The product was simple to measure for and install and it looking great. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because delivery was a little slow with the order being held up at customs given I am in Canada.
The blinds I got look very nice, but the cord is extremely difficult to operate. What I called the company, nobody was able to help. I called on a Sunday when they don't have people who are actually able to help with the product or installation.
I ordered the blinds and was given what I thought was a reasonable delivery date. Then I receive a notice that it was going to be much longer. I was very disappointed. I will say customer service explained the delay and I actually received sooner than the last promised date so that was good. The blinds were easy to install and look great...just what I wanted.
She explained the reason for the delay and offered that I could change my order to receive a different blind sooner but I decided to wait for what I had ordered.
I chose because they had what I was looking for at a reasonable price.
My son has your blinds and he absolutely loves them. They are all on a timer.

I ordered a wood cornice with a 2" return. The brackets I was sent were for a 3" return. When I called to request the proper brackets, I was told that I was sent the only brackets they had and I should send the cornice back so they could make it a 3" return! No common sense. Why sell me a 2" return if you don't have the proper hardware to install it? I'm instructed to return the cornice? Really?
Instead of sending me the proper hardware to install my wood cornice, I was told to return the cornice & another would be made to fit the brackets????? Does that make any sense?

This is the second time I have ordered blinds from Blinds galore. The order was processed in a timely manor and the blinds are what I expected. One of the blinds has a faulty rod turn and I have to push the rod in to turn the blinds. I don't think this will last. The other problem is the valance. The plastic holders are cheap and the valance is able to pull out of them because the clip is open on both ends.

We outfitted our whole school with blinds from Blinds Galore about five years ago. From time to time a blind wears out and has to be replaced. The ordering experience was one replacement blind was smooth and they also upgraded us to the cordless type.

We were not at all happy with the chain guard attached to the chain (a Canadian safety regulation) as it impeded the open/close ease of movement of the blind. Had it not been removable, we would have returned the blind. We removed the guard, the blind moved easily, and we kept it. The size, colour, and effectiveness in blocking light were exactly as advertised.
I am a returning customer & have found Blindsgalore to usually have the best overall sale prices compared to other sellers online.

I loaded the picture of our room and the tool indicated a color I would never have guessed would work but it was perfect. Blindsgalore kindly allowed me to reorder blinds after I used a wrong measurement and change my order to room darkening blind as opposed to the light filtering. Perfect transaction and product from start to finish.

I spoke with a representative since I didn't see the length I needed for a single rail, double blind. She suggested getting two single blinds and using a double valance. Voilà , problem solved and $$$ saved.

Bought an up-down/down-up blind for the bathroom. Easy to install with a 2 inch lip between window and frame. Snaps right in. Hardest part was attaching the finger tabs and if you push them on really hard they snap right in place. Easy to adjust as well.
The consultant i worked with was able to answer all my questions to give me a product (shuutters & shades) that fit perfectly. My husband and I did the measure and install was easy with all the instructions that were provided.

It took a lot of patience to deal with this 87 year old, less than technically proficient, slow, and one who asked a lot of questions, but your staff more than accomplished the task. Follow up; Blonds were sent in three seperate boxes, two arrived on time together and the third box was presumed lost as Fed Ex had passed it along to USPS and it hadn't arrived. I eventually called the company and they were about to reorder the missing blinds and as chance would have it the third box arrived, albeit a week and a half later. End result was all good!

Website is easy to navigate and customer service representatives were very helpful! The cornice gives my windows a nice clean look and they are attractive. I am also able to put lightweight mementos on them to add some interest and color! Very pleased with them!

We've had problem with too much sun coming into our office for years, but we didn't want to add blinds because we didn't want to block our amazing view and knew the windows are too high, so we can't reach the top. The battery-operated remote-controlled sunshades are perfect... the take away the blinding light but allow complete view to be shown through.
An agent helped me find my previous order. I went ahead and ordered but thought the dimensions were on the email he sent. Another agent noticed it didn't it match either of my previous orders but was in fact the default measurements and called me. Very grateful…
