I have ordered 3 items and I only received 1 pc. I already informed them that I need the items on a specific date since it will be used for an event. I received 1 item one day before the event so I was so disappointed and asked them why it happened. They have so many excuses and could not really solve the dilemma. I paid all 3 items plus the shipping fee even if I just received 1 pc. So I send them email on what had happened. Cs has no use. They just telling me that I can order on their website so I feel a little okay with that. But when I was trying to finalize the order, I saw that I will be paying a shipping fee again. So I emailed them again and explained that I should not pay for that anymore since all the fault was on their end. They just gave me a bull$#*! reply saying and I quote "We regret to inform you that we cannot refund any shipping fees, please stay tuned since we do have sales and discount codes on the website. We hope you will find a suitable offer on our website soon..." So please never ever be fooled by this website. They are no difference with scammers online. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy online on them.

Try dealing with customer service and they ask you the same questions over and over again and do nothing about it. It has been 2 months since I paid these criminals and I have still not received a refund or my order. I have sent over 6 emails to this company.

I ordered a dress online, when I opened the package I saw ink stains on the lining of the dress, the lining of the dress was sewn on inside out where you can see all the threading on the sides, I saw so many loose threads on the dress. How did they thank me by returning this faulty item?--- I had to pay $4 to print shipping label through them, and I lost the $10 I paid to have item shipped to me. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. It is hard to email anything to them, as email inbox is full. DO NOT BUY, SAVE YOUR MONEY

Suuuuuuuch a surpirse when the items arrived 9 days after ordering, and it all was so freakin sweet! I mean, you can tell that the clothes are low quality but it actually looks like the pictures on the web. And to all of you who are tall as f you can totally trust their "tall" porducts to be long! I ordered two pants from the tall section, im 186 cm and my legs are 97 cm from the croach, and the pants gave an extra 6 cm after touching the floor. Me, taking up 2 inches? Truly groundbreaking. AND they only charged once
I never write reviews for websites however my experience with boohoo.com has been appalling. I ordered a top on a Friday and paid 4.99pounds for next day delivery as I needed it for the saturday evening. This order never showed up and it still hasn't, however they claim the order was delivered and signed for. So either this is a complete lie to cover their own backs or they have unprofessionally given my order to the wrong house. After many emails and attempts to get in contact with Boohoo they simply failed to understand the situation, i must admit they did offer to re-deliver my order at no further cost however as soon as I replied to this saying I did want another order delivered they did not reply. I had to tweet them, where they responded acting very nice and pleasant but as soon as we started to contact on a personal message on twitter their replies were late and simply ignorant. I did not once receive an apology from anyone working for customer service. I certain that I will never ever shop here again and I will make sure none of my friends or family will either. In the end I decided to ask for a refund as there is no way i would waste my money on this ridiculous excuse for a clothing company.

I ordered through the canadian site. Paid in true CAD (Unike puma-- what a nightmare) and it came before expected. I have to return a few things so i'm hoping it all goes well.
I have ordered a few items from this company before and never had any problems, the clothes are cheap, trendy, and won't last more then a season, which is fine because trends die fast and who wants to spend a ton of money on something you'll only wear a few times? That being said, don't bother trying to return anything that doesn't fit right, it's not worth the hassle. I ordered several shirts at the end of May and returned two of them the beginning of June because they don't fit, it's the middle of July and I still haven't gotten my refund, I followed there instructions for mailing the items back and waited a few weeks before emailing to ask what the delay was for. I emailed them 5 times and they kept sending me a 'form' email back saying sorry about the delay but we haven't gotten the items back yet and to send a picture of the receipt proving that I mailed the package, I did exactly as they asked and they sent me another email that said the same thing as the last one, send them a picture of the receipt. I've tried to find a phone number to call but haven't had any luck, I don't have time to play there game and keep emailing back and forth so I'll chalk this up to a learning expierience and never order from them again, at least I'm only out $21 plus the cost of shipping the items back, not a ton of money but the principle of the matter is that they basically stole from me and now refuse to refund my money even tho the clothes were returned exactly as they asked. There are way to many other places to shop for cheap trendy clothes that I won't ever bother ordering from this company again.
They used to have good quality items, ship in a timely fashion, and properly handle returns. I used to purchase from them on the regular. Then the pandemic hit so I stopped. Recently, I made a large order thinking they were just as good as before. Now, their product quality is so poor I wouldn't even keep it when it's 70% off. And now, when I try to use their returns portal, it doesn't work. They told me to ship it back to them using 'standard trackable shipping' and they would refund me the shipping costs. Mind you, this is shipping from the US to the UK. It cost over $100, understandably, since I had a 20 item order and it needed to be trackable, right? Now, they're telling me that they can only refund me $16 because they told me to use 'standard trackable shipping'. How in the world would any regular consumer be able to ship 20 items from the US to the UK for only $16? If that was the case, I'd be shipping stuff to international family and friends all the time and the postal service would be making zero money. Also, instead of adding the $16 to my refund, they REDUCED my refund by $16... I'm never buying from them again.
I really wanted to like this company because they offer a petite line for ladies 5'3 and under. I ordered 2 petite maxi dresses and 2 pairs of pants. Note, the pants were labeled as "trousers." Upon receipt, one pair of trousers was actually just thin stretchy leggings that were more like workout clothes and definitely not office appropriate. So I was pretty disappointed in that. The dresses however were a joke. I wear a size 0 usually so I'm definitely an XS, but these dresses were so tight I could barely move or breathe. On top of that, they were thin and you could see my crotch through them. Cheap cheap cheap! They looked like clubwear. I decided to keep them anyway in case I ever decided to become a $20 hooker but I was definitely returning the "pants." By the way, I sent an email to customer service expressing my dissatisfaction in a polite way (just trying to let them know, not expecting anything free) and although it said all emails would be responded to in 48 hours, no one bothered to contact me. So I paid the ridiculous return shipping charge, packaged up my return, and took it to the PO. It's been over a week and I've heard nothing, not even a confirmation email. Tracking for the return shows nothing and Boohoo's website states that they are not responsible for returns being lost so I'm starting to wonder if they are trying to scam me out of my return money, in which case I will definitely be opening a PayPal case. I will not be buying from them again. Forever 21 honestly has better quality.
I ordered 3 pairs of sweatpants around Christmas time. I was sent the wrong items, which arrived very late mind I have you, especially considering I paid for express shipping. However, when I emailed them and told them that I had received the wrong items, they told me that I would have to ship back the items and PAY FOR SHIPPING myself. Horrible customer service. I then went to continue to email them back about this issue about 4 times and still haven't received any other response.
Boohoo is the main site that i shop on. I have not once had a problem with my items and the prices are extremely good! I buy from them every chance i get!
I received my order today April 23rd not to mention I paid for my order to get here before and received it a week later then usual there customer service is terrible and the clothes looks nothing like what is advertised I am appalled by the quality if the clothing and will be returning asap never again and just to think I have another order coming in save your money and don't shop at Boohoo the pictures are deceiving
