Received ample response when asking the status of package. Got continuous updates on my package afterwards. Package showed up intact with no damage. Driver was patient in letting me inspect.
It was easy to find my items, my carbon fiber hood fit perfectly and came with no damages, my fiberglass front bumper cover on the other hand had some damage but the goal was to sand paint and clear coat it. Unfortunately it did not fit so I'm going through the figment warranty which is very simple. Overall 5 stars on service and 3 stars for fitment on one part.
Only website that had what I was looking for
Order was on time, had to return the hood I dropped it off at their warehouse to avoid another shipping charge and still was charged a 25% restock fee, item fitment description needs to be more clear. I had to go to supplier website to find ot the hood I ordered was wrong.
No phone service at all, only contact is thru email 24hrs later. Still waiting on my refund

This body kit is a great product for an reasonable price, it comes with no holes drilled so you can fit it how you want to the body. Fit very well on my accord and seems to be very durable.

The body lit came in and was exactly what I was looking for. Looks great and fits well, warning to new people who never bought one before, there are no fittings or pre drilled holes, you have to measure and drill yourself, so a cup of self tapping screws and a drills all you need!

It was okay, just took kinda long… which i feel is normal for any body parts store.
Cheapest for the part i needed.
I saw other companies selling similar body kits but for significantly more. I figured I'd try my hand at the cheaper kit know it wouldn't fit well but I have some body work experience so I placed my order. Order came slightly quicker than expected but the box was destroyed and all the pieces of my body kit were spread around. Luckily everything was there and the delivery man helped me carry all the pieces individually to my garage. Only one piece was slightly damaged which was amazing that's all the happened. I finally started to mock up the body kit and boy I knew I had some work set out for me. Wavy lines, super thick areas and super thin areas. Missing mounting areas on the mold. I was trying to make it look perfect but it's just not possible with how the kit is made. Good for a street driven track car but anything being judged probably should go for the name brand kit.
It was cheap and I could receive the parts quicker than anywhere else. I was able to do payments
