I wish that I could write a better review for this website. I ordered a gift for my significant other a month and a half in advance, did not receive it in time. I understand that the company may not have a lot of control over shipping time as it does come from another country. What the company does have control over is response time, which they took a week to respond to my concerns. They also have control over the amount of shipping time they tell you, they told me over and over again "it will be there within the week" multiple weeks in a row. I do not even know what my product looks like, as it could look horrible and I have sat waiting for almost two months. I have now emailed back and forth with the company which Jean has only sent me a tracking link over and over again which has no help at all. At this point I will never order from them again regardless if the product turns out perfectly. I will never suggest anyone orders from them and I will continue to review them less than one star if I could on all platforms. I am absolutely fed up with this business, extremely unprofessional.

This is one of the best companies to full fill my new hobby. Customer service excellent and the products are top of the line. Many choices for everyone!

Never received a product. Keep saying will refund your money but haven't received money back. Very pathetic customer service. If I have option, will give them 0 star.

Ordered product, promise to deliver 5-14 days. After 18 days it still has not arrived. I'll be requesting a refund then issuing a credit card chargeback.

I bought this for my best friend for Christmas this year. I know she is going to love this! It looks super cute and I would like to try and get her to hang it up on her wall. Good quality as well.

The colors are as described… I love the material and I'm very happy with the actual print. I highly recommend and I will definitely return for more purchases.

It's so big and beautiful! I ordered the biggest size and it was amazing. Not happy about the price but it was worth it! I really liked it and it didn't feel cheap at all.

RATING IS ZERO - (0) reviewed website, company address is a Delaware (USA) address - I ordered and live in DELAWARE, they now tell me my order.item is being processed in HONG KONG to now my order will not reach me in time for my event - this is not right, They do not tell you that items are being shipped internationally. They SUCK - DO NOT ORDER - everything comes from Hong Kong and orders will not come or be 30 days shipped. They use the delaware address for tax purposes only since their actual company is in Hong Kong, do not order if you think you will get it processed and shipped in US - they are deceitful READ EVERYTHING. I also tried to cancel and they told me it would be $10 product fee for an item not even started - this is a company I would never try again.

I use before other services but this one awesome. I have need using them before for some of my tasks and they haven't disappointed. I give them 5* review because I really love it.

First I told them to make my custom throw pillow red by mistake. Then when I asked them to change the colour by mail, they replied so quickly and solved my problem

I got a sequined pillow. The seams are not straight. The zipper is not centered. Not the best workmanship. In fact, it's petty poor. I don't think I'd buy from them again.

My family and I were very happy to receive the goods, the pillow is exquisite workmanship, printing quality is also very good, simply exceeded my expectations, I will buy again.

DO NOT ORDER, I wished I would have looked for real reviews and now I see its the same crap. I ordered on 4/2/20 and still have no order. I even emailed them to ask if shipping would take long they said NO. They are not from the US that is the only reason why I ordered from them, said they were in US. THEY LIE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I was super excited to get this and work on it casually as a stress reliever. I started working on it the same day it was delivered and the first paint color that I opened was completely dry.

Extremely happy with the quality print. I ordered Custom shower curtains. They were so friendly. I just send them the pictures that I need on the curtains. And finally just loved the result.

My order states shipped on 8/24, it hasn't been received and there aren't any updates. I wish I read the reviews first, I would have never placed the order with them!

Almost a month and I did not receive any paintings. It never shipped. "Jean" stated I would be getting the delivery and never did. She also said I would be getting a refund and never did.

The quality is great and the delivery is great i pay for express shipping and i got it less than a week after. They help me with all i needed and made it as i wanted.
