I ordered four adjustable wall display racks from this company.
They arrived late, broken, and missing pieces.
We decided to return, as trying to make them work was too much of a hassle.
I received an email stating my organization would be charged a 15% restocking fee and I would have to pursue reimbursement for the broken unit with the carrier.
In my opinion, this is not the way to keep a customer. And so, I will take my business elsewhere.
If items were damaged, we would have replaced without hassle. Not sure of the circumstances but something appears out of sorts with this order.
