Went to make reservations at Sleep Inn & ended up with Book Online. Was charged twice what was quoted. Contacted Book Online where I was informed of their NO Refund policy. Filed a claim against their fraudulent practices. Scammers.

My husband made a reservation months ago, but had issues when he arrived. They only had $1,200 a night suites available. While my husband was at registration trying to reserve a cheaper room, I called and spoke with Vanessa. She was able to book him a reservation for 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan. My hubby was able to walk over and check in immediately. After a long flight, finding a reasonably priced room was a relief.
I mistakenly booked a hotel room on this website and paid in full at the time of booking. When I checked out of the hotel 3 nights later I was told that my payment had not been received and that I needed to pay for my stay with another credit card. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Lakeshia was incredible. She went above and beyond to help me get the rooms I needed on my budget. She was extremely kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding.

Having found that our AirBNB was not clean or ready for us, we needed to find another place quickly (and while driving!). Tim was very helpful and got a hotel booked for me. The checkin at the hotel was easy.

Neal was a nice guy but if I had known the price was cheaper calling the hotel directly I would have gone that way. So therefore I am paying a higher price. I have fell for this again! The first time I got screwed on a hotel using a booking on line was in MS(which was actually at the Doubletree in Hattiesburg MS) I had booked three rooms and when we got there there were no rooms booked! Took forever to get a refund. My mother in law is a patient at Barnes Hospital and I just pray we have a room when we get there. To everyone that can see this be aware.call the hotel directly and make your reservations. I called the hotel (after booking with the 877 number) and the price was like approximately 80.00 cheaper. And then to try and cancel the reservations that I just now made with book on line (which I had no idea who they were)they will charge me for one night! So online booking screwed me again!

My daughter and son-in-law live in Houston and the tornado has destroyed many of downtown buildings as well as homes.
This young man went above and beyond to help me get a hotel secured for my daughter and My son-in-law.
Anytime your parent, whether their adults children or young You're still a parent!
To have this young man help me secure a hotel room where I live in Midland, Texas and they are in Houston; was very refreshing and comforting for him to help me make sure they have a place to go!

The Conrad agent was friendly and helpful with my questions. She explain the insurance policy which I chose to use. She even placed me on hold for a specific floor with a balcony. I hope the hotel is as pleasant as my experience booking my reservation over the phone.

I was in a tight spot and thought that I found a place to stay but went to check in and the night manager tells me that I have to check out by 11am. I'm paying over $300 for several hours and the manager has an attitude with me as though I did something wrong. Mary from reservations didn't do her job correctly and Days Inn employees are rude and mean. I'm here to bury my brother and this experience has made everything worse!
