The product was simple to measure for and install and it looking great. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because delivery was a little slow with the order being held up at customs given I am in Canada.
The blinds I got look very nice, but the cord is extremely difficult to operate. What I called the company, nobody was able to help. I called on a Sunday when they don't have people who are actually able to help with the product or installation.
The color of the blinds that came was much lighter than expected. They sent new color samples to remedy the situation.
Excellent blinds and excellent people to work with.

Connecting the shades to the mounts was a little difficult. It took some time to figure out exactly how to attach them

Really struggled attaching the rollers to the little posts in the top of the shade. They should be attached at the factory. No video. Took multiple tries, did some damage to the shade.

We needed a blind for the patio that blocked a reflection of a sunlit outside area on our TV. This roller blind worked out great and with custom sizing, we we able to get the height we needed.

Found it surfing
I looked all over the box stores and the online box stores and could not find the blind to fit by unusual window size until I found Blindsgalore. They had what I needed in size, quality and price. It's been up for a month and works great.

Would it really be that hard to include the instructions for the exact shutters and trim that I ordered vs going thru 70+ pages ona web link to find what I ordered and then they are very thin.

The blinds I ordered were up to my expectations. My first order was a bit confusing because the size that was measured and what I got was different. As a result I had to reorder two of them ( I had a total of six)
I also had to pay again because by the time I realized that the sizes were incorrect 30 days passed and as per the company's policy you have to pay again.
But the next time they made them it was the correct size.

Most of their customer service agents are knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for sun-heat protection but wanted to keep the view and the kind that I chose is perfect for that.
The name is “ solar shade”. I can recommend if that’s what you looking for instead of complete darkening shades. Good company stands by its products.
