“PACKING NIGHTMARE”

I am very disappointed shopping here online to buy BMW sneakers. The way of packing export products is like a nightmare as in the photos (order# XUCVXESXK Placed on 2024-06-27 Delivered on 2024-07-25). I think packing like this is not the BMW system as a whole.
