Bling Painting

I ordered this product for my daughter to do and she loved it! It is definitely more for young and adults rather then kids because it is so detailed. She had a great time painting and would highly recommend.

I ordered a paint by number on May 2nd to work on during the pandemic. I was super excited for the one that I found. They provided me a tracking number and its one update has been label printed for 23 DAYS. Doesn't say it has been shipped or received by USPS just that the label has been printed. I emailed their customer service and all they do is resend the tracking info and told me that because there has been so many orders that it will take a long time to get sorted. In my opinion, if it is taking 23 days to sort mail at a post office something isn't right. SO I put a claim in through paypal, I paid $27 for one paint my number and now I'm pissed. Again their response to PayPal was the tracking info with the same non updated info. I hope PayPal is smart enough to look at it and refund me. DO NOT order from these people!

I received the time on time. It was packed nicely and beautiful! It's a Christmas gift for my 6 cousins. This is an amazing gift. They just loved it! My cousins are really enjoying creating art craft. They are addicting to diamond painting kits.

I received my order and the picture side wasn't colored properly I let them know and I'm hoping that they will fix the problem. I ordered 2 more pillows and i just hope they make it right. As u can see in photo all the white spots..

I received a paint by numbers that I was unhappy with - it was of poor quality and the listing misrepresented the product. I would have never have purchased it if I had known the product I was going to receive. When I emailed customer service flatly refused to allow me to return the product, despite a very clear presented satisfaction guarantee displayed under the product reading: "100% Satisfaction Guarantee Customer Happiness is our No. 1 priority. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, let us know! We'll be happy to refund you 100% of your purchase price or ship you replacement kits."

This guarantee is fradulent, and this website sells low quality products and provides terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I bought two tapestries and after the tracking stayed in limbo for a week and a half it finally updated after a poor back and forth with this person in the customer care department. In the end it finally came and it was blurry as hell couldn't even see a good outline of the photo. These dudes are chinese amateurs don't buy their crap other sites like Qstomize which they do take at least a month to make however the item did come and in great quality be warned Bling Panting is terrible.

I couldn't pass up a deal like this! Flags are sturdy material, colorful and cute! I like the variety! After delivery, I received a nice email from the seller asking if my package arrived in good condition. Evidently, they had previous complaints about shipping and handling. Anyway, all good.

I finally got my customized tapestry& i am in love with it. This company is a legit company, although my order did take awhile before it came in but it was worth the wait. Jean was a big help throughout the process.

The oil painting I received a few days ago, I thought it would be very difficult to open it. After carefully looking at the Numbers on it, I found the corresponding color on the Numbers, which was very interesting and interesting. I finished the colorful lion with patience. Recommend buying.

I have requested to be refunded numerous times. I still have not received an order from December. Due to a mailing issue, they said they would give me to pillows for free I thought they meant in addition to the pillows I ordered as they said they would reship once it came back to them. It's March I still have not received my order. The "free" pillow cases they gave me have absolutely terrible quality the pictures are blurry and the actual pillow have brown stains on them. So AGAIN I asked to be fully refunded. They need to be shut down and I will continue to file complaints until they are. Terrible service, terrible quality.

I wish I'd checked for reviews before ordering from this company! Never again! Ordered a Biden-Harris garden flag. It took a MONTH to arrive and then the flag had no loop inside the flag casing to attach to the hook on the flagpole! Entirely worthless! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I was getting a custom made product and uploaded the wrong file. When I realized it, I emailed the company and asked to fix it. They did (at no extra charge) and were very easy to deal with the whole time. The final product looked better than I expected, and I will definitely use them again.

Bling Painting is so prompt, pleasant and hard working. I have had them multiple times at my house and I continue to call them due to their attention to detail and commitment to my happiness. I would recommend them to anyone.

I waited 3 months for my painting to arrive then I was so excited to start it and it is the wrong picture I ordered the enchanted rose and I got some village landscape thing that is UGLY! Can't return it since it's been to long since I ordered it feel like they did that on purpose... go some where else to order

This is a joke. I bought the jazz guitar and while it is quite detailed, I had no problem with that. I had a problem with (a) the brushes -- they are the worst; and (b) the paint. There are areas in painting where there should be two shades of yellow and two shades of peach -- all colors of paint were yellow, creating no contrast at all. I had to go out and buy my own paint, along with my own brushes

I needed to find something to help with anxiety and depression and painting really helped! The quality of the canvas is good and the paints are vibrant and beautiful. Some of the colors aren't as opaque as others and I could have used more black paint but I 100% recommend to anyone! The numbers were easy to read.

Do NOT purchase anything from Bling Painting! My paint-by-number kit was ordered April 1st and still on June 12th, I have not received the correct product. A hair pick with a level was delivered instead (see photo). I have received the run-around from Jean at Bling Painting and have absolutely NO confidence that I will receive the refund I requested - or the actual correct product. This company is a complete SCAM! I wish I could give them less than one star.

Was provided with a tracking number than got email that it was still in production and that there would be a delay, messaged support and was told it was on the way, asked why I got conflicting info was advised to wait that it's on the way. The status for the USPS tracking has not changed since 6/3. How do you provide a tracking number when you get a email on 6/3 that it hasn't been sent. Horrible experience and from reading the reviews I'm going to be more upset if I do get it and the quality is poor after waiting this long. Had I known it was not being made here I would not have ordered. The last email response was from Jean which sounds like she is a one person show there made no sense. Do not order from here! Never again! And to this day tracking has not updated andb8 find it hard to believe my pkg has been sitting in a postal facility in Coppell, TX for this long. Contacted usps and was told my order was not in shipment that pertsins to that tracking #.

I ordered a flip sequin pillowcase for a friend who contracted covid-19. This company created and sent a perfect pillow that made my friend laugh and feel a bit better. The shipping was delayed because of covid shipping issues, and I was in contact with the company via text through the entire process. They handled my grouchyness with such class and I just really appreciate them for not just making a nice product, but for dealing with me. I can be a real bear under stress and they GOT IT. Thank you! You guys friggin rock.

Its chines company painting unbelievable. I just shocked really its good. I love it when i order i think its maybe not good. My phone can't show its real. But when i receive the pain its really looking awesome. Just love it.

What I ordered and what I got two way different things. I filled my order out correctly double checking it before sending it out. My metal sign is supposed to say Karagh & Matt middle Initial would be M and the last name will be Mortimer established in 2022. What I got. Karagh on the top m for the middle initial and Matt in the middle… est. 2022 no last name no way! It's a newlywed gift for my husband. Now I have crappie metal sign that make no sense. I have pictures too. I have reached out to the customer service agent and no response..

They are awful! They state that their products will be delivered in 7-10 days, then send an email stating that there is a delay and that they will give you 15% off your next order - which you will never use because you will never order from them again. They also said the delay was due to them printing my order. Another lie! It was delayed because it was being shipped from China; there was no way this order could possibly have been delivered in two weeks. I ordered two framed canvases because I cannot stretch canvas nor did I want to pay someone to do it. Please see the photo I included of my "framed" canvas! I would love to return for a refund but I'm sure it will cost me $50 in return shipping costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY!
