At the beginning this site is good and always paid (sending money) without being asked first, but after the site change his banner ads (maybe also the owner). Blueadvertise start not to pay on time (when the balance reached their limit requirements $ 5). I tried to request on Blueadvertise's support but be ignored, When my balance reached $ 30 (maybe more). My account deactivated suddenly. As publisher I know well the ethics, terms and rules. It took long time to get balance $ 30. Is this Scam?
