How to use: Massage on to clean and dry skin in the Morning and Night time. Remember, the key is consistency. I've been using this product along side my other facial care products, and little by little I've notices improvement in my skin. My nose feels less greasy and the pores are less and less visible. These are notable changes, so I will keep on using this product and wait to see the final results. This product is vegan, environmental friendly, and doesn't involve animal testing. Which is something I really love about it. Lets make small changes in the cosmetics and facial care products we use in order to help our planet and animal friends!
I did place an order for the Keto product. I received a confirmation e-mail, but noticed I was charged for product I didn't order and did not receive a confirmation for. When I contacted customer service, I was told to return the added product and they would return my money. I returned the whole shipment by refusing it and the post office sent it back. I have been e-mailing for weeks and they say they have not had confirmation from the warehouse that it has been returned. Very Shady business dealings.

Tip for consumers:
I wish I had known they aren't a reputable company. I ordered the Keto product and received an e-mail confirmation of my order. When I checked my bank, I found an additional charge for product I did not order. When I contacted the customer service, they told me to return the product for a refund. I decided to refuse the order and the post office sent it back to the warehouse. I have been e-mailing for weeks to get a refund of the full order and have had no success. Bad Business!

I ordered 2 bottles of the skin tag removal and they were including 3 additional bottles for $59.88. They also charged $199.88 additional to my card. Now they have sent 5 more bottles and charged another $199.88 to my card. The serum doesn't even work. What a rip off. Karen James
Tip for consumers:
The whole thing is a scam and rip off. They keep charging my card.

Ordered life size skeletons from Facebook ad, company sent small, flat, rubber skeletons that are basically carnival prizes. The picture from their ad and what they sent me are included below. To possibly get a refund I was asked to send the packages back to a ware house in China (with no paperwork or documentation). Phone number didn't work, the e-mail responses were very non-specific, they deleted my negative comment on Facebook (including pictures of what they sent me) within the hour. Company website is now only available by a separate log-in. I tracked their company address to a residence in North Yorkshire England.
The Bliss Ivy website showed these great 3D skeletons "Climbing" up the side of a house. I paid $38, including $6 shipping for two of them. What I received was two cheap, flat, folded skeletons that I could probably buy for $3 at CVS. I contacted my credit card company and if you've fallen for this scam, I'd suggest you do the same thing.
I purchased 5 bottles of the mole remover. It did not work. I was in compliance with their request to return the product. Got. Tracking number etc. after one month I had t heard from Bliss so I emailed their customer service. Only to receive. Message back that the package I sent back did not have an RMI number on it and therefore they will
Not refund my money. I was not instructed by their representative about this RMI number. They're now saying as a courtesy they will credit me $74.00. I paid over $150. So please be aware before u purchase any of their products.
I placed 2 separate orders on La Mer in late August for myself and several friends, and the order did go through and I received the order confirmation notification soon after. But then I have waited for more than a week without receiving any further notification about the delivery status, so I called the 888 number this morning.
I was shocked to learn that both of my two orders were cancelled! And for the reason that they don't have the items in stock! No explanation, no apologies, no notification... No trustworthiness! There is nothing more I can or want to say about them.
I will never order anything from Bliss World.
Tip for consumers:
be alert: after you place the order, receive the confirmation, see the transaction on your credit card, just hold on for... one more month, cuz they may eventually tell you, when you call, that the order was cancelled because they are not in stock!
I am restricted to the amount of details I can provide but trust me on this - Bliss is truly horrible on every possible level. The Customer Care Call Center is noisy and the representative simply repeats the same thing over and over without in any way resolving the issue. There is an inadvertent charge on my credit card for $199.88 - thankfully Apple Support canceled as Bliss customer support is unresponsive in spite of their online advertisements claiming wonderful products and great customer service support. Overall a very frustrating experience which now will ensure I will never be a Bliss customer.
I sent an inquiry about a pretty big order and they never responded. I sent a follow-up a few days later, still nothing. The site has no address information on it anywhere - although the design is nice, and the products are amazing, after reading the other people's reviews, I guess I'll have to purchase them elsewhere.
No one will return calls or answer messages. Products were changed in 2018 and all higher end products went away to be replaced with cheap items marketed to teenagers. No more anti-aging products, now they only sell basic low end moisturizer.
I wanted one bottle and thought that is what I ordered. On the checkout page it showed no dollar amounts but said a receipt would be emailed after the purchase was completed. The email I received showed five bottles at $149.91 charged to my credit card. I called and they said it was too late to cancel and I would be able to return the order when it arrived. I refused delivery of the item and the post office returned it to them. No refund came so I called and they told me that I would be charged $5 per bottle for a restocking fee. Will file complaint with my credit card company.
This company is apparently very adept a deceptive business practices.!
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from this company.

I bought this product "Amore Bliss Anti Aging" through aan ad claiming it was part of Jennifer Lopez line of products. I cancelled my membership immediately after receiving it and realized it was a fraud. My biggest concern now is that they have my debit card info. Amazon would not let me leave a review, no doubt why it's so popular on their site. Ladies beware, we need to research these products a lot better. Leave reviews on a site that doesn't care if the products sell or not.

After using 3 bottles nothing changed and now have the nerve to sent 5 more bottles that I didn't order and charged my account 99 dollars. Going to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs and our state's Attorney General
Ordered a pair of $49 pair of shoes. Shipping stated 8-25 days. Never got them and still waiting on refund. Item has been sitting in China not moving. Contacted customer service and they won't reply back. Best advice. Do Not Use GoBliss.
Promised an order would come in 14 days, we waited 3 months. Contacted customer service and poor feedback. I had to persist and persist. They advised me it wasn't their fault. It was due to the Corona Virus. Perhaps they outta have mentioned that when promising and order was gonna come in at a specific time. If you want to wait 3 months for an order and filled with empty promises that's on you. I will most definitely NOT order from that site again! Lessons we learn.
I would give it negative stars if possible. Even if you like their products, do not buy them, it is not worth the hassle of dealing with them. Terrible customer service - basically could care less. After they messed up my order, and I cancelled, they sent it anyway. I returned it unopened and after waiting 6 weeks saw that the refund had not been posted. When I called, they posted the refund. I still have not received it. They said to wait another week.
Stay away from this company! Ordered for my daughter and it was 19 days without shipping. Sent email, nothing. Then magically a $25 gift card showed in my email? Then I contacted their online support and they said NO REFUNDS! I told them I would report to my credit card company and they issues a refund? What a scam! Stay away!
Tip for consumers:
Do Not order from this company!!!
I have tried to contact this company several times and, and they respond back once. They said my shirts were in shipping for three weeks. I tried to contact them several times and no response back. I read some of the reviews has anyone contacted the better business Bureau. This company should no longer be in business.
Placed order and receive in 3 weeks. Product did not work as stated and I wanted to return it. They say they only have a 30 day guarantee but I sent the article saying 60 day guarantee (which I was within) and they said they'd refund me $70 and I could keep the product. I said no and finally got a return address and necessary info. Did return and now 6 months later STILL no refund.BEWARE - DO NOT BUY. Keep sending emails

I would rate Bliss Skin a 0 if I could. They are stealing from consumers. I tried to cancel my order within 5 mins of purchasing, as my invoice went from $40 to $200. I emailed and called them. They claimed the order shipped already and there's no way to cancel. No response to my email yet. No way to escalate via phone. They also claim I should get an email response to my cancellation request and tracking info for the "shipped order" within 24-48 hours. I already called my bank to report a fraudulent case and try to stop payment.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use Bliss Skin

None. I tried to cancel and the Bliss Skin co advised I could not cancel.
I tried to purchase online with gift certificate, the purchase doesn't go through, my gift card is in my cart and says I have $200 but it is error when I tried to complete the purchase. Called customer service, she was clueless, she said she can't complete the purchase and she sees that I have $200 and my shopping cart, she said the "WEBSITE" will release my money in 24 hours, that been 10 days ago. Still can't get my money or purchase my item.
Customer Service is Useless and not competent. Where is your technical support?
If you can't fix it - send me my $200 and I'll go to other company who have their stuff together.
Yaks!
I ordered 7 heart sun catchers. Received them and they are plastic, no glass. Tried contacting company for return and all email addresses bounce back as undeliverable. Website page says 100 % guaranteed satisfaction and 60 day return policy. Can't get ahold of the company. Would give a zero if I could. Total ripoff.
Order shipped after 30 days of ordering, i completely forgot about the order, so I called in to cancel since it took too long. The rep stated that for my troubles, she would waive the fee to the order. A month later I got my statement, and they never waived the charge.
I called back, and guess what, but the rep and the supervisor both stated that I cannot prove the previous rep was going to waive the order and basically too bad... Crazy, DO NOT BUY!
Ordered 3 vials for 59.00 got 9 for 229.00, didn't order the wrinkle cream got it anyway, told no refunds or returns, total ripoff, leave the site now!

Bliss makes good products and tries to get you with numbers.
Do you think you save by buying larger sizes? Not here! Regular size Body Butter is $12 for a 6.7oz tube (= $1.79/oz) and a "pro size"
Is $79 for 32oz (=$2.47/oz)... So get 5 tubes, which is 33.5oz instead of 32oz, and pay $60 instead of $79. Huh.
Or how about their daily promotion of 30% off? I had the double gel cream for a tiny discount in my bag, but the 30% off at checkout did not apply to it. Changed it to two of the same item- same quantity, same gel, save $30.
Get it? Use your brain and your calculator.
I really enjoy Bliss's products but if you're a vegan, steer clear of the website. I ordered some things and they include samples based on how much you order. Well, one was an animal-based product. I sent an email after my order thinking this would be super easy to remedy and simply asked for them NOT to include the animal product sample. I didn't ask for a replacement, I just didn't want the animal product at all, it would simply go to waste.
I was replied to that they 'have no control over samples' and they're in 'very limited quantity'. Um, then KEEP IT? Like I asked? She acted like I was trying to get something else. And if BLISS has no control over BLISS'S samples, who does? Who should I have messaged concerning a BLISS product when I ordered from BLISS directly? Lol
Their website also glitched and I was unable to click anything on the page at all after my order went through which included creating an account. I let them know. She told me to 'check my spam folder'. What? No, like, the page itself was in no way interactable-with, I didn't create an account because the page was broken in its entirety.
So BLISS doesn't have control over their website, accounts, OR products? Who did I order from, then? What website was I on?
Feeling pretty put off by the whole thing honestly.
P.S. What's up with all the reviews on shoes and stuff? This is a skincare company, they don't have shirts and shoes?
