I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
Terrible customer service - no number to call. The standard delivery may take up to 10 days which in my opinion is ridiculous. No company I know has rules and delivery times like this. Make sure you order right items as you cannot cancel or change it at any point even if your order hasn't been dispatched yet and there is still 9 days till your expected delivery date.
I went ahead and ordered from this site despite reading some of the bad reviews and now I regret it. I had ordered on Feb 3 and it is almost 45 days over and I haven't received my order yet. I sent multiple emails tracking my order status with them and they asked me to follow up with local usps after the order reached usa. USPS claims that they cant find my package. I am so disappointed because I was impressed by collection of clothes and affordable prices. But their delivery service is just beyond lousy and the worst part is you can only communicate with them via emails. You can't call and get your answers right away. Dont fall for this like the way I did. :(
Boohoo is awesome, after my 4th time ordering about 10 items each time pretty much everything Ive order is great. A few items have been too small, I've made 1 refund and got my money back within about 3 weeks (their communication isn't always the quickest) apart from that, i love it - most things are really good quality and such a good price! I've learnt to go a size up in some things, as it can be hard to tell what the fabric will be like.
Never received order although boo hoo insisted it was dispatched. Requested a refund after many many ping pong e mails. Still awaiting. Go to Asos. I would never recommend nor use this company again. Surely its simple to call the courier to shed some light. Up to now i am out of pocket and no order
Never had such disgusting customer service from a company. Let's start with the fact that they never have anything in stock, but hey that can happen anywhere. Ok so let's move onto how they NEVER ship or deliver anything on time EVEN when you pay extra for shipping. Customer service representatives are rude, unhelpful, and careless when it comes to customer complaints or concerns. When you do email them they respond by basically saying deal with it or return it. Last time I ever recommend this site or order from it. I'd love to mean the head manager though considering there is never a phone number to reach these people.
I ordered 2 outfits. The first one look nothing like what they showed in their site. The second came in a color that was not even an option... the quality is poor and cheap. My first time ordering, I will never order again. I'm from Canada. The only good thing is it arrived quick... but a waste. Can't wear any of the two...
Shocking service. My parcel has been lost for almost a moth after paying for express shipping. Lost also is my query for compensation. Navigating a labyrinth of obsequious time wasters designed to weaken my resolve is the only customer service I'm receiving as there appears no dedicated department to deal with items lost in transit. Using the pandemic as an excuse is absolutely shameful since this has been missing for much longer than this was a contributing factor. I will be a thorn in their side until I receive something in the way of compensation but I would generally advise anyone to STAY AWAY. Boo Hoo indeed. They are The Worst.
I would give 0 stars. Shipping said 7 days. Never received my order and REFUSED to refund me. FedEx had no package with the tracking number they gave me. This website needs shut down. NEVER waste your money here. Luckily my bank helped me dispute the charge.

I understand that this is a fast fashion site which means clothes are most likely cheaply made. Let's say you don't like the clothes you purchased or they don't fit, Boohoo's return and refund process takes about two months if you're stateside. First you send the return package to their facility in Georgia. Once they confirm receipt of your package you should get refund but NO! Now you have to wait for the package to arrive and be cleared in their UK facility which can take 28 days. Once received it will take 3-5 business days to receive your refund. I'm on day 7 and I haven't received anything but a sorry customer service email. I will not do business with BH again.
My first experience was good. Items took a long time to get to me, but the dresses fit okay. Second time around, I got a dress that was poorly constructed. E-mailed customer service and no response. Will never buy from boohoo again!
I ordered from Boohoo and paid $17 for 7 day shipping. Everything was fine until my tracking stopped updating after it "cleared customs". I called the delivery company and they don't answer their phone or have a voicemail - super sketchy. I've contacted Boohoo support and they told me I need to wait a full month before they can look into the matter. Literally stole my money and won't do anything about it.

I always shop on boohoo for cheap clothes that i need asap! However, I bought a dress one time for a night out that was last minute and it was basically see through! Quality was absolutely crap! Didn't get to wear it though as I ordered it to come next day before 7 o'clock and it didn't come. This meant I had to spend more money on buying another outfit! Theres too many clothes on the website also, so it takes you ages to actually find something thats suitable. Most of the clothes are for frick all also. Would recommend misspap, missguided or pretty little thing. Clothes are as cheap but very high quality and great customer service.
I have received my order today. I believe it took around a month despite the fact their websites says 7 business days. I am also still upset over the awful customer service. However, the items I did get were actually really nice, and decent quality. I had ordered a dress I was kind of wanting to wear on my birthday, but that has passed. So my advise would be to order in advance! Other than that I cant really complain about the things I got.

I didn't buy much from this website cause I had never used it before, and didn't know if it was a scam or not. I never received anything from that order, and customer service was no help at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this store. I truly believe it's a giant scam. I was going to try to get my money back, but $30 isn't worth the hassle to me. It's near impossible to get anything out of them, and the whole situation is super fishy.
I was really surprised to find Boohoo getting a bad rep on many review sites. They are not perfect by any means, but they're pretty great. They are based in the UK so shipping does take A BIT longer but your order usually comes in a reasonable amount of time. Their return policy is great because there are not many exclusions unless it has to do with sanitary issues. You can return sale stuff even unlike most places. And they have a return warehouse in the US which is great for us here because shipping to a different country is outrageous. I've never received an item of poor quality although I have had a few things come with a small hole or snag. (Fix it or send it back, that simple) I've been ordering from boohoo for a few years now and if I have any problems I email them. They get back to me within a few days. Refunds do take quite a while but if you can deal with that you are golden.
I ordered from boohoo twice big orders and they came fast ( up to one week but cause of distance) and I mean the quality is good, it's not perfect but good. Everything was exactly as ordered. ( size, color) The clothes doesn't leave colors after washing. I'm really satisfied with boohoo but of course you get what you pay for so to be careful when ordering cheap items especially.
They had two promos running on their (US) site at the same time, one was an automatic 50% off (they always have sales to make it seem like you're getting a great deal, when in reality the price is really just an average cost you'd pay at similar quality stores), I used a promo code that should've given me 40% off BUT with free shipping, instead once I purchased the clothes the already automatic 50% off overrode my promo code and charged me for shipping. I contact customer service about this and they refused to honor the promo code. I have ordered from them before and done returns with no problems, but dealing with their customer service sounds like they don't really want to help the customer/come up with a solution. Be aware now: they don't have a live chat or phone number option, and you can't cancel orders. The customer service agents don't seem aware of what's even happening on the company's site, or how to handle mistakes.
Paid extra to have my order shipped quickly, and it has been over 3 weeks now and I still have no updates on my order or where it's at. Will never purchase anything from boohoo again, it's not worth it. You can find almost the same items in the same price range locally. Don't waste your money on paying for shipping.
Poorest quality clothes, many garments with questionable "fabrics", if you can even call it fabrics, more like plastic. Very, very overwhelming expensive returns from Sweden, some of the clothes had been worn and smelled. And then the lingering feeling and thought about the slave/child labor that was probably used to make such cheap clothes.

People please don't waist your money on the 2-3 day delivery! I ordered a few pieces of clothing on Tuesday morning and decided to go with the 2-3 day delivery, what a waist of money! Many days later I still haven't received my purchase. But they surely took out the extra $15.00 for shipping... This is definitely false advertisement and I am having my Nephew who is an Attorney look into this. That to me is THEFT. Taking money for services not rendered... Too many companies doing this, but this will come to a stop. I want them to refund each persons money who didn't get their order as promised but paid for REFUNDED.
They have cute clothes occasionally, mainly just in the fall and winter they'll have cute plaid skirts and fur products. In the summer time their clothes are disgusting and tragic. Trashy neon and jewels sewed on everywhere I look. The WORST of all is now they added $4.99 for shipping? It used to be free for every purchase. They often have a measly 20% off coupon but it ends up being the same price with the dumb shipping. I recently haven't ordered from them multiple times because of the unfair shipping cost.
I spent over $200 US dollars on new wardrobe for work and paid for expedited shipping. It arrived in 3 days which was good. However, I'm returning my entire order besides some heels.
Im a size 4, US. 130lbs. I ordered my regular sizing and everything was small! The crop top barely covered my chest. The pants didn't ride up my thighs, let alone my butt. Everything was TRANSPARENT. So unbelievably dissatisfied! I did not take photos as everything was taped up after trying on.

I placed an order with 5 items. Only 2 arrived. I complained about it and they told me that they'd reviewed the CCTV footage and can see that 5 items have been packed so they are not offering me a refund.

Placed two orders with this company. Still waiting on my refund. I have tracking proof that the merchandise was delivered to them and yet they're denying that they received it and instructing me to wait 30 days. Wait 30 days for what? You clearly received the item, where's my refund? I will never shop with them again and will make sure to spread the word about how horrible their customer service is and how they're pretty much thieves. I am out of over $100 and no clothes. I will be filing a formal complaint, as customer service has been NO HELP. Hopefully, paypal's resolution center will help me get my money back.
