I've been using this product along side my other facial care products, and little by little I've notices improvement in my skin. My nose feels less greasy and the pores are less and less visible. I did place an order for the Keto product. I received a confirmation e-mail, but noticed I was charged for product I didn't order and did not receive a confirmation for. When I contacted customer service, I was told to return the added product and they would return my money. I returned the whole shipment by refusing it and the post office sent it back. I have been e-mailing for weeks and they say they have not had confirmation from the warehouse that it has been returned. Very Shady business dealings.
This site is amazing. I purchased a cream from them that really helps reduce the appearance of cellulite. They also sell shapewear and nutritious supplements. This is an overall great site to find all your weight loss needs.

This company is a complete scam guys bliss care. Be very very careful when you order products from them they will keep charging your credit card without any permissions of yours. Do NOT order from this company! They will automatically sign you up for reoccurring charges on products that you did not order and then refuse to refund the money. I have spent hours on the phone and with customer service, half the time they disconnect the call, and still only ended up with a partial refund. Do not waste your money or time! If you do, do not bother returning the product or asking for your money back. Just report the charge as fraud immediately and close your card.
Be VERY careful ordering anything on this website. They take your money illegally far as I'm concerned. Customer service plain sucks, I think it's run out of INDIA with one person you can't understand and they do not answer you in a timely fashion if at all. I tried to cancel my order which I finally got them to do and they just reordered it without my permission. Isn't that illegal? Then they tell me it already shipped but that was 8 days ago and all they did was create a shipping order. Nothing has left their Tenn. Warehouse yet they won't cancel the second illegal order. I ordered a decent amount of products from bliss and one of them (the real peel) gave me horrible breakouts and rashes all over my face. Never have I had an experience with any skin care product - it was so bad. As I thought the company would appreciate, I attempted to reach out to let them know about how it hurt my skin. Filled out a sheet to explain what occurred, send it in, took 5 emails to different emails to hear back AFTER MORE THAN 1 MONTH. Whoever 'Joy' is couldn't care less about what occurred. No apologies. Nothing. Never will I support a brand that doesn't act like they care especially when that happens to someone.

Ordered the mascara 5/12/2023. Received order 8/13/2023. No warning or update about ridiculous shipping time. Asked for refund. No offer for any kind of resolution.
I purchased a poetic waxing kit missing spatulas (how else do you apply this product to your body?!) and called customer service. I was told they hold no ownership of the product because I might have bought it at ONE OF THEIR OWN SPAS or at a third party. I was given the run around when asking for a discount on a future product (going up to three levels of supervisors). Bliss clearly has no care for long term or loyal customers and I can't imagine voluntarily trying to contact this number again. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
Bliss Lemon Sage BODY BUTTER. Body butter is a richer, thicker type of body lotion. This is the reason I buy only body butter because I have dry skin due to excezma. The first ingredient in this lotion is WATER! It's a waste of money and it doesn't smooth the skin at all. Never again.
They took $260 out of my account for a $38 item I'm 69 years old I didn't order skin moisturizer five bottles of skin tag care didn't order any of that stuff when I called them to have them cancel it they said they would 4 days later a refunded the money in 60 seconds later took it right back out again total scumbags now I've got a complaint in with my bank and the Better Business Bureau
I purchased a 49 dollar pair of shoes for my grandson through this company. They charged my credit card and never aent product. I reached out to customer service and no reply to my concerns. Not unroll I filed a complaint with the better business Bureau. Than they gave me information that it takes up to 25 days to recieved and product was sent. Sad that it took this long and to this exstent to get customer service to reply to me. I wint use this site again
I orderd almost $200.00 worth of product, with a 60 day trial. I sent it back Priorty Mail w/ tracking & they got it on 5/17/13. I purchased it late 5/5/13 a Sunday. I sent it back on 5/15/13, after recieving it on the 13th. I still have not gotten a refund & tried calling many times. I had to dispute the charge & would Never buy from them again
The last two times I bought this product, the pads were completely dry when I opened the package. There was no "serum" on either pad. Don't think I'll buy this again.
I placed an order online. And either through a fault of their system or myself, my house number on my address was missed. A few weeks later they had been contacted by UPS to get my house number. At this point, Bliss should have gotten in touch with me to let me know what was happening and also to get my house number. They did not. Nor did they respond to UPS trying to contact them numerous times.
When I called UPS 3 months after I ordered my package, they told me what had happened. I cannot give UPS my address. They won't accept it. It has to come from Bliss.
I contacted Bliss. The customer service was flippant about the whole situation, didn't make any move to rectify it and never once apologized. It has now been another two weeks without any word from Bliss.
It was clear from their response that they have no intention of EVER contacting UPS on my behalf. This is their response when I asked them to call back UPS: "I will be happy to keep you posted regarding the update request for your package."
So, it sounds like I will not receive my package which I paid over $100 for AND paid for the shipping AND paid an extra $45 of duty on as well. Its sitting somewhere at UPS because Bliss has all the power in this situation and will not make a phone call to fix something they should have fixed months ago.
I asked for a refund after all the problems they have caused me and their response was to take zero responsibility for the 3 month delay they caused me.

Instead, they sent us cheap, flat 2D skeletons you might find in a preschool.

I really enjoy Bliss's products but if you're a vegan, steer clear of the website. I ordered some things and they include samples based on how much you order. Well, one was an animal-based product. I sent an email after my order thinking this would be super easy to remedy and simply asked for them NOT to include the animal product sample. I didn't ask for a replacement, I just didn't want the animal product at all, it would simply go to waste.
I was replied to that they 'have no control over samples' and they're in 'very limited quantity'. Um, then KEEP IT? Like I asked? She acted like I was trying to get something else. And if BLISS has no control over BLISS'S samples, who does? Who should I have messaged concerning a BLISS product when I ordered from BLISS directly? Lol
Their website also glitched and I was unable to click anything on the page at all after my order went through which included creating an account. I let them know. She told me to 'check my spam folder'. What? No, like, the page itself was in no way interactable-with, I didn't create an account because the page was broken in its entirety.
So BLISS doesn't have control over their website, accounts, OR products? Who did I order from, then? What website was I on?
Feeling pretty put off by the whole thing honestly.

Telephone customer service is essentially non-existent. There was an error on some gift cards I received; I called the 888 number on the gift card folder and was on hold for about 15 minutes and then got the recording that my call could not be completed; "Goodbye". I called back and went through the same process, but this time lefta a "call back" number. Got a call back in about 10 minutes, but when I picked up it was a recording saying to "Press 1 for..." etc. etc. Which lead me back to the same recording as my original call. In other words the phone calls I made during a 1 hour period just lead me in circles. I never actually got connected to a live person... so, the 888 number on the Gift Card brochure was essentially useless. After more than an hour I called again and went to the "place a new order" section and eventually a person answered the phone. Once got a real person on the phone she was very helpful... but what a cluster... with that phone system. HORRENDOUS! And a waste of customers' time.
I didn't want to give one star. I wish there were negative stars. But I cannot send this review, very well earned without 1 star but I promise they don't deserve even a zero! Followed a advertisement that claimed this product removed a skin tag. They stated they were almost out due to the demand. I was charged $199.99 for six bottles. Who needs 6 bottles for 1 small skin tag? Then a few weeks later six more bottles. This went on five times. I have over 30 bottles. I asked them to stop charging and sending me these bottles since they don't work anyway. They did it again. Then we noticed they were similar in name to a good company called blissworld who told us how to reach the company. We were told if we sent back the unopened last box we'd get a refund for $199.99. We never opened it and paid to ship it back. Over a month later as that was in May 15th, come now, July 3rd still no refund. Finally someone from India or the Philippines, couldn't understand him stated there was a $5 restocking fee per bottle, so they deducted $30, and never covered the postage to return what I didn't want anyway. Now with 24 bottles left, nothing worked! Skin tag grew. It's almost like this product grows skin tags. Worthless crap, snake oil. Anyone want free samples let me know as it's pure crap IMO

I tried to redeem a $200 gift card that had been given to me and placed an online order with Blissworld. A few days later, I received an email stating that one of the products in my basket was not available and that the entire order was cancelled. Frustrated with my entire order being cancelled, I called customer service to request a refund of the gift card, which they agreed and advised that I would be required to complete a W9 form as well as a Bliss New Vendor form, which I completed and submitted to the customer service rep. After more than a week, I didnt hear back from Bliss and called the customer service rep numerous times and left messages to return my call with the status of my refund. After another two weeks, I finally got in touch with the rep and she said the forms has been submitted to corporate and that she didnt know how long it would take to get approved. Disappointed with the response I received, I agreed to redeem the gift card to avoid any further contact with Blissworld. To my surprise, when I tried to use the gift card, it was declined. I will never purchase anything from Blissworld again.
Please have this firm investigated! They have proven to be dishonest and a sham. I will participate in any class action legal pursuit

I love their products but man is ordering ANYTHING from their website a headache! They have a buy 2 get 1 free promotion going on so I of course pick 3 items and go to check out. Score, 3 items for the price of 2... after I enter my credit card info and get the order confirmation it says I only ordered 2 items! I emailed Customer Service and received no response. Then I find a phone number which was impossible to find on their website mind you and am told orders can't be modified once they are placed and I must have forgotten to add it to my cart. No lady, I didn't not add it to my cart your damn website messed up and I either want the two items or none of them! Then I'm told I can either wait 5 weeks for a refund to my card and replace the order or wait for the claim to be escalated and maybe I'll here back from someone next week. Meanwhile the promotion ends at the end of this month so by the time this is resolved I'm sure I won't have heard back and I won't get the free item which is the only reason I ordered online and didn't just shop at Kohls or Target. SERIOUSLY DON'T BUY ONLINE. The products are worth it -- their customer service is NOT!
