Extremely disappointed with both the product and customer service. I received a poorly fitting, low-quality wig with sparse hair on the crown, yet the company has refused to accept a return, citing inconsistent excuses each time. The wig was delivered on November 4,2024, and I requested a return on November 13. Initially, they claimed it was outside their return period (which, according to their site, is one month). When I asked again, they said they 'don't accept returns of items in final offer'—which makes no sense, as this wasn't a discounted item.
I'm now €1300 out of pocket with no resolution. Furious and disappointed, I've filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre
