Bonnieshoes

They sent me the wrong sized cheap knockoff sandals. Refused an exchange or a refund, instead offering me 20% off my next purchase. Also, they suggested I gift the shoes to someone they will fit. Do not buy from Bonnie Shoes.

I have had at least 10 emails with them and they REFUSE to provide a return address. I ordered a US size 8, they changed my order to a 5 and sent it and then said I ordered the wrong size. Why would I order a size 5 if I wear a size 8? Same slimy approach that others online (especially through Pinterest) that just say "keep it and we will give you a "coupon" off your next order". As if I would EVER order from them again. Total scam operation. Do NOT buy. I just hope someone else googles them before spending money. Working on reporting them through the BBB but they are probably a scam shell company.

They also won't refund you. I have a pretty hefty email thread where the customer service requests that i extent the product as a gift to someone else cause they can only provide a 30% refund. The email goes on and on.
The quality is extremely poor. Like they took a medal piece out of a tarnished vehicle and placed it on the shoes as a centerpiece.
Lowest of the lowest.
