Great quality material my dress was awesome & my two piece suit says white but it was more of an ivory. I still enjoyed my birthday pics l paid for express on one outfit & they came like a day apart so I wouldnt recommend express. Eveything was great Thanks Boohoo
I told them to fix an address issue like within 10 mins of ordering. THE address is literally unknown. The customer representative says "we can't fix anything, if there is an unknown address then the parcel company would return it back to us" like the order hasn't even shipped out and won't for a week from their warehouse. Literally the most insane thing ever. What's the point of customer service LMAO. What if I accidentally put a wrong address, which I have and literally every company can fix it especially if you notice it right away which most people do lol. So if someone reaches out to them telling them "hey I put the wrong address can I change it"…they would still send it out to them knowing they're sending it to a random house. Like people are gonna get their money back anyway LMAO. Forgot about banks? Why make yourself loose money knowing you can fix it. Bro I've never left a review like this one but this is so funny I can't. Anyways going through my bank to have the money returned to me bye lmao
They sent me 2 items out of 6 when I went to request the rest of the order they told me they had footage of all items being shipped & they weren't going to refund or send the missing items. Which is bull $#*!!

I spent over $200 dollars and half of my items didn't come in on top of the package was open and when I contacted boohoo about it I sent all the information in and even sent back items that weren't mine. And they told me they won't refund me. And they won't do anything about my missing items. This place is not worth the waste of money. DO NOT BUY HERE.
I ordered from Boo Hoo for the first time. Go to track my order; notification said no tracking number found. Contacted to see where my order was and they notified me that it was on its way. So I was waiting for my order to arrive and then I received an email to say " We've received your return from order (along with order number) It may take up to 4 days for us to check your return and for your refund to be actioned. We'll send you another email once your refund is on its way ". I messaged to see what happened to my order because I never received it in the first place. Had no real clarity and they told me that my refund would be processed in a few days. I told them I didn't want a refund and just wanted my products. Got told only my shipping cost will be refunded and I will still receive my products. Didn't receive my products. After all that, I am thankful that I got a full refund. Never ordering again.
This website is a rip off beyond measure. All the 1 star reviews are absolutely true. The clothes look absolutely NOTHING like you see on the websites. The rompers are all see through. The clothing material is like tissue paper quality, the sizing is COMPLETELY off, not very friendly for plus size girls and to top it all off, they now charge you $6 to return your clothing items. What a business SCAM! Unfortunately, I had to pay the $6 to get rid of these horrendous clothes, but I learned my lesson and I hope to receive the refund as soon as possible. You are WAY better off shopping at Shein. Please stay FAR AWAY from this company, they steal your money and provide garbage for clothing!
I placed an order with 5 items. Only 2 arrived. I complained about it and they told me that they'd reviewed the CCTV footage and can see that 5 items have been packed so they are not offering me a refund.

I ordered a dress from here based off a review from a REAL person thinking it had to be good. WRONG! I placed my order and it was shipped April 24th, my email had a "Track" button which lead me to the Landmark shipping page with a message that they don't have nay information with that tracking number. I waited a couple days for it to update and still nothing. I contacted customer service...the chatbot is a joke and NO help. I emailed stating my issues and asked for the "Carrier and tracking number" and the response given in my reply was "your package is on track to still deliver by May 3rd".
That is NOT what I asked and it's May 3rd and still no package and no tracking. Sent another email but I'm not holding my breath. If I have nothing by May 4th I will be contacting my credit card.
I made a purchase when I was in the UK using my card from the Caribbean...I returned the purchase for a refund. Instead of using my card billing address Boohoo.com processed my refund with wrong details. It is months...since December 2022 I am trying to get this sorted. Boohoo you can talk all your crap about ARN number bottom line is the information coming from you leaves a lot to be desired. First of all you emailed me to say a refund was processed in the amount of £30 on the 29th of December 2022. This turned out to be false...then you later said in another email that a refund of £28.01 was processed in January 2023. Either way NO REFUND CAME INTO MY ACCOUNT SO KEEP THE MONEY since it means more to you than customer retention or loyalty.
I have been attempting to resolve an issue with pricing and false advertisement of a product. I get bombarded with emails about discounts and then once I use them and play by their rules they switch things up and charged me a higher price.
Beware and triple check your order before you hit send. Read all the fine print disclaimer and then do it all over again to make sure you know what you're getting into.
They do not have an exchange policy and they charge you a fee to return items(even if you need to only exchange them). Then you have to repurchase them with another shipping fee added and hope the item is in stock for the size you need; that may be a higher price then when you originally purchased it.

March 6th came and went and didn't receive my package. I dispute it with my bank. March 8th the package arrives. I cancel the dispute as the company agreed for me to return and refund my order. I was told I would receive my refund on March 26th It is now March 28th no refund and they expect me to wait again. At this point I can no longer dispute the transaction with my bank as it has passed the allotted time.My order was for over $300 that is now lost no products no refund! They are scammers. I asked to return the dresses when i finally received them and was told it was outside the return window. I tried to put a stop on the payment from my credit card- also denied. Im a size 4, US. 130lbs. I ordered my regular sizing and everything was small! The crop top barely covered my chest. The pants didn't ride up my thighs, let alone my butt. Everything was TRANSPARENT. So unbelievably dissatisfied! I did not take photos as everything was taped up after trying on.
