Blue Dot Safes

The BLUE DOT safe company is one of my personal TOP FIVE WORSE BUSINESSES I've ever had the misfortune of encountering! I was honey-potted by a well trained dishonest sales team, management, and shipping company - all in careful choreography to scam me. I paid extra for in-garage delivery of a 900lb safe. Immediately after they charged my card, they denied in-garage delivery stating they would drop off on the sidewalk in front of my house! When I showed them the receipt clearly explaining "in garage delivery", They said it was a mistake. When I explained I needed a full refund because there's no way I have the ability of transporting a 900 pound safe into my garage they said that was my problem. Total came to more than $1500. No safe was ever delivered and I had to go through an almost three month dispute between my bank, Bluedot, and their equally criminal shipping company SAIA. Bluedot tried to deny that I purchased "in garage deliver", and SAIA shipping tried to say they "attempted to deliver the safe". Thankfully at the time I purchased, the receipt said "in garage delivery" and there was a chain of texts and emails to both companies from the time of purchase to the FIFTH email requesting a full refund. Their lies and attempts to scam were very clear, and it was easy for the bank to rule in my favor, but unfortunately I just had to wait out the process which took almost three months. DO WHAT I DID NOT DO AND LEARN: look up google user reviews for Bluedot and SAIA - they are full of negative reviews! Totally awful company. It's amazing that so many employees can be trained to be dishonest. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. You might end up paying several hundred more, but it is TOTALLY WORTH IT.
