The product was simple to measure for and install and it looking great. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because delivery was a little slow with the order being held up at customs given I am in Canada.
The blinds I got look very nice, but the cord is extremely difficult to operate. What I called the company, nobody was able to help. I called on a Sunday when they don't have people who are actually able to help with the product or installation.
I am so excited for these blinds. They are a light color which initially made me a bit nervous but with the motorized option they will never need to be touched!
Everything fit and most were easy to install. Roller shades were a bit more difficult, never had installed those before. However, they worked out perfectly in the end.
Customer service contacted me about the roller shades not being available in the ordered width. Turns out they were available and my first reply to that email went unanswered. Didn't know that I was getting what I ordered until they arrived.

Ordering online was effortless, but delivery took a bit longer than expected. Installation was easy. All product seem of good quality except the cord tension device- it broke easily and we had to find a fix, but it all turned out great
After reviewing order, noticed that one of the blinds was interior instead of exterior. Customer service remedied that with one call.

Very happy with our new solar shade, both in its appearance and its function. Ordered the 5% filter shade and it definitely makes a difference in reducing the heat of the sun coming through our living room window. Had a problem with delivery of original order, but that was a Fedex problem. Customer service at Blindsgalore was outstanding in remedying the situation. Would gladly recommend them.
The delivery service claimed to have delivered the shade to my doorstep at a specific time on a specific day. It was nowhere to be found. Filed a complaint with them. Also contacted BG a couple of days later to inform them of the problem. They immediately got to work on a replacement. Outstanding!

We did the Cordless TDBU blinds and they look great! Exactly as described and arrived quickly. My husband did poke through one side on installation, but we were able to turn it around and it still works. So be careful on install, otherwise they've been awesome!

When my order came in I realized there was a mistake when I ordered my blinds. I called customer service and explained the problem. Problem corrected and new blinds received within 10 days. I am very pleased with my new blinds.
Everything was very simple to install, one-person, less than 20 min (or 40 if you have to remove prior blinds and are a novice), and they look and function great.

Blinds good but instructions to hang them were horrible and incomprehensible and pictures tiny and useless. So I hung them with command strips as they stay down all the time. You need to rewrite instructions.
Easy to order, but delivery took a long time. Also, would be nice if your delivery allowed you to modify info with the shipper. Like being able to specify "leave on back porch" or if you see that the delivery is scheduled for a date that you are away, to say "deliver after Saturday". Stuff like that. On both my orders, the shipper delivered on dates when I was on vacation and the package just had to sit on the porch.

I placed my order online easily and the order was confirmed. Unfortunately, the fabric/color I wanted was backordered and was not expected to be available for around 3 months. Too long! I contacted customer service and asked if I could choose another color and find out if it was in stock. This took several days, but it was worth waiting to find out if I could proceed using my second color choice. That fabric was indeed available and I received my order quickly. I'm pleased with the product and it is doing the job I intended.

My purchase from Blindsgalore was a major disappointment. I ordered 2 identical mini blinds. 1 was fine. The other, I came to learn, was clearly defective. If Blindsgalore had any quality control they would have seen that immediately: the wand attachment COULDN'T MAKE THE BLINDS OPEN OR CLOSE. After I described the problem to Blindsgalore customer service they sent me a cheap little plastic replacement part. That part proved useless because the problem was a bent head rail (I had to view an online video to figure out the problem in the mini blind assembly). After I sent Blindsgalore a photo of the problem it took almost 2 weeks to receive the replacement mini blinds. So to review: Blindsgalore sent me a defective product, expected me to repair it and finally took way too long to replace it. I'll take my future business elsewhere.

We order 5 more blinds, only 3 arrived after 2 weeks after placing the order. The next day I call about the other 2 blinds, they stated they were going to check on the order. I had to call back 2 more times, then they sent a email stating waiting on payment. I called again and was told it was not their fault the manufacturer forgot to add the other 2 blinds to the order. They said it was expedited. So 5 weeks after receiving the 3 I received the other 2. No sorry for the delay. This was not good business.

I found this company online, placed an order for blinds for my RV. They are absolutely perfect! I did have to reach out to the company to get a status on the order because the online info had not been updated. But once I did, the communication was good. My order was delayed 1 week. Once it shipped, they arrived 1 day early and installing was good, just followed the instructions and everything has been great!
