Unbelievable! In this day of customer service, I have to say that this Point of Sale company has very misleading sales tactics, and even worse billing practices. As a small business owner, I was excited to find a system that looked good on the service. I did the standard walk through with sales, and all of my questions were answered... but later found the answers misleading. Half of the system did not work for my business, and I was strung out for weeks before they would let me use the system. In the meant time they billed me $150, $48.50, and their credit card company billed me $50. I managed to get back $48.50 after yelling and phone threats. Dishonest, STAY AWAY!
I have been using booker for 3 years now. It's a small investment relative to the business it brings in for me.
