Had ordered 3 whopper with cheese extra lettuce and 3 large fry. They didn't put cheese or extra lettuce and when I tried say something about it the guy whom made the food started using profanity at me the shift Mgr standing right there when I say something to him he ask my why am I making a big deal of it. So I left, didn't receive what I paid for. I contact customer service about it all they do is apologize offer me a $5 coupon for my next visit and tell me there isn't anything else they can do about it. I will never return. They just stealing from people and getting away with it. Yes not receiving what you pay for is theft.
Very poor service Most staff don't speak good English and do not understand what's being said by the customer! The manager, was very rude and talked in a child like manner, when I asked to speak to the manager! He as very rude I asked for 2 # 2's He asked me if I wanted a # 1 I stated no He asked me again We used to be good customers of that location, but won't be going back! There customer service, sucks

Last night I went Burger King in ayia napa with my friend staff is very bad behavior there is also black peoples staff they don't respect food is better McDonald's don't go Burger King
I rarely eat fast food and I only ordered twice within the past 3 months, so it can't be a coincidence that the food was so bad. Last time, the patty was undercooked to the point of disgust (I could see the filler holes and the filler itself oozing out of the burger), and the bun was just out of the fridge and so old that it turned to crumps. Instead of a burger I ended up holding a raw patty covered in mayo and other suspicious juices. This time (today) I explicitly asked for a well done bacon/cheese whopper (I was starving and not thinking clearly). The guy explicitly put it on the ticket and my receipt was the same ("well-done"). I knew this wasn't going to happen. I even asked the girl they have to hand out orders if she can make sure that they cook my food and I didn't mind waiting. She lied "sure" and forgot about it. The whopper was ready in about a minute. I was served the same disgusting food as the last time. I tried to contact their customer support by phone but they send you to the website. I tried to chat and they have a chatbot which won't connect you to a human without you uploading proof of purchase. I did exactly that, picked up my phone, took a picture of my receipt, sent it to myself, downloaded to my pc, and tried to upload to their chat. Of course the upload was unsuccessful and I had to close the dialogue box and repeat the process, which I did not. Not only their disgusting food is expensive, not only their employees have zero respect for their customers, they won't even let you tell them that. I was wondering, how can a company survive without knowing what its customers think, but quick search showed that they won't be surviving for long. Well, they have noone else to blame. It's not my fault I'm never spending my money there again.

There is a guy who works monrning and he is one of the biggest blank blanks to exist in earth. EVERY time I go there he is coomplaining about his job. He is rude and makes people wait unneccasarily. He hates his job and it is obvious. They make you wait at the drive through so they can serve one car at a time and i heard him say more then once they do that so people leave. Today I went to go pick up a door dash order. All you have to do is give a name. I said i have a door dash for dom. He so ok wait. So I pulled ahead. I mean it's not like you have to take my order. Anyways i pulled ahead thinking that is what he meant. Instead he opens the window starts screaming at me and tells me who am I to not wait at the window and told me to get back in like after waiting 30 minutes allready once in the line. Anyways this guy does this crap all the time and if he hates his job I was doordashing on a threee dollar order that i waited 30 minutes to not even get paid for. Anyways this burger king needs to be shut down and I pray to God this man get fired since he hates his job so much not my words but his. He says it all the time and it is obvious. People shouldn't have to be a victim of people's hate just because they want food. Buyers beware.

Burger King app sucks there prices suck they went up about 2 time's on there prices rather then before there prices were reasonable now I can't even get a whole meal under 10 dollars it's very pathetic horrible the app is so bad I just installed the ap Saturday to get a coupon then Sunday when I went to open the app to place and order and to get the coupon I had nothing but complete technical problems the coupon I didn't c it until after order then I couldn't just pay for just half the coupon it only worked with the whole coupon the app kept on crashing I had to keep on re opening the app the customer service sucks they do nothing but bs then I'm stuck still with the problem s that exists I couldn't get back in I had to resend over 15 time's and still get nothing of a code so from all the badness unprofessional stupidity done towards me I'm still stuck with the same problem there digital team sucks they don't get back to you give the same B's problems this discussing experience I should've never went through it bs bk doesn't care for there customers at all but taking there money making them broke waist of my time using calling the dysfunctional customer service team tech support is fraud suck never have anything to do this B's burger King ever again
