“Red Stuart Weitzman boots amazing quality”

I've had my eyes on these boots for awhile but they were out of my price range. Cue Bloomingdale's… as they were on sale plus an additional 25% off. The red suede is stunning in person, amazing quality and even for a tall heel I can walk in them.

“Worst customer service ever”

4 calls to get actual customer service, pathetic, shop elsewhere all I needed was 5 gift receipts. Finally called NY and got someone with a brain but she was snippy. I wound up printing my order and crossing out the prices and that would be sufficient. I said I would return and reorder and they were ok with that rather than provide any customer service at all.

The Customer service is very terrible lied about free shipping, I paid almost 600$ so I was suppose to get free shipping they said yes then secretly charged me $10 for shipping. Never shop here again. Unlike www.robecart.com their service is superb and the shipping is free.

Placed my order of a baby bjorn on July 25th to NYC. Was guaranteed 2 day delivery. It is August 8th, I never received my delivery. I am no longer in NYC, and am in Florida. I did not receive any communication regarding my order. When I called them two days ago, I was told I cannot change address of shipment, and I cannot cancel my order. Seems like they outsource their customer service. I asked to speak to the manager, manager finally agreed to cancel my order. Following day I received email that my order is being shipped. I sent them an email that they cancelled my order with Bloomingdales, and I had placed an order with Amazon and was expecting delivery that same day. Now, the customer service rep is telling me that I need to cancel the package. It is incredible. I am 8 months pregnant, not in New York, and they are asking me to clean up their mess. Much easier to order on Amazon, Macy's, Saks. Bloomingdales used to be good a few years ago, but now it is horrible.

This site is dangerous like a drug. Great prices the best customer service in the world, and good shipping. It use to be fantastic shipping but they switch to sure post with the USPS- which means post office issue ( have you tried dealing with the post office? Its not good). Other then sure post bloomies is the best!

Ordered fragrance from Bloomingdales online. Showed the free gift I would receive due to primary purchase. Right after I paid online, I received an email saying the free gift is not in stock. Why would you show the gift on my order, say it is available and then renege the moment I pay? Bait and Switch tactics going on. Bad business practice. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. So many liars and deceptive businesses in the world. Will be returning the purchase I made as soon as it is received.

I placed an order online using a promo code, which I received when registering an account. However, the order didn't go through because of a billing address problem. I wanted to replace the order but obviously I still want to receive the discount since I had that promo code. I tried the same promo code on their website but it said "unrecognizable". I assumed that the promo code is one time only so I called their customer service and thought I could get another promo code since my order didn't go through. However, she said she can't give me one. I don't understand what's the reasoning behind it because I know the promo code is a one time thing but I wasn't successfully using it! So should I not get another one to replace the old one? I bet all other stores can do it!

On May 30th 2022 I purchased some shoes and paid an extra $5 dollars to have my item gift wrapped when it arrived it was in a beat up box with ripped up paper over it and not gift wrapped the Customer service representative was very nice giving me a 20% off coupon but ill stick with Saks from now on

I purchased an eligible item for the gift card reimbursement. Bloomingdale's purported enters it into an online account for my use. Went to my account, not there inspite of the email saying it was there. So I went to Customer Service in the Michigan Avenue, Chicago store. I showed the women there the email from Bloomingdales, could show the purchase on my credit card but they wouldn't help me as I didn't have the receipt. Said I might have returned it, said no. Honestly, I didn't have it as it was their mistake so I erroneously thought they would remedy it. There did NOTHING! Didn't even offer to look up cc to find receipt. Lazy at best. Sad choice as I won't shop there any longer and I've historically purchased furniture and rugs.

It's my second time trying to perches from the website online and as the first time waited for on month and didn't get my items. Second time it's been one month almost and didn't get it yet, called the Costomor service asking about it they apologized saying to return the items and make it credit back to my card. I wasn't gonna return the item just asking about the shipping, but they don't listen to you what is your problem do I receive it or there is any problem for the shipping, plus had paid 10$ extra to change the shipping method. Been one week waiting my items after the call and seems like won't get it thank you for the horrible Costomor service and won't shop anything either from the store or online don't recommend any body.

A racist Bloomingdales woman employee answered my call. She kept on sayin she does not understand my English. I asked to speak to a supervisor is inept. My complain of not getting credited on an item retuned, already received by Bloomingdales is ignored. This supervisor instead transferred me to somebody else is appalling. Bloomingdales' customer service employees are incompetent, do not understand internal efficient communications. I was subjected to repeated questions by 3 different persons is too annoying. Customer service of Bloomingdales is no customer service, but Bloomingdales' employees' self interest service is very bad.

Hi,

WORST SERVICE! NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! I made an online purchase for which bloomingdales delivered part of the order which went missing and i immediately contact bloomingdales regarding this and instead of resolving the issue, they blocked me. As in my money is gone and i am not sure about the other part of the order whether they deliver it or not. Worst customer service i have seen. I don't understand how i am blocked they bloomingdales made a mistake. They never contacted even UPS regarding the package. I want my money back

At the suggestion of a Nordstrom clerk I went to the Fashion Valley Bloomingdale's dress department. An extremely young woman, Sarah Duland assisted me, taking me to various dress departments to find a perfect dress for Grandmother of the Bride. They did not have my size in that store. After searching who might have my size, she wrote the dress manufacturer, dress number, plus, the telephone for the New York Bloomingdale's that did have my size. I was fortunate to have a very personable young man help me, and am awaiting the size 12's dress arrival. I could NOT HAVE asked for better Customer Service! Thank You Sarah and Bloomingdale's. Adios Nordstrom (no customer service there any more!

I placed an order online for a $75 gift card on Bloomingdale's. I received an email stating that I needed to call Customer Service to have it processed. So I did. I was on the phone for 20 minutes.

Since I live internationally, I was told to give a US phone number. I gave them my friend's phone number, who was sent a voice-mail with the reference #. I called back with the reference # and I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I was told that my order had to be verified.

After the "brief" hold, I was told that my order wasn't processed. When I asked why, the person told me that they couldn't say why and that I had to contact my bank and that the next time I was in the US, I should fix it.

I used to work for Bloomingdales in Aventura Fl. From there customer service department to the managers from the store are horrible. They need to train their customer service associates and managers in better how to handle situations.

I used to work for Bloomingdales and I did a return, it has taken them exactly one month to credit back into my bank account. I have spoken to several different supervisors one of then by the name of Linda another supervisor by the name of Sherrea and a manager by the name of Marlina they are all from their customer service department which they are horrible in handling situations.
So if anyone is thinking about working for Bloomingdales don't even try is a nasty company to work for.

I'm very disappointed with Bloomingdale's. I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband for Christmas and it came used. It's disgusting and disrespectful!

Ordered a pair of Sorel Women's boots. Received Confirmation and Confirmation order number. Next day receive email telling me they can't fulfill. Sat on the phone for 39 minutes while customer service searches for order someplace else to no avail! Offer NO compensation. I go to Sorel website, find boots! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM BLOOMINGDALES AGAIN!

Great place to order gifts from! I received a sweater that arrived gift wrapped for my birthday and already has the return tag on it if I need to exchange the size.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WHOLE WORLD!
Do not buy from them, they are going to steal your money and they wont care about their customers.
Ordered a dress, they sent wrong size, they did not accept, I called 1000 times, send 1000 emails regarding my refund, still NOTHING!
BE AWARE THEY ARE DOING FRAUD.
I spoke with the manager, she promised to send me a gift card but they did not send it.
