I received an order which came in perfect conditions yet after a couple wears it ripped so I reached out to the team and they were all very helpful and came up with an easy and fast solution. The names were Caitlin, Kate and Alexandra.

I've ordered from bo and tee before but this time for some reason my student discount didn't apply and I didn't notice, I contacted customer service (on a Sunday too!) and Nikki responded to me quickly and efficiently saying they could just refund me the amount that my discount would've knocked off. All I needed to provide was my order number and student discount code. Alexandra then picked this up and sent me some details regarding the refund. Leigh then sent me over a link to leave some feedback for the amazing team after I insisted I wanted to leave them a great review!

Hello, want to say big thank you for Jess (from custom service department)! There was a system mistake, thus i was charged much more for the delivery, Jess fixed it and did reimbursement. Thank you for client friendly approach and thank you for high quality goods!

My package got lost in the wind. And I reached out to customer service, and they are excellent, they have helped me and guide me through all this unfortunate experience, and the process for recovering my item, step by step. Ms Annie and Ms Aimme are the best. Hopefully with their help and customer support, this whole nightmare will be over soon. Thank you so kindly for all you do Ms Aimme and Ms Annie.

Recently purchased an outfit from boandtee. Beautiful clothing but the outfit was the wrong size. Contacted customer service and they responded immediately and helped me out with my exchange. Caitlin was lovely and super helpful!

Clothing is of nice quality, fun colors, however sizes run a bit bigger than I'm used to (I'm 5'3,130lbs with a waist of 33 inches), I ordered medium but should have gone with small or x-small.

Items are always shipped very quickly and customer service has been super helpful and responds almost instantly. Love the packaging it comes in and the workout clothes are so unique and great quality.

I had to cancel an order due to sizing and Ester went above and beyond. They usually do not cancel an order once it had been placed but she was able to cancel it. Awesome customer service with a quick response time.

I had addressed my parcel to the my place of work were I was temporarily staying. Due to contracting COVID-19 I had to go back home. I contacted them to see if they could redirect my parcel to my home address and they were able to do so for me. They responded very quickly and were very helpful. It was an easy process to switch my old address of accommodation to the new one. Thanks for your help Lucy!

I was able to buy a set for a great discount of only £20! And me being very indecisive I wanted to change the colour of the sports bra I ordered and I got a very quick reply and they changed it for me :)

I LOVE Bo and Tee! I recently made a purchase and unfortunately had an issue with one of my orders, I contacted customer service and Shania sorted everything out very quickly and professionals, compared to other companies I've used Shania was very kind and polite and didn't make me feel like I was in the wrong like some company's do. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour in a top that I ordered from Bo and Tee so I emailed to request a change it to the colour I wanted and one of their customer service representatives answered and followed this request through with no problem at all. Thank you Bethanie for your prompt and helpful response. One of many reasons Bo+Tee is my favourite gym wear brand!

I found out about this brand back in August and I haven't been more happy about the quality of my activewear and also their customer service. It is phenomenal! Hi, I had an issue with an item of clothing I had ordered from Bo+Tee, the logo was stitched on upside down so I emailed the customer service team. I must say I am so impressed with how professional and helpful Graeme, Aimee, April & Bethanie were who dealt with me. They sorted everything out so quickly, I can't thank them enough!

I recently purchased Drayas collection from Bo+Tee and was VERY pleased with the quality. I did however end up missing a few items from my purchase but Alexandra, Alix, and April all helped to make sure everything was squared away and that I received those items. Thank you again and I look forward to purchasing more on the future.

Staff members were so lovely (especially Poppy) when helping with one of my queries. They were super accommodating and quick responding. Item was perfect. Would highly recommend :)

I contacted the customer service team about an order I had places earlier that day, I had noticed the size was wrong and asked if this could be changes Bethanie assured me she would change the sizing of the order and Molly also gave me a 15% discount for my next order.
