The product was simple to measure for and install and it looking great. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because delivery was a little slow with the order being held up at customs given I am in Canada.
The blinds I got look very nice, but the cord is extremely difficult to operate. What I called the company, nobody was able to help. I called on a Sunday when they don't have people who are actually able to help with the product or installation.
Very pleased with my binds but waited longer than expected for them to be delivered.
The quality of the natural wood blinds are great and easy to install …but when measuring for them give yourself some wiggle room. My blinds fit very tight, even with extra wiggle room, almost too tight …. But they are up and I'll use them!

The directions have you installing into the top of the window frame, which was time consuming and difficult. It would have been super easy to install into the side of the window frame.

Shopping for the blinds on the website was easy.
The head rails fit perfectly. However, the cellular blinds had too much gaps on the edges of the width.
We apologize for any confusion. The cellular shades on an inside mount do have a fabric deduction of 3/8-1/2" per side in order to ensure smooth function of the shade, as mentioned in the product details. If the gaps are wider, please reach out to us, so that we can address it for you.
No surprises, easy to install, and beautifully made. My bedroom is much brighter with the 2 inch faux wood blinds. They add more privacy while also letting in natural light
Quality and cost
Blinds were not as expected, but company doesn't honor returns. I finally gave up trying and kept them to use on another window (that already had a blind I was happy with). It was an added expense that I didn't need.
They were not willing to accept return.

I purchase window shutters from The Shutter store and was very happy with quality and ease of installation. The Shutter store did not offer product for patio doors so I shopped online and landed on Blindsgalore. The quality of the materials used is not to the level of my window shutters. At best these are just ok.

I purchased two blinds. One is fine, but unfortunately, the other one sags and seems warped. The home is a rental and I do not have time to deal with a replacement.

We really like the "Cordless Plus Lift", a true "light-touch" or "zero-gravity" option. Basically, we never have to pull in order to raise the blind. This is worth the extra cost!
Instructions weren't included. Was difficult to find them on the website so had to call customer service. Also difficult to find my frame type in the 60 pages of instructions.
We regret the confusion and are working on a big revamp of our install guides!
I was worried about the installation of the blinds when they arrived. The written directions were very good, and once we got started, it was really easy. The blinds look great and proud we installed them ourselves.

Happy with my vertical blind purchase. Good quality, not flimsy like box store kind. They look great on a large space of triple windows both inside and from outside walking up to the house. Most notably, my first impression was that there was NOT a heavy industrial 'new' smell from them. Glad not to have that strong smell in the house... thanks!

1 inch mini blinds. The blades are HD. The twist rod works smoothly. You lower and raise them from the bottom center, no cords. Finish looks great. Great price for this quality blinds.
