I bought a burger gift card and when I tried to use it the person at the counter told me it wasn't working so I paid cash. When I tried to use it the next time they told me I didn't have anything on my card. When i checked my balance on line it said I spent it on the same day the the person told me it wasn't working! I lost almost $20!
I'm vegan and I bought some vegan items - not for the first time with BK, but when I got home and tucked in - I noticed it was not the vegan chicken but real chicken. It had the distinct chicken smell and texture and was clearly not a substitute.
When I contacted them - not only did they not compensate me for breaking my years of non-meat eating (I took a bite before realising), they didn't apologise or even offer me a refund for the food that I had to throw away. I was quite shocked only to receive a general 'thank you for contacting us, we'll look into it' - and nothing more.
I have never been to a BK since and will never go again - they should be ashamed of theirselves.
I went into burger King today in the service was real bad. I went to the burger King on 730 n. Zaragoza rd El Paso Texas. In when I walked in to the front to order I waited 10 minutes just to order in then I was scared away by the manager Israel who was screaming at a lady employee, Tell her she was stupid in slammed his hands on the counter really hard an aggressive til the point me in another customer left in did not proceed to order. I feel for that poor girl I wouldn't want no one to speak to me like that especially not a manger he was really rude.

We will return Burger King! The terrible experience we had in Gainsville Burger King will not stop us to eat the BK delicious food!

Every time I get Burger King now the burger is not what it seems the bun is very cheap made it falls apart the hamburger was burnt no salt on fries I had the impossible burger it was on the Cleveland Burger King went to the drive-thru to get food and this is what I got chicken sandwich it was all mayonnaise and I did not order it like that it had no lettuce this is the second time I went to Burger King and they did this they were not. Nice at all!
I r been going here for years. If you get a free whopper with your receipt then you take the server then they give u the burger. Now there telling me I have to buy something else to get it? I'm apaueldd and the rude $#*! behind the counter really made me upset she was very racist I'm never coming back to the Frankenmuth establishment

I was traveling and stopped at Burger King in selmer Tennessee went through the drive-thru to get some breakfast it was so bad I had to throw it away and had to stop somewhere else and get something to eat the coffee was so disgusting I took one drink and spit it straight out I pulled over in their parking lot and went in their store and threw it in their own trash can and went down the street and got me something decent to eat the hash browns were so hard I couldn't even buy into them thought I was going to break my tooth
I dont usually write bad reviews, but this establishment is just the worst. The employees are rude and they make you feel like an inconvenience. This is not based on only one visit, this is numerous visits over the past 6 months. I will from now on drive the 7 miles out of my way to go to a Burger King that wants my business.
Came through the drive they with a coupon code 9092! The sandwich was coke drink flat the only thing that was hot was the fries, however that's not what I came for! The service is awful! Even with them being slow the floor is dirty and nasty after coming in. They are merely sitting around laughing instead of cleaning! I will never come back here. When I brought my food back though I paid with a credit card they wanted a receipt that I couldn't find at the moment. So I will be calling the card company tomorrow to report it! Just GHETTO and filthy and nasty. Full of flies but that reflects on management we know what they do in there spare time and it's not CLEANING!

Burger King app sucks there prices suck they went up about 2 time's on there prices rather then before there prices were reasonable now I can't even get a whole meal under 10 dollars it's very pathetic horrible the app is so bad I just installed the ap Saturday to get a coupon then Sunday when I went to open the app to place and order and to get the coupon I had nothing but complete technical problems the coupon I didn't c it until after order then I couldn't just pay for just half the coupon it only worked with the whole coupon the app kept on crashing I had to keep on re opening the app the customer service sucks they do nothing but bs then I'm stuck still with the problem s that exists I couldn't get back in I had to resend over 15 time's and still get nothing of a code so from all the badness unprofessional stupidity done towards me I'm still stuck with the same problem there digital team sucks they don't get back to you give the same B's problems this discussing experience I should've never went through it bs bk doesn't care for there customers at all but taking there money making them broke waist of my time using calling the dysfunctional customer service team tech support is fraud suck never have anything to do this B's burger King ever again

This Burger King is on wood avenue, Edison. The mangers are extremely rude and treat customers like trash, Today i happened to order 2 fish burgers at drive through and they gave me beef burgers, when i reached home i checked and called Burger King( *******631) three times and left voice messages. Nobody called back. I went there and explained to the shift manager, he refused to listen and said I am 3pm shift manager i don't know if you are saying the truth. Come tomorrow morning and i cannot give you free food. His tone and attitude was very very demeaning and insulting. I asked for his name n he pointed to his badge and said that's my name. I said I can't see from far, tell me and he turned his back on me during all the conversation saying that my name is on my badge and I am not telling you. The managers at this location are extremely arrogant. Action must be taken otherwise its a bad impact on Burger King.

454 Murfreesboro road Nashville TN ******* to order. The girl on the phone was very rude and unfriendly. A gentleman took over my order and got my order in. I had one car in front me, and I was the last one. My order took over 30 minutes after the car left. I was very patient. Finally brought my 2 sandwiches and 1 medium drink in a very dirty cup with hair all over it. I felt disgusted and just trashed the entire food in their trash can. Very unhappy about it. Just been through drive through made an order paid and waited (to be honest we were shocked with the amount we paid) but hey it's a treat isn't it. When we got the bag a small bag we thought that there would be another one, got home started to put out the food I was shocked. The receipt number is 7552 from leppings lane SHEFFIELD timed at 5:29 pm. Clsc box melt = 1 child size double burger with cheese about 15 if that chips 4 small nuggets and drink, charged me 4.99 then there was the onion rings x 9. I received 8 squashed soggy not crispy ones. Crispy chicken and chips ordered, received chicken burger again child size with bit of lettuce and 1 piece of tomato and around 12 chips, drink to the cost of £7.99. Whopper meal? WHOPPER? Isn't that supposed to be large? The bun was regular size not large just a bit bigger than the child size and he was asked if he wanted cheese got charged extra. 50p for American cheese? What ever that is 15 chips and drink All to the cost of £24.66 ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING NEVER AGAIN WIĹL I TOUCH A BURGER KING!
So, I walk in to the Burger King in Morrow, GA on Jonesboro rd. And was instantly greeted at the door! The cashier met me at the register to take my order and she entertained me the entire time. I was pleased to see the crew cleaning and communicating throughout the store. The managers coached their team well and it seems they are having a great time at work. Whatever is going on, keep it up! Wonderful change
Burger King Aikahi, Hi has stepped up their customer service. I got really great customer service at this BK at about12:30pm on 8/25. All the food was hot, I had enough condiments, the order was completed in a timely manner and the manager was clear with answers on what burger I wanted. (New item) I wish more people would give this type of service when people are spending their money to eat out. I appreciate your service so much that I just had to give you a great review. I filled out the customer survey and took time out f my busy day to do so, to get me a free whopper. Then I get told I have to buy the fries and drink. That made me upset that that is in the fine print, Burger King used to be my favorite place to eat. It's went downhill. I will not eat there again. By the way the sandwich that was on the menu DID NOT look nothing like the actual sandwich

The lady have the nerves to also said she will spit in my food after I told her to stop arguing with me the customer before her saliva get in anyone food since she is not wearing a mask. I will not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone as the employee there are not polite, very disrespectful, and customer service friendly. I manage to take a picture of the young lady but she wasn't wearing a name tag. She is the one that put the meal together and hand it over. To me she is having a bad day and just before of one simple question she went overboard. I believe Burger King need to fired her and get professional person who want a job to do the job well. If the doubt my review, they need to check there cameras unless they are not working. You will see her in the picture at the drink section. You need to terminate her contract. I have also emailed Burger King managers and I hope they will do the necessary to ensure the issue is corrected so it will not happen to another customer. I also notice that they do not have good reviews and today I learn why.
