotten inedible fish sandwich from the rt 193 Kingsville ohio restaurant ******* the service is shoddy the staff rude and incompetent they throw the sandwiches together a real mess and the fish sandwich was over cooked and hard to bite as well as cold. Second shift needs replacing and a competent staff put in the manager is absent and derelict of duty never there and doesn't return phone calls. I'll be waiting for a refund and you can have the fish sandwich back
Okay so the burger are good but they don't live up to the hype.The size is decent and both my partner and I enjoyed it... The only thing that we didn't like the place is not very clean even staff member are busy in phone, so lazy service...
Searching for a good burger spot & came across this one. Compared the prices to holy chuck, top gun & burgers priest. We ordered the atomic burger (recommended if you love cheese) & captain jerk. Let me tell you. Best burger we've ever had & for the price too? Amazing. Will definitely come back!

We went to the mahoning ave Burger King in warren the flies are outrageous. It smells like nothing but week old garbage. The sandwiches were wrong she argued with my 9 year old son that she didn't ring it up wrong. Play room closed no repairs made worst experience of our lives. Almost $50 in food thrown away.

I'm vegan and I bought some vegan items - not for the first time with BK, but when I got home and tucked in - I noticed it was not the vegan chicken but real chicken. It had the distinct chicken smell and texture and was clearly not a substitute.
When I contacted them - not only did they not compensate me for breaking my years of non-meat eating (I took a bite before realising), they didn't apologise or even offer me a refund for the food that I had to throw away. I was quite shocked only to receive a general 'thank you for contacting us, we'll look into it' - and nothing more.
I have never been to a BK since and will never go again - they should be ashamed of theirselves.
The impossible whopper at burger king is great and the fries are definitely above average for a fast food restaurant. The customer service was great as well as the prices. Of course the bathrooms are disgusting (like any fast food place), but it doesn't remove the fact that the food is of great quality and the staff are friendly. For those who gave 1 or 2 stars, maybe try a different location and maybe it will be better in terms of food and service.
