Used Bookmyairtravel for years for flights and they are nearly always bang on. Love its alert system when prices change. Appreciated recent exchange when I thought I had found an anomaly, Juan was courteous and friendly in his responses.

This site is a scam. Don't use it. I purchased my ticket for $ 344, as advertised. Then, a couple of days later, they called me saying the the price was not that anymore and now I had to pay U$ 600. As I could not cancel the purchase, I had to pay the amount they wanted to charge me. By the end of the day I paid much more than the real price from other companies

I would like to commend their customer service agents for their hospitable service. They were patient and took the time to answer all my questions. They made sure my travel itinerary was in perfect order.

Easily the best site that I've found for finding low cost flights. Very easy to navigate especially on Mobile and Computer.

It's not easy to find time and write review, few negative review I read and ignored, that was my mistake and I learned from it, now I want to share my experience so that no one else get trapped.

The showed best price I was booking 3 tickets from Houston to Delhi so thought of trying and I booked the tickets, waited for 9 hours and started calling, there is no representatives the same person picks up the call and pretend to does not know anything about me, I was keep calling as our flight was 8 days later so had to do lots of planning stay and further travel reservation, and after 18 hours they were in regular business started asking in which price I am looking tickets and started offering other costly deals. I felt really sad this was emergency trip but for someone opportunity to waste our time collect card details and try to offer other deals.

Keep away from Book my air travel, all positive reviews are fake.

This happened twice with me
After charging my card and giving me confirmation, next day they called and wanted to charge me more giving me silly (Oh the airline increased the fare) I even called the airline personally myself, they said I have to deal with the agency that did my booking
The agent at book my travel was literally pressuring me if I did not agree to paying more he was ready to cancel my booking, I even asked to speak to the manager, the Assistant told me they have No manager available, and have to decide ASAP … after having confirmation, they want to rip people worst site please do not do business with them

I used this service for a quick trip to San Diego. I must admit I was a little hesitant at first.but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with their process and their follow up. They even called, checked me in and sent my boarding passes via email.

I got my boarding pass over the e-mail good customer services. I recommend to Book thier travel tickets from them. They are really helpful.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, I have regularly booked discount airline tickets and never had such a negative experience before or been treated so poorly by so called customer service.
I was looking for discounted airline tickets to London, UK and this business popped up with tickets for a great price, So I booked two for my husband and I. I immediately recieved an e-mail saying my booking wasn't yet confirmed ( that was fine) and then I immediately received another e-mail stating, that " Book My Airtravel" had been trying to contact me about my booking? That was not true but the email had a number it asked me to call which I did. That's when things rapidly deteriorated. I spoke to someone who said his name was, " Phillip Anderson ", I'm not sure if that's true or not. He told me that there were some major restrictions on my flight because it was a discount flight and he wanted to let me know what the restrictions were before I decided if I wanted the tickets or not ( That's never happened before but I was OK with it). First restriction, no refunds if I cancel the ticket ( I have heard that before, so ok), second restriction, I can't book any seats ( ok, not a deal breaker), third restriction, I can't take any luggage, that's when I said, " wait a minute, we're going to Europe for 3 weeks we have to take some luggage this isnt going to work, I dont want the tickets." If I was dealing with an honest, reputable company, that would have been the end of it but no, "Phillip" then decided to tell me that wasn't an option my tickets weren't refundable and I had to accept the restrictions and tickets but not to worry because he would talk to the airline company and get me a great deal, that's when I realized that "Book my Air Travel" was about to try and scam me about the so called discout tickets I had just purchased. "Phillip came back on the line about 5 minutes later to tell me (as I expected) that the airline company would allow baggage but I would now need to fly on a different day, to a different airport, with a lay over ( I had booked a direct flight) for just $1000 more dollars., wasn't that a great deal! Needless to say I refused and that's when "Phillip" and his supervisor became more and more threatening, refusing to allow me to cancel a booking they had just sent an email about stating it wasn't yet confirmed and insisting I had to take the alternative flight to a different airport etc. for a lot more money or risk losing the $1500 original price I had already paid altogether. My husband and I were not sure where we stood because this has never happened to us before so as I tried in vain to reson with " Phillip" my husband called the credit card company and we cancelled our card with their help as they agreed that we were being scammed. Eventually when " Phillip" and his supervisor realized they were not going to be able to bully me into agreeing to their ridiculous offer they hung up on me. Later in the evening I did receive an e-mail from the company saying they had cancelled my reservation without cost ( But I know that was only because I didn't give in to their intimidating behavior.) At one point " Phillip" even threatened that if he wanted to he could just charge my credit card whatever he wanted to and there was nothing I could do about it. This was for sure the worst treatment I have ever received from an airline booking company and I strongly recommend that people take their business elsewhere. This company is not honest!

Very good travel agency. My agent Andrew was patient enough to find me a reasonable ticket at the last minute in the busy Christmas season. I will be using them again. Also, they checked in my flight to make sure that I was prepared to board. Not many agents do that these days. Five Stars!

They quoted me a price of $169 for my flight and sent me an email confirmation of the flight for that amount. Then later on they wrote me that the flight had increased to $244, and if I did not pay the difference, I would lose the flight. By then I was stuck--I had already booked the rest of my vacation. A sleazy company (I think this is called "bait and switch") that will rip you off. Stay away!

I have booked my ticket on this site I had great experience with this site, this company employee so nice very helpful. I like this company

I booked a ticket with them and it said I could expect a E-Ticket within 4 hours. However, no ticket come to my email after 16 hours of booking. I tried to contact the customer service over phone and on chat. After listening to music for over 15 minutes the call disconnected and on chat the rep. Gave single word response in over 5 to 6 minutes. I am still trying to get hold of them at the time of writing this review. I have bad experience booking with them.

Couldn't be happier. In my bookmyairtravel I found their staff to be very helpful, and patient.this was my first experience having to book flights for a small party and they lead me through every steps and called me back after the process to verify my satisfaction with all the details.even helped me get through all the seating arrangements. I'll be relying on them again next year to guide me through n international booking.
