Had ordered 3 whopper with cheese extra lettuce and 3 large fry. They didn't put cheese or extra lettuce and when I tried say something about it the guy whom made the food started using profanity at me the shift Mgr standing right there when I say something to him he ask my why am I making a big deal of it. So I left, didn't receive what I paid for. I contact customer service about it all they do is apologize offer me a $5 coupon for my next visit and tell me there isn't anything else they can do about it. I will never return. They just stealing from people and getting away with it. Yes not receiving what you pay for is theft.
Very poor service Most staff don't speak good English and do not understand what's being said by the customer! The manager, was very rude and talked in a child like manner, when I asked to speak to the manager! He as very rude I asked for 2 # 2's He asked me if I wanted a # 1 I stated no He asked me again We used to be good customers of that location, but won't be going back! There customer service, sucks
Just had lunch at the Pelham, AL BK and the only way I can describe the restaurant is just plain nasty. The floor was sticky, the trash receptacles were gross, the tables were not cleaned, the seat covers were cracked, he restroom was the worst. No hand towels in the restroom, hand sanitizer near the entry was empty (not just empty, not even the mechanism!). The staff was typically unfriendly and rude. Don't know why we didn't go to Chick-fil-A

Ok boys and girls. Strap yourselves in for another review. Today my wife and I went to the Burger King inside Square One shopping mall in Mississauga Canada. We wanted a bacon cheeseburger combo from the King Deals menu. No problem, right? WRONG! The idiot server told me I could have it because IT WASN'T ON THE MENU when it actually was. We pointed it out to her three times but she still wouldn't get it through her thick skull. We got mad and left. We went to Big Smoke Gourmet Burgers instead and we got what we wanted there. No argument. No "IT'S NOT ON THE MENU". I swear some people leave their brains at home before they go to work.
Why can't I choose zero stars? Ordered on bk.com and was told 30 minutes until delivery. 75 minutes later Doordash driver calls me to say they didn't have anything on my order. So much for dinner.
The chips were inedible.
They are taking large amounts of money off the public in return for very stale and impossible to eat food even when at ones hungriest.
Is there any way of getting money back?

I cut open the chicken served in my sandwich and although I know that it's reprocessed, I really couldn't identify the chicken from the filler. The sandwich was lousy tasting and I probably wouldn't order it again, unless they bring the chicken back. Otherwise it's KFC for chicken and BK's for burgers.
Hi i recently was in for dinner at burger king. I was so surprised at the speed and accuracy and awesomeness of this manager. I beleive her name is sandy i have been in on a regular basis for awhile because they are affordable. The only time i get my food the best amd the fastest is when she is working she can be there with only one person rockin the the drive thru and front counter by herself because they are always short staffed but my food is so fresh and never missing not one thing its amazing. So now when i go in im asking where is sandy? She didnt quit did she? Its just not the same unless shes there what a lovely person. Always hard at work even with no help she is great and always pushing to be on top of things man whoever hired her they need to recognize her. Let the owners know i dont ever receive my food accurately unless she is the one bagging it love love this worker please recognize this. Thank u for ur time and we will be in to see her again anytime shes there.
I adore Whopper and vegan burgers they make! Unfortunately, I don't have Burger King in my country but each time I am near it I just can't help myself from eating there. Marvellous!
It was a very sad day and I was hungry my dad drove to the carline for what I should call booger king I ordered a burger a cheeseburger crispy and smooth but instead when I opened my burger at home the cheese was gone I ordered a burger with tomatoes lettuce and pickles with no sauce guess what I saw!……,………………a hideous beast with two pickles mustard and no cheese it had meat but crusty musty dusty rusty meat and bread as crusty as someone's toes
The Burger King in spring Hill Florida off of Anderson Snow road is the most worst Burger King I have ever been to they serve old food repeatedly they have you waiting 5 and 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru just to take your order saying they're updating computers and other things you asked him to remake your food because it was old and they give you another set of food that's just as old it's a horrible restaurant they need to be closed down they have a sorry staff that does not do their job and that's in spring Hill Florida off of Anderson Snow road
After reaching out to BK customer service over the course of the past month, and having those calls reciprocated with the assurance that the escalation will reach district or regional management who will reach out to help resolve the problem, we've yet to receive a call to the number left with them three separate times. There are other places that would like me to spend my money with them. That is what's going to happen. Taking personal time out to contact BK customer no service is a complete waste of time. It's no wonder BK restaurants are closing down at a rate of one every couple of months. BK was my go to however, I am of the notion that I alone am the only one that can provide the solution to the issue I've been attempting to get resolved. I have arrived at that solution. No more BK. That resolve will remove yet another source of cash flow from their bottom line. A little advice, "scrape em off"... you want to save your sanity, then just scrape em off like the charred remains of an over cooked burger on the grill!

Worst drive through in Louisville, and that's quite a low bar to reach. They never give me a receipt, likely because they don't want me to take the survey. I don't know the name of the nasty person in the drive through (hence another reason they probably don't give me a receipt). But it's the young black girl in the mornings; she always seems like she is angry at the whole world. I know it's hard to get help in bottom-dwelling jobs these days, but you have to do better than this person.
Nobody in the drive through queue before me or behind me, but she barks out "pull around front." So I do. Then she gingerly strolls out the front door and just stares at me until I have to take the food from her grasp. I say thank you. And she says nothing and just gives her angry nasty look again.
Please take these people down the road to Chick-Fil-A and show them what customer service looks like. Hell, you could take this girl down to the other Burger King store a few miles away and teach her some things. It's pathetic.

The customer service rep at the drive-through was extremely rude we didn't get the right food and the food we did get was absolutely horrible granted yes fast food but I have never had that experience at a Burger King
Typical fast fod place. Quality and service of the food is good. I love their mac cheesy paity with cheesy fries and freshly juicy chicken. They recently introduce their orignal receipe chicken tender and its so crispy and delicious.
My partner and I just came through the Burger King by Tyrone Mall in St. Petersburg, Florida #83. Worst fast food experience we have ever had. It began first with no greeting at all…she said 'go ahead'. There was no welcome to Burger King, go ahead with your order when you are ready…it was just 'go ahead'. Gave the first order and she kept talking over my partner who was trying to give the order. Kept saying 'is that it' several times and not listening. We felt rushed and ended up not ordering everything we wanted to order. Came up to the window, again, no greeting. When the order was passed through, the person handing the bag over rolled her eyes, and pursed her lips and turned her head before the bag was taken by us and then she closed the window quickly. This made us feel like we were an imposition to them. I tried to go to the BK website but there was no survey code given on the receipt so no luck there as well. The problem was not with the order but with the rude service. Lasting impression, we have no desire to go back to that location.

Visited Burger King on 8th Street in Rogers Arkansas on Tuesday Nov. 23rd 2021. Couldn't go in the dining room and eat even though the website said DINE IN. The guy at the window wasn't the friendliest. I asked for sauce and received 2 packets of catsup ( and there were two of us with fries) and there were NO straws given to us for our drinks! Service was lacking! I looked inside my bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was just thrown on the bun. I gave you 2 stars because the food tasted pretty good. SLOW DOWN and get things right!
I've eaten at this restaurant many times. Their employees are always very courteous. The dining area is kept very clean. Also, the coffee is delicious.

At or about 8:30pm today, My son and I went to the drive thru at Burger King…the intersection of Greenway and Reems Rd, Surprize, Arizona
I made an order to include cheese tots. There were no response regarding the tots, only the other items I ordered; hence I re ordered. She shouted at me in a loud angry voice. Therefore I asked her why she shouted and told her she isn't nice. When I arrived at the window, she opened it and said, ‘I am the manager here, and I won't be serving you, because you said, I am not nice.'
I responded by saying, ‘that' the reason, I am the only one in the line. No one comes to this Burger King.'
I have never gone to a Burger King, where the service was so poor. It was my first time at this location, and the last.
This manager NEEDS customer service training, as she was also there quarreling for an extended period of time.
I am really disappointed in this person, who should be setting example for the employees, she supervises

I went to there 2687 MacArthur Rd Whitehall, Pennsylvania ******* at 1145 am on 9-19-23 location I placed a mobile order I went in, asked, for my order manager started yelling and degrading me because evidently they did not have my order even though I showed them receipt she stated there's nothing that she can do as she continues to yell at me started walking away, and I asked for her name she told me none of my damn business as she laughed in front of customers and employees. I took a picture of her and she hid so I couldn't take anymore.

On July 9 I ordered inside the restaurant it took 25 minutes to get my food the manager was more interesting on the drive though which was not busy I spoke to the manager she was not interested what I was saying she should be fired

It seems evertime I go to the Cressona BK
They get my order wrong. When they decide to open the dining room I always (more times than I would like to say) go in and they take care of my order. BUT when the dining room is closed they expect you go to the back of the drive thru line and wait again so they can redo your order.
This is the last time this Burger King gets my order wrong because I will not go back.
Don't eat out of burger kings in Union County South Carolina a manager serve me food out of the trashcan employees confirmed it and now I try to hide the video that was already told to us by another supervisor that she seen
