This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.
Our experience was great because of generous in terms of user numbers and unlimited storage, efficient processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The hosting excels at providing timely support and ensuring smooth operations, which made everything seamless. One area for improvement could be increasing proactive updates, so customers stay better informed throughout the process.
The price is expensive (namecheap offers the same thing at less than half the price), and I find the recent changes, such as the unnecessary layout alterations, quite bothersome. Additionally, the requirement to enter a PIN every time I log in has become rather irritating.
So far, I have nothing but praise for the support I have received.

My issue had to go through multiple service agents several times, but they all know what the issues were, and suggested helpful answers. They also know when to raise it to the next level of support, and were very courteous when dealing with me.
For competitive hosting of my WordPress site
We have had continued issues with storage errors and emails not coming through due to a previously unknown limit on our unlimited storage. We have cleared out multiple GB of emails to free up space and yet it is continuing to happen randomly. Clearly this is an issue on bluehost's end.
I feel as if there is an overly complicated logging in process - i have to click on so many different buttons to just get to edit my website - why not just one? Also have to scan through to find the click here kind of text which is buried under a whole page of info and is just (small) bold text rather than an actual 'button' would also appreciate being able to easily access my email directly from my wp dashboard

Constantly being offered things when I just want to get directly to the portal. Arcane interface, very poor support and documentation. I'm far from a novice and, though I'm able to make it work for me and navigate I'm appalled at the UI

The renewal fee is outrageously expensive, and was never mentioned when I signed up last year.

Renewal center does NOT list everything. There were account services hidden from me that were billed against my knowledge or will. Also when the renewal say's "Renews on April 8th" should mean what it says NOT 15 days previous. That is a deceptive business practice. A legit business does not need to operate like this.
Not impressed with your hosting services, the lack of security, and that you now charge for every aspect of hosting individually. This is gravely disappointing Bluehost. I've been a customer for over a decade. Not interested in being one any longer.
Called about 2 purchases that I did NOT make but were charged to my credit card by Bluehost.
Had to wait nearly 48 hours to get into my account. Lost password feature wasn't working. Spent over two hours in chat sessions the first day and then called the next day just to be told support was aware of the issue and it would be another day before they could get it resolved.

One of our volunteers initially set up the website. That person left the organization. Try as we might to get the renewals to go to the correct person, Blue Host made it difficult. We thought we had finally gotten it fixed when we found our site taken down because one of the pieces was charged against the original owner's card and was rejected. It took a dozen phone calls and several hours on the website to achieve satisfactory resolution.

Your services are expensive, I will give you that. Secondly, it is annoying that when I am creating a domain addon, I don't get to name the directory as I see fit. You just generate some weird stuff, it was not like that before.
I regret to inform you that I encountered a situation where I had paid for a website transfer. Concerned about its expiration, given the site's relative youth, I promptly reached out to customer care for assistance. They assured me that there was no cause for concern and promised to guide me through the process, ensuring that I wouldn't incur any additional charges. However, despite their initial assurances, they ultimately failed to provide the necessary assistance. Consequently, the transfer expired, accompanied by a message indicating that if I wished to attempt the transfer again, I would need to pay once more. As a result, I intend to move my domains to a different hosting service once they expire
I originally chose Bluehost as they were so easy to navigate.
Ive been working on an issue with my email. DNS was changed and it broke my smtp settings. My email was down for 2 weeks before anyone could figure out why. I called 2 times and both gave me different answers.

I have had nothing but problems. The worst being that I had to completely rebuild my website after losing everything even though your written notices to me all stated 60 days before deletion, my site was deleted after only 30 days. I have rebuilt and am trying again but not happy with bluehost whatsoever.
