The product was simple to measure for and install and it looking great. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because delivery was a little slow with the order being held up at customs given I am in Canada.
The blinds I got look very nice, but the cord is extremely difficult to operate. What I called the company, nobody was able to help. I called on a Sunday when they don't have people who are actually able to help with the product or installation.
I have worked in Sales and Customer service for over 30 years and I can honestly say that Blindsgalore offered the best CS I have ever seen. More so now since the pandemic has created so many unreachable and unresponsive companies. There is an actual phone number to reach an actual person if you want to. I found their website so user friendly I placed my order on line. I immediately received a phone call from their sales person to check in. He offered to send me samples if I wanted before placing my order. I took him up on the offer and asked for four color samples. I took him up in the offer choosing 4 colors that I had considered. I received an email from Customer Service letting me know she was picking my sample order and another after she shipped it.The whole team followed my order and kept me informed all along the way. I have not seen this level of CS in years if ever. My order arrived within about 2 weeks. Along with an email with detailed installation instructions. I was so impressed with how well packaged everything was and not surprised when we found everything to be in perfect order. The sizes were perfect and matched the sample color perfectly. My husband is super handy and has hung blinds on many occasions. He installed the blinds quickly and easily. Everything was precise and they hung, raised and lowered, and looked beautiful. I even received a follow up email from the founders of the company checking in on my purchase. Seriously the best communication and follow through one could wish for. Based on the blinds I chose and the outstanding service I highly recommend this company and am already measuring all my windows for future purchases!
I was looking to buy inexpensive blinds for my windows which are not standard sizes and while researching on line I found Blindsgalore with *custom* wood blinds for practically the same price as *faux* wood blinds in sizes that were close-ish but not exact. I read about their company, their years in business, their excellent ratings and reviews and loved what I saw. Bonus points for being woman owned and operating in my state of California. I ordered right away and am so am so glad I did!

You actually had what I was looking for! I got the smallest width that you could make and it worked perfectly for my situation! I had to call a couple of times with questions and was always greeted with a friendly and helpful voice on the phone. I highly recommend Blindsgalore! Definitely five stars! I would give more if I could.

At first, I was a little skeptical about buying custom-made blinds over the Internet and doing my own measuring. However, I am glad I did. They arrived on time and they fit perfectly! I will definitely order again.

The process of ordering, receiving and installing our blinds where exceptional. We love the quality and color. It makes our room look very inviting.
We found Blindsalore on the internet and they looked like a good quality product at a very reasonable price.
We replaced an old blind on a widow used as an emergency shelter. Installation was simple and quick and the blind just looked fantastic.
The blinds are fine and were easy to install. My only issue is that there was only one handle to raise and lower the blinds. One to lower the top of the blind and one to raise the bottom of the blind. This doesn't work. It's wide enough it needs two handles for each level. I have to grip the blinds with two hands to raise or lower it and can't use the handles at all.
We are happy to send some extra pull tabs. Look for them to arrive in the next ten days!
The blinds I ordered for four of my windows fit perfectly. They were the exact size I requested and were shipped to me in a timely manner. I would order through Blindsgalore again.
They had what I was looking for.
Instructions need work. Not enough diagrams. Requires technical writing. Small details should be point out such as which way should the cord be on? Left or right? Which way should it roll?
Was able to get exact replacement for blind bought a few years back. The information label on old blind made it easy to find a replacement.
