The blinds I got look very nice, but the cord is extremely difficult to operate. What I called the company, nobody was able to help. I called on a Sunday when they don't have people who are actually able to help with the product or installation.

I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because delivery was a little slow with the order being held up at customs given I am in Canada.

I had to keep pushing for delivery updates when it was delayed and promise dates were not kept.

Reordered shades for my parents house to replace ones that they had ordered back in 2010.
Blinds Galore still had the original order in their system so Reorder was a breeze.
They were also extremely affordable and well packaged when shipped. You can also speak with a human being if need be. You won't get a runaround with recordings!

It was easy to order blinds that are wider than available elsewhere. They arrived quickly. Our only problem was with the directions that didn't match the motorized lift system. Support people didn't help much, but eventually we did what made sense and it worked.

Because they had blinds that were wide enough for my 99 inch windows. Also important was the motorized lift and tilt system.

Ordering online was easy with clear measuring instructions. Delivery was prompt and items arrived as described. Installation was simple. We mounted our top down/bottom up blinds over a sliding glass door and they go full length to the floor. I'd recommend looking at bracket extensions to hold the blinds slightly away from the wall if doing this to clear the door handle which is what we did. They work and look great.

My interior designer was blown away at the quality and low price point. I highly recommend using this company. I paid a far lower price without compromising on quality or product support.

Blinds were as expected - great quality, but I had tried to change color once I saw the sample but was not allowed to as production had started. The person on the phone said I could exchange them when they arrived, but there did not seem to be a way to do that. The tracks didn't quite fit one of my skylight windows and I had to get an handyman who charged over 240$ to install bc he had to saw the metal. That was a bummer.

very nice but said I could exchange when that did not seem to be the case.

More expensive than the cheapest at Home Depot but they are way better quality and last much longer when the length is cut exact. I've bought the HD ones several times and all the excess weight at the bottom (its a pain to remove them) wears them out quickly. I save money buying the cheapest blind on here and they are perfect fit and great quality!

The Blindsgalore site is very easy to use and as long as you measure accurately, your blinds should arrive just as you ordered.
My only small complaint is that I did not receive a confirmation email and called in to confirm the order had gone through. Customer Service was extremely apologetic and confirmed the order, which actually arrived sooner than it had originally been estimated. All in all, a great experience.

The representative confirmed my order and reconfirmed my email address and sent the confirmation out to me. He apologized that it had not gone through apparently and confirmed all the information.

I don't like giving reviews right after I purchase something. It doesn't tell the reader whether or not this is a quality product. I think it's good but I've only had it for 6 weeks. So far so good that's all I can tell you. Do what you will with this limited information.

The only recommendation I have is that the folks who take your order could be a bit more helpful with suggestions. Perhaps using their experience and outcomes from past problem orders by sharing this information would help others from repeating the same.

I had Roman shades made. They were beautifully made but wish I would have added extra length to them in order to get the folds at the bottom when closed to cover entire window. I assumed the length would have been added by the maker. It was going to cost another 600 to get them remade. I just ordered shades instead at no charge. Don't ever assume.

The blinds look good and work well. The only issue is one of the roller shades arrived missing one of its mounting brackets, so it can't be mounted. Currently working with Blindsgalore to get a replacement piece.

Currently 1/5. I still have not received the missing piece or been told that a replacement will be sent.

Service representatives were extremely patient with my order. When the shades arrived, most of them fit my windows perfectly, but a few measurements by me were incorrect. When I called back I found out that they would replace with the proper size to fit my windows, as long as I donated the incorrect shades to a nonprofit organization--easy! The new blinds arrived 2 weeks later and fit exactly as they should.

This was the second order I placed for these blinds. I previous bought them for my kitchen and dining room windows and loved them. These went on my front window which is rather wide so I ordered split blinds. 2 blinds that each go on half the window. These are quality blinds, simple to install and the blackout feature keeps my house cool and dark when closed. Highly recommend these.

We ordered 2 brown blinds. We received 1 white one. I called to ask what was the confusion? Our order was submitted again. We then received 1 brown blind. I contacted the office by email to ask about this and received a generic email to say when my order should arrive. I then received another brown blind. I have asked twice what to do with the white blind and have had the question ignored. How much inefficiency can there be in 1 order?!
