This is my personal experience with Blendjet & it's potentially dangerous products
Please remember that Blendjet is an American scam and con artist company from the land scams & cons. They have ripped off & stolen millions of $$ of customers money by knowingly send out faulty products & then in an attempt to avoid law suits from any possible injuries caused by their faulty products, Blendjet then creates a scam recall where they make customers that they have scammed, destroy their Blendjets with the promise that new ones will be sent out promptly & of course no new ones are being sent out & when questioned, Blendjet then sends out a generic email stating that there are no new replacements available at the moment which of course is a clear lie!

Regardless of what your experience is like with Blendjet since the recall, you are supporting a scam company and a potentially a very dangerous product!

Just the fact that Blendjets are made from weak plastic parts, is cause for concern because there is a very real chance that micro plastics can enter the blended liquids potentially causing poisoning over time.

Be extremely wary of the Blendjet scam. There are far better products available that are being made by ethical companies that are using metal and toughened borosilicate glass for their personal blenders.

I had put a negative review about Blend Jet not long ago, however, Blend Jet got back to me and solved the problem.

So, I bought tow blenders, I started using 1st and after few month it stopped working, couldn't be charged, it seems the reason is corrosion at the charging point, then I started to use the second one. Same problem after only few month, I use it only in summer for cold shakes.
Costumer service was very polite, but not very helpful, they gave me 20% off which is not solved my problem but I took the offer, and now my shipment got lost, not in my country, it got stuck somewhere in the US rout.
There were more issues, but I'm too tiered of mention all of them. The only positive thing I have to say the blades are strong, and when it did worked. It did a good job, unfortunately not for long.

I was disappointed I had always wanted a blendjet I saw all good reviews when I finally got one I was extremely upset I had ice cream in the blender and small amount of frozen fruit it would not blend

I recently bought a Blend Jet blender to use for making protein shakes and smoothies. I really like the unit and it does a fairly good job mixing.

When I purchased the unit, I clicked on the 3 year warranty for like $9 or something. You have a choice of 1yr, 2yr and 3 yr. I thought this was an extension of the original warranty as there is not really any explanation on the site as to warranty length.

When I received my unit, I didn't get anything in regards to my 3yr warranty. I contacted the company and asked about it. They told me that I had not purchased a warranty and that since I had already received the unit, I could not add a warranty to it.

When I enquired about the original warranty, I was told only 30 days. What? You are selling a product that costs $50 and you ONLY warranty the product for 30 days? Great way to stand behind your product there Blend Jet.

I have read numerous reviews on the Blend Jet that at around the 6 month mark, the unit will stop functioning. I'm hoping for the best here. If mine goes out, I WILL NOT be buying another Blend Jet. I will get a cheaper unit off of Amazon where you can pick up a comparable one for around $20 - $25 and in reading their reviews, they last about as long as the Blend Jet does.

You can do better than this Blend Jet. Maybe take some of that advertising revenue and offer at least a 1 year warranty on your product. 30 days? Get real! It just shows you really have no faith in the product you promote and sell.

Sadly, an extremely disappointing product and overall service. First, if you are abroad, note you will have to pay custom duties - so when your product is delivered, be prepared to pay taxes most likely if you're outside of the US. Second, the "free shipment" is misleading and false, I still had to pay for a road fee by Fedex. I initially received a broken jar, as seen in the photo. Blendjet agreed to refund me the Fedex road fee (since it's a shipment cost) as well as send me a new replacement product. Before it was sent to me, I was ensured that I would not have to pay taxes a second time in addition to the extra Fedex fee. I was told "don't worry, you won't, it's free". As suspected though, I had to: Fedex showed up and I had to fork up $16 upfront in order to receive my replacement. However Blendjet agreed to refund me for both those fees since they promised that I would not have to pay anything for a replacement. Unfortunately, the 2nd product delivered also had issues and the jar would not close properly (so basically it also doesn't work). By this point, I requested Blendjet to just take everything back (everything still had its original packaging), give me a refund so I can move on (as I started a meal program that required a blender by a specific date and I had to proceed and buy a new one from another supplier). Meanwhile, nearly a month later, I am stuck with 2 products, 1 broken and 1 that doesn't work yet without a full refund. The money that Blendjet reimbursed me for previously (the road fee for the first order + taxes / road fee for the supposed "FREE" replacement) have now been deducted from my total order refund. There is a missing balance of $24 on my ($65) order that Blendjet should be refunding me but refuses to do so. If I add the taxes that I paid for from the first delivery, I've basically paid $32 on an order of $65 for something that will end up in the garbage since it cannot be used. Total waste of money, time and energy. It is truly unfortunate as I shop A LOT online (both on amazon and directly with suppliers locally in Canada and internationally), and this is the first time I've ever faced such an issue with a return / refund. Note: I did not want to post this review, but after numerous back and forth emails and no flexibility from Blendjet to get a proper and satisfactory refund, I've decided to share my experience.
