As much as I hate to say this, but stock with eBay or Amazon! The sellers on Bonanza are terrible! It's been a month and I'm still trying to deal with 'MySupply' to refund my money or to delivery the items I ordered! They lied to me staying they don't have it in stock, yet I saw it on bonanza at a higher price, so I tested out their honesty and the second order was delivered in a week. They said they still didn't have the inventory for the first order (cause it was so cheap). So they won't delivery the items nor refund my money! I contacted Bonanza's customer service and they were useless! It's a seller they host on their website and they should be proactive if the seller is trying to scam the buyer. Yet, they do nothing! Except sorry, contact PayPal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! What a joke! This site is terrible!
Bonanza.com is a strong and committed company. Their prices are very reasonable and what they sell is what you expect... that would be an excellent product or software at an incredibly good price. Take a look at what they offer as you need not worry that it is as promised because they do stand beside your purchase. *****
Paid for a product that I did not receive! Received error message every time I tried to contact the so called "seller"! No contact at all from the "seller"! Have placed a complaint with my credit card in hopes that I will receive a refund! PLEASE stick to the trusted and safe e-commerce markets that have been proven!
Wish I had seen all these reviews prior to purchasing from this site. What a ripoff! I ordered a baby gate from Bonanza, and after three weeks, I had not received it and could not get a response from the seller. I filed a claim in their joke of an Order Resolution Center, but two weeks later, I have not heard back from them either. I just sent their "customer support team" another complaint, but I highly doubt I'll get anything back. I'm working with PayPal to get a refund, so we'll see. In the meantime, I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully everyone else that has experienced these issues is doing the same thing so that this scam of a website will get shut down.

As a seller, Bonanza is a very bad site to sell your items through. Even with turbo traffic you sell nothing and no progress, it is as they take your money and do nothing. I make efforts to sell but for nothing, one or two items sold in a year. What king of advertising and online marketing Bonanza do? I don't recommend this site at all
Bonanza is like eBay. The website itself is great but you have to be wary of bad sellers. They have reviews for the buyers so you can check what previous buyers think of the seller. I personally bought stuff off here and it was great. The sellers I bought from were nice, shipped quickly, and contacted me when my order was shipped.
Beware of buying anything through Bonanza from Deal Brands. I spent endless time trying to get my money back after I returned a pair of sandals. Deal Brands simply would not respond to e-mails or issue a credit. Finally PayPal had to intervene and get me a refund.

They allow pos sellers on their site who don't follow up with emails and they don't send out the product. I waited over a week for the paypal to be accepted and it wasn't, so I cancelled. This is low level stuff. Id stay away from this site.

The Worst place to sell
I joined Bonanza because EBay's fees are too high, But being on bonanza for only 5 months I have only sold one item worth $9.98; But... have paid $340 in fees including the $25.00 a month for the booth. Not too mentioned when i was printing the shipping label I was charge $0.90.If you are a small business trying to sell your goods, I personally, am very disappointed with Bonanza. I was checking Weebly you pay $300.00 a year and you do not have to pay anyone else... this is your own business managed by yourself. Or you can check Buejay
I just wanna inform all the buyers that don't buy anything to this doggy company, I ordered a trimmer charger 3 months ago, has not been delivered yet, m contacting them but, the reply me with one message, it's been shipped, I don't think any order takes more than 6 weeks, so please don't order anything to this dozzy company.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
