I recieved an order from perfumgalleryinc (thru Bonanza), that I felt was not correct. Through emails and converses bonanza refunded my order without a problem. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Also, they issued my refund immediately. I cannot say how much I appreciate the NON-hassle refund. I will definitely be shopping with bonanza again.
I ordered a record player, tuner, cd player combo for my husband for Christmas. I ordered it Dec 14,2015 and he opened it Christmas Day. When we used it we found the sound was very inadequate. We decided to send it back. When I contacted Bonanza and the person I purchased it from she told me it could only be returned in 15 days for the refund. I asked her to show me where that is and she could not. She offered to send for it and give me 1/2 my money back. What a business. I will NEVER use this again and if anyone shalumingu's profile run.

I have been on bonanza for a few years and i must say that they are fantastic. I love to buy fragrances and bonanza has the best sellers and customer service. This is an honest review. I have never had a bad transaction. The sellers have always been polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I will always do business on their site. To me the best sellers for fragrances are ideal_perfumery and MySCENTSEI. You will thank me later.
Had a problem with an order - Bonanza is useless for help. If the vendor blows you off Bonanza has no system to help you. My problem was ordered two different goji berries and got two identical packages - vendor says they are different and that was that.

Bought from GreatWorldSales off Bonanza.com False Advertised total wireless or straight talk phone. I purchased from Walmart a brand new total wireless sim. Called to activate phone to my other line and add my sons number to it and IMEI was still attached to SOMEONE ELSES straight talk account. Phone could not be used unless by them because it couldn't be released without their 4 digit code on the account! Do not buy anything from this site! No contact number and the one given is a JOKE! Don't bother getting frustrated and looking and just know it doesn't exists.

I bought an expensive Main board for TV. The board never came Bonanza said I needed to take my claim up with the supplier. They said the electonic board was a service,- what a bunch of BS. They are no Amazon.
I recently purchased a heated outdoor cat house from undercoverpenthouse, a company in Canada. I ordered it through bonanza.com. I am very satisfied with the purchase, and the purchasing transaction was smooth. I received my product within the timeframe specified by the seller, so I am very satisfied.
Stay away! You are not dealing with a company! You are dealing with individuals who sell on this site! I ordered an iphone from someone with the ID of Zman2017. I paid upfront close to $200 and was assured I'd receive the phone w/i 10 days. It's now over 3 weeks! Every communication from him was some stupid excuse about his printer not working or the post office hadn't processed it yet. I asked for a refund and heard nothing from him so I filed a complaint with pay pal and informed him that I was doing that. He finally responded by telling me that (and I quote) he didn't like the way I was taking the delay and then proceeded to tell me that my phone was delayed because his truck broke down. Was he driving the phone to me? Unreal! FRAUD - pure, unadulterated FRAUD. BEWARE! Stick with Amazon or Walmart.com.

I'm a seller and registered on Bonanza to sell my product. I spent a day to upload the listings. The next day I found that I can not log into my account, it throws me to the main page. I wrote to the support and they answered, that I I can no longer use their site. So they kicked me out without any email or explaining the reason! My further questions were not answered by support.
I ordered some sand paper on 8/15/17 and after 5 days of no communications from them I tried to contact them and eshoppercity (the actual seller on Bonanza.) Eshoppercity hasn't responded by 8/22/17, but Bonanza did send a tracing number that indicates that the purchase wasn't yet shipped by 8/22/2017.
It's a week and they haven't shipped, and they have lousy communications. I would ever buy from them again.
I purchased a one of a kind piece that is clearly worth far more than I paid for it. When it arrived I was so surprised by the beauty of it. I am more than extatic about purchasing here again. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Bonanza and the seller Products_with_Love. To start with, I received an empty opened package sealed inside an over-sized United States Postal Service envelope. The United States Postal Service noted "to properly prepare the parcel." It was clear looking at the package the seller sent what I ordered in that the package was both too small (less size than the regular postcard envelope) and used a fastener/clip to seal the end of the package which was missing. I brought what had occurred to the attention of the seller, but the seller refused to give me a refund. Only after escalating the matter to PayPal, was I able to receive my refund. Needless to say, I wont be using this seller again.
Moreover, the Bonanza site would not let me give my review as "feedback can no longer be left". I would never order from Bonanza again.

Sales have gone downhill in the past couple of years plus they won't protect you from stolen credit cards purchases/chargebacks so I had to remove that payment option from the platform. Also they make you pay in advance for your shipping labels but NOW they started charging you half the cost of the label with each shipment even though they have your money for labels AND also they mark up the cost even though I pay the extra membership fees to them which is supposed to include discounted shipping and no longer does. The seller customer service is abysmal.
This site is full of fake products, there are SEVERAL accounts that have stolen photos from my website and try to pass them off as their own, and the don't even bother to remove the watermark.
I've contacted their support, and I get the run around, and they won't do anything with at cease and desist order

I have been selling on Bonanza for over a year. Although my sales have not been as consistent as ebay, I like that you can rank on Google shopping with your Bonanza listings. Plus with them partnering with the other marketplaces ex. Nexttag that gives you even more exposure that is if you are willing to pay the higher commission. I also like the Yahoo analytics it gives me great insight to where my buyers are. Bonanza is a work in progress, you have to be patient and work on it a little bit each day. For free there is a lot of value use it to your advantage.

I like high quality shoes and only search for luxury brands online. A couple months ago I found Bonanza.com and I have already purchased 3 pairs of shoes that look better than what I have seen on Zappo's or Nordstrom's websites. The leather and suede are high quality materials. I receive my products on time and best of all I can buy 2-3 pairs for what I would spend on other websites and my shoes look better.
I highly recommend this website.

This company not only set up a fraudulent sale by Dowan dinnerware there was no tracking on sales or refunds. I was left to hunt down what happened to my order, why it was not refunded (or any notification) from Bonanza. It took me over 6 months to track down my own refund, that Dowan was never going to send. The product never left the warehouse and no one followed up with a refund or inquiry when I was seeking resolution. Why even have a company like Bonaza? Waist of time.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
