The product was simple to measure for and install and it looking great. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because delivery was a little slow with the order being held up at customs given I am in Canada.
The blinds I got look very nice, but the cord is extremely difficult to operate. What I called the company, nobody was able to help. I called on a Sunday when they don't have people who are actually able to help with the product or installation.
We are very pleased with our new blinds and will definitely be ordering more for the rest of the house.

The process was very easy and the measuring instructiins were easy to follow. All the blinds came in as ordered with no issues. Delivery was very fast too. Received in less than 10 days.
Labor day sale was hard to pass up.
I take great pride in my front room and didn't want the blinds to look cheap or shabby. I also am on a rather tight budget, so ordering blinds was a bit daunting. But using the samples that were mailed to me, I picked out my favorite and ordered. They came so fast! I hadn't even had time to prep my window. Once we installed them, they became my favorite feature. They allow in cool air through the upper window, provide gentle shade during the day and blessed privacy at night. To say I am pleased with my purchase is an understatement. For the price, the quality and the customer service (they helped me sort out how to keep the blinds level upon retraction), I would highly recommend this company!
When we first installed the blinds, we couldn't seem to get them to raise properly. Within 30 minutes, the service rep had us magically raising them perfectly.
My son found them online, realized they sent sample pieces to help with the selection, and offered fantastic prices. We did shop around to local stores, but found that the selection and prices were not as good. It was not a hard choice to choose Blindsgalore.

Purchas 3,shades came through perfect. Week later ordered another one, come through a different shade of tan. Sent pictures in, told me it's the way sun is reflecting, Not true. Took it down and can definitely see the difference.
This factory said , could have been from a different lot.Not all material and color is the same. Can not do nothing more. I need 8 more, looks like I will go to another company..

Zero communication for weeks. Then a ship notice. It didn't say what it was. One valence arrived. No information about the 5 blinds or other two valences. I called every day for a week and kept getting told they would get back to me with status. No return calls. Until I spoke to a supervisor. She advised when the product would be shipped. Then the tracking information was of little use. It did not say what was in each box nor where it was besides FedEx saying a shipping label had been created. They finally showed up. Easy installation and they look great but the experience overall was not so great.
They kept saying that they would check with the factory and get back to me. No one got back to me until a supervisor was contacted.

I ordered 3 solar shades for my porch with 10% openess. The porch faces west, so the sun still shined through with too much light and heat. I called and Blindsgalore and let me order 3 replacements shades with 1% openess for no cost difference. The replacement shades work good on my porch now.
I was a little disappointed with the communication process. I needed a different openess and called to inquire about an exchange. The representative was helpful, and did a verbal reorder. After I completed the phone call, I did not receive any confirmation of a new order until they shipped, about 8 days later. I think at least 1 email would have been helpful.
They seemed to have many options available, for what I was looking for, plus they had an exchange policy, even though the shades were custom made.
Need help. Not happy with order. Please send me brackets, I only got one. Instructions are too vague for install and impossible without the right pieces.

I am very pleased with my new blinds. I called customer service a few times and they were knowledgeable and personable.
I was disappointed that my initial order was delayed but very pleased to get them installed by July 3, one day before my July 4th deadline.
I was disappointed that I was not informed of a delay with my order - it took weeks to get my 2nd set of blinds. (The manufacture could not meet the desired spec so the order was placed on hold). If I had been sent a delay email I would give 5 stars.
The cost was significantly lower for the same quality of blinds.
