My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The website said the hotel was full, so I was told to call. Carlos was very helpful. The call was quick and easy.
Fraudulent. The agent did not explain that this reservation was a non cancellation reservation. Alex indicated I had up until august 12,2024 to cancel. Also, the adjusted discounts were not applied that he indicated I could use. At this time, I'm requesting a full refund to my card. I called today and was promised that a supervisor would call me back to resolve this issue. Still waiting for a return call. I would like to resolve before taking this issue to a higher lev. Your sales agents should be forthcoming with the exact details. Your time and attention to this request is appreciated.
Very helpful after Expedia failed to complete the reservation
It was hard for me to book it on my own. I spoke to a agent. She was successful. I was very grateful.
The associate was very polite and solved my issues very quickly.
Edgar stayed with me until we found some thing on Mother's Day weekend that allowed us to stay. Just one overnight at a price point that was acceptable. Thank you Edgar.

I got my info taken down by someone who didn't have accurate answers...and she kept telling me sorry call back in 20 minutes...I called back in 5 minutes and Edgar got me everything I asked for...thoroughly
She had an accent that was a bit difficult and spoke too fast… moving on before I could interject any questions.
It was a very long wait at the time I called, but I hung on and waiting not to even hear a few fun facts about hotels around the country. Lauren was especially patient As I had to confirm with my daughter via messenger, to confirm exactly what she wanted for our stay. She was especially friendly and took care of everything quickly and effectively.

It is great to know your staff have a great personality and are very knowledgeable about all of your Hilton hotel chain resorts.
She barely heard what my issue was and transferred me to a customer service number that needed a itinerary number with a H which I don't have. It was a billing error and I needed to be connected with the reception desk. I eventually found the number myself on Google.
