Good Service with polite and efficient workers. My burgers were out on time and the people there haltet me work out technical difficulties

Quit postings stuff you don't have in all store's. And the service is slow and bad. This place has went down so bad.

Outstanding service. They get my order correct every time. They make sure I know I can get a free item if I submit a review and they take care of me!

I'm a student and I like to eat caloric and fast food. I can't imagine my life without burgers from Burger King!

One morman I woke up at night in the morning to get my annual nuggets daily from wendys, but my dog ate my cat so I had to get a dog which gets my other dog so now I steal a cat and can't buy the daily burger. That I buy on Sunday. Iwent to mdonalds instead and ate the wenddys that I couldn't buy at night so I had to. I m eating the burger for whatachicken that i luv, gay pride, #kayne2024 emofriendly wouldn't buy again

Bad communication, bad service and customers rude And got ants this service was so bad sauce is 20 cent and the sweet and sour taste like perfume

The food was good but the wait was terrible and there was terrible customer service when we got there they didn't even have or our order right

You guys need to do a better job of taking care of your long time good and hard-working never missed a day of work loyal employees.

The burger was literally cold. The meat wasn't cooked. Very dissatisfied. Never had an issue with this burger king until today.

I ordered a small whopper Jr combo. It was over $9 and the burger was a 1/3 of the size than it used to be. I'll never go back.

I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger jr. Meals. I only got one drink and one French fry! Unbelievable! I live too far away to go back!

I drove thru the BK by DeSoto mall and ask at the drive thru if they still had their Double whoppers 2 for $6. And they employee responded YES. So I ordered 2whoppers with cheese. Now I realize there is an up charge for cheese but at no time did anyone mention the double whoppers we're NOT on special. I I pay for what I expected to be whoppers with cheese only to find out I was given 2single cheese burgers. So I drove all the way back and went inside and explained that to the manager who told me the Double whoppers have NEVER been on special 2 for anything at any of the BKs in Manatee or Sarasota. I explained I had gotten them before and she asked me where because again they have NEVER been on special. But I have gotten them at that location with in the last month and also at the Palmetto location. Which she basically called me a liar. She could have said "that I was fortunate and that would have been an error on that stores part." But she chose to be adamant about her position. The only near apology I got was that she was sorry that I misunderstood her employee. For a restaurant that sells "whoppers" how can they mix up whopper and cheese burger (and not even a double cheese burger). The lack of courtesy is unprofessional What ever happened to the customer is always right. Or at least since it WAS a mistake on their part at least offer to wave the up charge and make whoppers. But no nothing was offered. So for a measly $1.20. They lost a customer. Oh and when I did finally eat the cheese burger, it didn't taste good

Just had the worst service in my life. I read on here that the Burger King up by williquors, l was closed on and off due to staff shortage, so I drove to Mandan Burger King instead. They had order board in lane 1 broken so I was in the 2nd lane to order. The order taker asked me to wait to order and I said sure. I turned my truck off and waited 20 minutes, understanding worker shortages but when 2 other vehicles in lane one (the broken board lane) got their orders taken I said "hello" to the board with no response. I drove around and saw the 2 vehicles get their food and leave. I got to the window and the girl who told me to wait asked me to drive around again to the ordering board. I said no that I had waited the 20 minutes for nothing and wasn't going to do that again. She said "oh dang" like she realized that she forgot about us. She got the manager to come to the window, where I proceeded to explain myself again and she was like "so what do you want me to do about it " I asked for a coupon and that I was going to go to the Bismarck one to buy my food. She said " I don't have coupons ", and said she would comp me a free meal. I explained I come from a family of fast food workers, during high school, and when you complain they will mess with your food. She jumped down my throat saying that they don't do that. I decided to leave but explain to her to make sure it didn't happen to another person as I was patient in waiting with the compassion of the shortage of staffing. She was rude and slammed the window and the original girl was behind her yelling something I couldn't hear.

I bought rings and they where really over cook and soggy it has no flavor and the zesty Sauce is soo weird and gross

I stopped by the Burger King at
3190 Taylor Rd, Montgomery, AL *******
This morning to buy some breakfast and they had a sign that said the drive thru wasn't working and you had to come in.

I pulled up to the window and asked the guy can I speak with the manager because I couldn't get out and go in because I had my baby in the car, so the manager came to the window and said yes that's fine just give her a minute so I said that's fine and thank you.

5 to 10 minutes later i see her send the guy to the window to come and tell me if I'm not gonna come in then I need to pull out of the driv thru, so I'm like huh?
I told the guy she told me she would take my order, he just said she said tell you if you're not coming in then I need to move out of the drive thru and then he shut the window and they basically ignored the fact that I was even there!

I kinda felt like if she didn't want to take my order then she could've just said that and I could've went somewhere else to buy instead of them being rude and disrespectful.

The manager was a older white woman with glasses and was very unprofessional, I just won't waste time ever going to Burger King again and I'll just spend my money elsewhere

Seldom eat at Burger King, but when I ordered a Whopper burger on its own, it was over $8.
Rediculous and will stick to McDonalds.

Sandwich isn't spicy at all. Don't recommend getting this if you think it's spicy. It's not. I guess this a 1 star

The quality is no longer good and neither does it test and it seems as if it is heating in water and not roasted over charcoal. Not even worth 1 star
