The product was simple to measure for and install and it looking great. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because delivery was a little slow with the order being held up at customs given I am in Canada.
The blinds I got look very nice, but the cord is extremely difficult to operate. What I called the company, nobody was able to help. I called on a Sunday when they don't have people who are actually able to help with the product or installation.
I found this company online, placed an order for blinds for my RV. They are absolutely perfect! I did have to reach out to the company to get a status on the order because the online info had not been updated. But once I did, the communication was good. My order was delayed 1 week. Once it shipped, they arrived 1 day early and installing was good, just followed the instructions and everything has been great!
Information online had not been updated. Sent an email checking on the status. Customer service responded right away and I was updated the rest of the time before I received my order.
Lots of options!
It would be nice if there was a video showing how to pair the remote with the blind motor. The instruction guide isn't very clear as the pairing button was hidden

Overall everything was great. We had a little trouble installing because the directions were vague. Once we figured it out installing the second one went smoothly.

No information online about progress of order at all. After weeks of no information, I called customer service and was told this was their busy period and it would take 4 more weeks for the factory to receive the parts to begin the process.
Your CSR told me after repeatedly asking him what the extraordinary delay was holding up my order that parts were missing at the factory, and it could take four more weeks to complete my order. He stated that this was the "summer season" and long lead times should be expected. After expressing my astonishment at his indifference to my frustration he asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. NO NO NO, I cried. I hung up and called the Levelor factory and she politely told me she would check the factory on Monday morning. The order was shipped the following week.
Past experience.
We regret that you had a less than perfect experience. When it comes to our outside brands, such as Levelor, we are subject to their production schedules. As our agent mentioned, Levelor was overwhelmed and backed up in production, but were able to catch up and got your order out within 30 days of the order being placed. As we like to say when a delay occurs, we work hard to beat those new ship dates! Fortunately, your order did indeed beat that ship date. We appreciate your understanding.

The RV blinds I ordered were top notch quality. I love the color. So easy to install. Made my RV look beautiful. Shipping was faster than I expected for a custom order. Love them!

We ordered custom blinds for our new travel trailer, which came with cheap noisy metal blinds. The new blinds from Blindsgalore fit perfectly and look so elegant! They are quiet too- they don't rattle if you accidentally knock into them. We were able to find the perfect color also. Blindsgalore offers a quality product I feel the price I paid was very fair. Communication with the seller was excellent. I would buy from this company again and I highly recommend them.
