I ordered 3 dresses which were $500.00 on August 28th today is September 20Th and still i have no merchandise they keep telling me tracking numbers will be updated never happened when the goods are dispatched they provide a tracking number never did they refunded me $9.99 per order for shipping and never refunded the money for the dresses beware of this company they are a big scam they ruined my honeymoon order NA******* NA******* NA*******

Their sizing is wrong. They will refuse returns then get back to you finally after the 28 day window with instructions then say but its too late. They will then straight up ignore every email sent even with proof of timing and conversations error messages o site etc. Complete trash and scam of a company!

Ordered item on 31 January with delivery (as stated on website 4 working days). Item despatched on 2 February so should have received my item on 7 February. Contacted yourselves via WhatsApp and told it was still on its way! I had to wait until 14 February before you would offer a refund. Contacted you again and told I had to wait until 16 February! This is extremely unreasonable. I entered into a contract with you on 31 January on the basis that your delivery is 'within 4 working days.' I required the item for a specific date. That date has now passed. Your 'customer service' is abhorrent. Due to your breach of contract and complete lack of customer service skills, as you have formally been advised, I have issued proceedings at my local county court to recover my monies from you, plus costs and now compensation. Had you have applied some common sense you would have avoided all of this. However, you can now explain to the court your poor customer service and breach of contract 😉

This company pays teenagers money for fake reviews
Viavia, I came across a website that claims to be simple to earn some extra money by posting reviews of products. On this website you have to deposit crypto currency Tether (USDT), you can decide what amount to add to your account. Once you have chosen an amount, you will see what products you can 'buy' with it. You first 'buy' this product online and then you can immediately leave a review, which only needs to be 5 stars. You don't actually buy the product because you get this amount back after the review. The Tether you can get back if you have placed 38 reviews in one day, earlier you can not get back the Tether of the purchased products. You will receive a small commission on each review. Occasionally you get a larger purchase for which you have to add extra Tether to buy it, but for that you also get a substantially higher commission. If at the end of the day you have placed 38 reviews, you will get back the money in Tether from these sixty products, not before. So with the larger purchases you are more or less forced to transfer more and more Tether to the platform. At first this works well and you actually get your Tether back. But because of the mechanism, I had to transfer more and more Tether, more than I actually wanted. But yes, otherwise I would have lost it anyway so I did it. Finally I managed to finish the day's job with a hefty profit and wanted to withdraw it. But then it didn't work out. The website has a customer service department which I then contacted, who told me I had to pay taxes to get my profits back. By then I got suspicious, but yes I had already lost a large amount of money. I was even able to convince them that because of the tax credits my tax payable was much lower. Then I transferred this. They said it would take 3 business days before I got my assets back. Nothing came, eventually I got back in touch with customer service and they said I had to pay a hefty transaction fee first. Then I knew for sure this was fraud and did not transfer this again. I did lose a large amount of money now.

They charge you a fortune to deliver and then when you think returns are free they deduct the cost from your refund payment. In total costing you an extra £7 of non refundable money on the item you bought and refunded. Won't buy from them again. Daylight robbery

In May I was ordering some new clothes from BooHoo, at checkout it offered me Boohoo Premier for £9.99 for 12 months.
The mean features were Free Next Day Delivery and more importantly for me Free Returns (as ordering clothes online is always hit and miss).
I added this to my basket and when I returned some items which were too big or too small it was free of charge, this was the same for the following order as their sizes are all over the place.
I have just ordered 2 items this week which are no where near the size stated and I am being told it is £1.99 to return them even though I am a premier member.
I have questioned with their customer service department and they have advised free returns is no longer included in the Premier Package as of Mid June.
At no point have Boohoo advised me of this and how can they change what is included for customers who have signed up for 12 months!
I would not have ordered my latest order if I had known this as their sizings aren't great.
Needless to day I wont be buying from Boohoo again

I have been locked out of my account, numerous attempts to reset password which failed, I contacted customer support as there is a return I need to send off, to be told that "due to a high level of returns, my account has been deactivated and I can no longer shop with them". Wow just wow! Absolute cowboys...I have been a premier customer for over 10 years and spent thousands on items from them! I don't even return that much, but being an online company where you cannot try on a product, what the hell do they expect. I have asked for a copy of the terms and conditions numerous times and a explanation as to why this has happened and been ignored! Luckily my daughter has an account so I was able to view the terms and condition on there, and nowhere does it say the account will be deactivated if to many returns are received, it only says if items are returned worn or fraudulent activity is expected! So ladies & gentleman boohoo are calling us fraudsters! As I have never returned goods worn! Also they must communicate with you if there is going to be a change to the account terms...I for one haven't had anything and judging by all the other reviews, nobody else as either. Shame on you boohoo...customer loyalty means nothing to them...just pure greed. I suspect this company will not last must longer!. Guys sign up with pretty little things...Great customer service and lovely products. I will be submitting this review on every boohoo platform and urge people to do the same

If i could give a zeroooo star to this company i would.
1st time ordering from them. Most of the items were big so i returned 7 items out of 11. I returned all the items in the same parcel.
To my surprise they refunded 3 out of 7 items ( the cheapest items). Claiming that they only received 3 items. Wich was absolutely false cause i returned 7 items.
I have beeing shopping online for more than15 years and ive never had an similar experience. They are refusing to refund me the rest of the items. Wich is not acceptable.
DO NOT SHOP FROM THAT STORE...READ OTHER REVIEWS
THEY ALWAYS FIND AN EXCUSE ON NOT TO ISSUE FULL REFUNDS.

Missing items

Dear Boohoo Customer Service,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Boohoo. My recent experience with your app and customer service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
On May 22,2024, I downloaded the Boohoo app specifically to take advantage of the advertised free next day delivery. However, after placing my order, I discovered that I was not eligible for this service and was instead charged £7.99 for DPD 48-hour delivery. This was already disappointing, but my experience only got worse from there.
Shortly after placing my order, I received an email from Boohoo confirming that my order was being processed. To my dismay, I noticed that the app had used an old address where I have not lived for over 18 months. This order is quite costly, totaling over £100, and I immediately tried to rectify the situation.
I contacted Boohoo through multiple channels—Apple Chat, Live Chat, and email—starting from the moment Live Chat opened at 9:00 AM. Despite my prompt action, I received no assistance whatsoever. I was instead told to contact DPD to change my delivery address. However, upon checking DPD's website, it clearly states that only the sender can change the delivery address, not the receiver.
I relayed this information to the Boohoo Live Chat representative, only to be told that there was nothing Boohoo could do. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist is unacceptable. If my parcel is delivered to my old address and accepted by the current residents, I will have spent over £100 for someone else to wear the clothes I ordered.
This experience has left me extremely unhappy and frustrated. Boohoo's lack of concern for their customers and their inadequate customer service is appalling. As a loyal customer, I expected better and am deeply disappointed by how poorly this situation has been handled.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. Boohoo must contact DPD to change the delivery address to my current address or refund my order in full. Failing to address this issue will result in me taking further action and considering other options for sharing my experience publicly.
I look forward to your prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

HORRIBLE HOORIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE, ORDER TWO DRESSES AND HEELS, BOTH DRESSES CAME WITH BLACK STAINS ON IT. CONTACTED THE SUPPORT VIA CHAT JUST TO BE SENT ALINK FOR A RETURN WHICH i COULD HAVE DONE IT ON MY OWN, NO COMPASSION AT ALL. Contacted second time to request refund for my express shipping, the chat made me wait for 20 minutes and then it was closed without a reply, wanted to open a chat again said no agent is available at the time.

I said, ok whatever, I'll just go ahead and start the return, and request the shipping refund later, AND THEIR RETURN PORTAL DOESN'T ACCEPT EITHER MY ORDER NUMBER NOR THE ORDER REFERENCE. THIS IS A CHEAP LABOURD COMPANY SELLING CHEAP ITEMS WITH HORRIBLE AND SCAMMY SUPPORT TAKING NOA CCOUNTABILITY OF THEIR ITEMS NOR SERVICE!

If I could rate them lower I would. I returned an order of five items, four t-shirts and one pair of earrings. The person who checked my return has left the earrings in the bag that has been discarded of. They refuse to issue me a refund because of this lazy mistake made within their company. The garments themselves were returned because of the sheer lack of quality! The way I have been treat by the customer service team is appalling I've sent multiple emails and no response whatsoever. Lazy untrained employees who all need either sacked or trained properly on how to check the contents of a bag and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Keeps trying to remove my review I will keep posting
Fraudulent company have sent me only 2 of my 3 items. Have tried telling me it was packaged at the warehouse which at this point is probably a lie. They claim to have cctv b7t refuse to show me it as theyre big fat liars. The parcel was damaged upon arrival and now I can't track it to see the image which was clearly damaged. Ever since I had their useless response I haven't been able to track said parcel to show it was damaged upon arrival(it definitely was). This company ia disgusting and all for the sake of a cheap 25 pound dress. What absolute cheap scapes who don't care about their customers. From reading reviews I'm not the only one who's had missing items and Boohoo lie and say they've looked at cctc and it was packaged. I've asked for footage of this and they haven't sent it so my guess is they're big fat liars and probably never packaged it themselves. Avoid at all costs. They also removed my prior review mearly because they don't like a bad review not because it wasn't valid lol. Thus review was on trust pilot but they kept removing it even after I've proven I've ordered from these fraudsters! Don't trust trust pilot.

I've accidentally sent the wrong parcel back to this company, instead of a £17 dress, I've accidentally send a £170 designer handbag. I send this via their Inpost option and managed to track the delivery all the way to their warehouse - I've also been in contact with inpost, who confirmed the delivery location of this order. (I have saved all of this information/screengrabs for proof). I got in contact with Boohoo, who customer service team have been rude and unprofessional, this has been going on for FIVE months now. Not once have they reached out to me in this time. As my return was sent back using the boohoo return barcode - which the company provided me with - its very suspicious that my order not been located. I can only assume a member of their team has stolen this item and not scanned it through as a result. As a legit UK company, they are accountable for locating my return order and had this been done, my item would have been returned. Ive also asked for a full report of this incident as I don't believe it was handled in a professional or respectable manor and repeatedly they have denied me this information - luckily, Ive kept a record of the majority of my interactions with this untrustworthy company.

I was also told by a member of their team directly, that the don't log individual returns... how can they be legally filling in taxes, if they dont know whats coming and going. Something very off with this company, I suspect the tax man will be after them in a year or so.

This place has zero customer service. Good luck ever getting in contact with anyone. They didn't fully refund my return and I had no way of contacting anyone because they took down all of their contact information. After going through several links of what I thought would lead me to something useful, it asked for me to put in my order number (which I copied and pasted from my order email) and it said it was incorrect. Yet it was able to find it when talking with the chatbot. Sketchy company. Never buying from again.
