The staff here are very helpful and good. Clearly overworked though. They need more people here. Every part of the process from making a reservation to picking up and returning the car was easy
First of all, if you have any complain or problem with your reservation THEY DON'T HAVE any phone number or person you could talk with. They say everything is by email and they say each answer could take 30 days and it takes more!... IS A FRAUD! I still waiting after 3 month an answer about a charge they have to return. This is serious, DO NOT Book with them.

These experts are well done, they did everything as I asked. So that on September 24th I could already ride a rented car. There were no preferences, just discussed the price

Really efficient service and friendly member of staff who couldn't do enough to help. Also offered us an automatic van rather than a manual, which was a godsend.
We were able to get a last minute car rental at a good price after spending an hour and finding all the cars sold out at Love field. Sagee was wonderful and she quickly had us on our way.
Still wish they would be better at answering the phone when you call. I did prepay my rental to save $$ so when you do that it provides a "confirmed rental".
They were very supportive to explain everything what we asked and we need for our trip across USA, helpfull and gave us a great deal together with my dream car. :)

I rented a car in Seattle from Fox Rentals through Booking Group.com. In July 2015. Everything went well. Then at the end of December 2015 they charged my credit card $320. I tried to find out what this charge was for. On Feb. 1 2016 they responded with an e-mail that made no sense as to what I was charged for. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company, but it appears that they think that since they have your account number, they can just charge you any time. I tried to call them in December and got a very rude man who told me that I was calling the call center not the service dept. though it was the only number on the e-mail that I received saying they were charging my account. The original e-mail only said they were charging me with no explanation or even the amount they were charging. I had to get that from my credit card statement. I was originally pleased with my experience in July, but now I have to keep checking my statement to make sure they don't keep charging me more. This is crazy.
Efficient place, the day that I came they were slightly under staffed but handled it well. I needed to upgrade my car to something larger at the last minute
