I bought a refurbished PC with Windows 11 on it after speaking to the sales rep their.He told me what PC to buy after I told him I was currently on Windows 7.He said there would be no problem as "we have a 1 year warranty on hardware & operating system." I reluctantly trusted him (big mistake) & bought the PC.I was not sure how to upload pics & called "tech support" & they told me what to do.The pictures didn't go into my pictures folder but a separate drive,called the E drive.Any how next I wanted chrome as my default browser,checked set default after downloading Chrome but it didn't save."Tech support" told me to remove shortcut on desktop then everything went to hell. Bing or Edge kept on coming up as default browser & they have no idea how to fix.The next morning at 4AM I turned on PC & it said I wasn't connected to the net.I clicked "run Windows diagnostics" & it said this is no longer available.I plugged my Windows 7 in & everything is fine. BUYER BEWARE THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS & BLOCK YOU,ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR EBAY & AMAZON CUSTOMERS
