Absolutely horrible did not receive everything I ordered customer care is rude not enough paint to finish your painting and will not provide or even sell any extra. Would look somewhere else for better quality.
Product was metal, no packing just plastic sleeve stuck in box. Arrived severely damaged and badly bent. Husband worked all afternoon still bent. Was told not that bad I should try to adjust it. Do not buy from them.

We recently purchased a clock from Bling Painting. We feel like the clock was inferior in quality. The hands are thin and flimsy. The clock itself seems cheap. The hour hand does not sit properly on the hour number. I contacted customer service (Jean/Shadow) numerous times about returning the item. After repeatedly requesting a return shipping label and full refund, I was told that I could keep it and they would give me $10. I explained this was not acceptable as we paid close to $100. Buyer Beware if you choose to purchase from this company.

I purchased a personalized paint by numbers and many of the sections have no number in them or are too close and jumbled you can't read them. I've even used magnify glasses. I contacted them their response was buy a bigger painting next time. Waste of 40 bucks
I don't know what else I could that hasn't been said by all the other reviews. Paid for a tapestry, around $40. Never received, rather received some other product which I have no idea what it is. Customer service is non existent, ran by a character named "Jean" who I am 100% sure is using an english translator to communicate with his victims. Anything else you want to know? Look around the reviews they don't lie. Shop safe everyone.
Not only did my photo sequin pillow come with missing sequins, but when I consulted customer service about it, they tried to tell me I was incorrect and needed to flip certain sequins. After proceeding to do so to show the damaged pillow case with video proof, they still deemed it not damaged and refused to refund me or send me another pillow. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Highly recommend buying your sequin pillow from other, more reputable sites with better customer service.
Same story as most of these other reviews. Website showed an American address, and nowhere was it mentioned that these products actually ship from China. Had I known that, I would have never ordered, especially with the pandemic going on. I would have assumed it would take too long to get here. However, I didn't know. Save yourself time and frustration (and money) and do not order from here. It's been more than two months and there is no sign that my things are coming anytime soon.
Their website offers a satisfaction guarantee, but good luck getting a hold of them! Support via email, Facebook message and text is met with a couple of automated responses and not a human response to address a problem. Tried to proactively fix an issue immediately after purchased, but these scam artists would rather just take money, send an unusable product and not have happy customers that would probably have given them repeat business if we had a good experience. I suspect this business is being operated under multiple names and websites and a new one is used once negative reviews start being posted.
I made my purchase on 4/7 and 13 days later, still no product and no response from customer service. Upon placing the order, they sent me a text to track by downloading an app that was asking for access to my email and contacts - first red flag. When I checked DHL eCommerce Asia for tracking, it was not updated/just stalled 2 days after the order date - second red flag. I emailed Jean and she directed me to a different tracking site which is giving me all sorts of crazy information - third red flag. Now I am becoming more convinced that this is a scam. I will be looking into recourse options beyond just asking for a refund (i. E. flagging the company to a regulatory body).
I waited over two months for my order, no response from customer service whatsoever, and I eventually gave up money I spent. Then the package came with no invoice, unreadable label, both ordered kits missing "wood frames" listed as included in the kit. I am actually surprised that the kits were even of the pictures I ordered. Wish I read reviews before making the purchase and would give zero stars if possible.
This was the worse experience of customer service ever. I've called emailed several times, no one ever reached out to me after I ordered a backdrop and received it 3 day's later delivery date, When I needed it for a WEDDING. This is unprofessional. I'm still trying to contact someone have yet to get a response. I'm advising everyone to rethink before buying from this site
I ordered 2 paint by numbers to help my disabled Vet husband during this stay at home pandemic. A week after the "It has shipped" email, I asked for a tracking number. It never tracked anywhere! A month later (I was told 2 weeks) I got one of the orders! The other order is in limbo! The seller said they'd give me a refund, but I haven't seen it yet. I put in a dispute to my PayPal account.
I ordered a personalized shower curtain. The person making sure it looked okay was texting me at 10:45 at night. When I asked if they were on the west coast they said 'sort of.' The ad says the items will ship in 3 days. What they don't tell you is that it is on the slow boat from China and then in US they don't seem to care when you get it! One month out, no order! Don't buy from them. Things are made in China and don't come in any fast way!
My husband asked me to purchase a clock from them. The website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
I am 14 emails in! They will not return the item. It is a clock that we had to assemble. It does not hang flush to the wall. When I requested a refund I was given an offer of 12% refund! They are FROM BANGKOK! They now said on our last email correspondence that I can return it to BANGKOK! It will most likely get lost and I have to pay the shipping! For $120 this is what we were sent. The ad did not say all assembly required! They are liars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I guess I put the wrong zip code by 1 number on my package and they told me that the post office will destroy it and not redeliver it. Then they told me I could just buy another one and would not give my money back! Then said 15 remaking fee but link had full price of 35 dollars. What kind of business is this? Ordered my tapestry's on April 23,2020. Just received only one of my tapestry's today on Thursday May 14,2020. The picture quality is garbage. If I was told the photos I used were too low of resolution I would have never ordered. From the looks of these reviews it looks like I won't be getting my other tapestry. I paid $51 for only half my order. Can't get through to customer service. This company deserves to be shut down.
I ordered a paint paint by numbers kit 30 days ago. It still hasn't arrived. Worst part is that it's supposed to be a gift that was due 5 days ago. I emailed the company to ask when it would arrive. Their was no response.

I ordered this as a gift for my daughter on June 11,2020 and it was shipped the next day from CHINA. When I inquired about the status of my order, I was rudely answered by a "Jean" who told basically said, here is the tracking number, look it up yourself... Tracking information provided from THREE different sources... Most show a delivery date of 6/7/20... That is 26 days for shipping!

I ordered this 2 months ago and it said up to 25 business days for shipping. Contacted them after that time and all I got was that a shipping label was created in NY. A month later and still no products. Hoping that I will get somewhere with the Paypal dispute.
I placed an order on July 14,2020 and just received todayAugust 10,2020. After waiting almost 3 weeks I sent a text message to find out why I didn't receive a tracking number. Someone responded almost 8 hours later to let me know that my order was processed and on the way and finally sent me a shipping number. I was a little bit skeptical after that because I check the reviews and did not see anything good. But I do have my banner for my birthday and it looks pretty good. I am pleased.
It took over a month to receive my order (2 custom tapestry's) they sat in a distribution center for most of that time. The material of the tapestry's are thin and cheap feeling, the quality of the print on them is subpar. I guess I expected a lot better quality. After reading the reviews I won't even bother trying to ask for a refund on one of my tapestry's... cause it sounds like I won't get it but just know that the colors bled into each other on just ONE tapestry making the whole thing look awful... I also found out this place isn't in the US, not that that's a huge deal usually but when you lie about being in the US and you aren't? Doesn't sit right with me.
I ended up being sent the wrong custom tapestry after 2 days of receiving one of them. I contacted them and didn't hear back for a few days and decided to check with PayPal. I ended up getting a full refund and am so thankful for as I wasn't happy with their product and received a completely different one when the two were shipped together from China. I feel very lucky and was hell bent.

Missing one of two tapestries I ordered and they don't have a working phone number and they aren't getting back to my text or emails. NOT TRUSTFUL. The quality of the one I received is not good. They don't have high resolution printing like they claim.
UPDATE: I received a completely different tapestry a couple days later and isn't the one I ordered. They obviously don't know how to process an order nor help their customers. I've tried contacting them all weekend to let them know, and nothing. Crickets...
